My second time purchasing sets of tires from them. Price is very compatitive, and service was quick. They get you in and out of the shop within 40mnts for walk in/20 mnts with appointment. Anyways, I purcahse a sets of tires for my 2015 prius about a couple of months ago. From the get go, I wasnt even thingking about spending more than $500, and they have the options for me. Purchase the tires online and made an appointment 1 week in advance. Service was excellent and quick. As I mentioned earlier, they'll get you in and out within 20 mnts. Long story short, ended up purchasing a tires warranty for $25 (4tires). This is the move that i would never pulled. Well, a couple weeks ago I got a flat tires, and it was pretty bad. Took it back to them and they fix it, quick turn around as well. However, it was back to square one the next day. My tires were worn, so I went there this morning. The tires have a 65,000 mile warranty. But I have only gone 21,000 miles. I ask them to pro rate the cost. But the guy said no, because its been 6 years. I am a senior and drives very little. Anyway to make a long story short, they don't honor tire warranty. Went in to change my tire and all was well until after they mounted the tire and put it back on my car. The rim itself was very dirty so I was not able to notice anything till I went home. As soon as I got home I sprayed the rim down with water and some wheel cleaner and I notice a deep scratch on the rim and minor scratches on the lip of the rim. Tonight I went to America's tire with a flat tire and in distress, when I walked in there was one person at the counter, helping people and a bunch of guys just standing around. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in line. A man by the name of Tyler helped me and he had a smug attitude from the very beginning. I was an hour and a half away from home and all tire shops were closing soon and he refused to patch my tire even though they didn't have my tire size in stock. He tried to sell me tires that were too big for my car and then told me I would need to get them changed out in the next couple of weeks. He basically wanted me to spend $700 on tires that were not the right fit for my car instead of helping me out by patching my tire, I literally felt like I was being held hostage, 10 out of 10 do not recommend!! This place is terrible. Save your time and go somewhere else. I ordered tires on a thursday and paid for them online. Tires would be there Monday so made an appointment for Tuesday.. I received a call that tires would not be in on time and that I needed to reschedule my appointment. Ok fine..I asked when will the tires be there so I can reschedule ? His response-"I don't know"... um ok. do ya think you could check? after a sigh he states they will be here by Wednesday.. ok , made an appointment for Thursday. arrived at 4:15 for my 4:30 appointment and was told my car would be ready by 5:30.. FYI this location does not have a lobby or waiting room they literally put a few folding chairs on driveway. I walked and ate and came back at 5:35 to see my car in exact spot I left it. While I was standing there freezing they called to tell me my tires were not in! wth!!? so you check me in and waste my time of 90 min to tell me my tires aren't even there??? not one apology or offer to make it right. The guy simply asked "well what do you want to do?" unbelievable...I told him my right front tire is loosing air and either has a nail or leak this why I just decided to get new tires. I told them it's ridiculous that they waited over an hour to tell me my tires weren't in and I needed atleast the one tire looked at. I didn't want to wait any longer but was told I was next in line... well you'd think that since I actually made an appointment and now it's 90 min past my appointment time! About 15 years ago, a dear friend had her wedding reception at the Ritz Carlton (now the Langham hotel) in Pasadena. It seems the stars had aligned that night, as we discovered towards the end of the reception that in an adjacent ballroom, the America's Tire Company national party was also being held. If memory serves, it was some sort of masquerade theme; thus and thus, we "acquired" some masks from a table inside that complemented our suits, and bellied-up to the opulent buffet table and open bar, respectively. For some time, my friends and I, posing as regional managers, slaked our thirst and bored the poor bartender with tales of white-wall sales, tire siping, and the finer points of wheel balancing. After a few free beverages and some snacks, we were bodily dragged from the room by security to the exit. Thankfully, my friend put me in a cab before I got to make the acquaintance of the Pasadena police department. When I awoke the next day, I vowed to forever support and attempt to repay ATC for their hospitality by patronizing their Pasadena store. Lucky for me, this place is staffed by outstanding, attentive employees who always seem to understand what they are doing. Over the years, they have never charged me for a patch and plug, knowing that their kindness and waiver of a $12 job will make me come back to spend $1200 on tires. Smart move, ATC. I honestly have never checked to see if prices are better anywhere else. I'm sure I could save a few bucks driving to Sun Valley and buying tires from some guy with a pitbull-Rottweiler mix blowing up at the end of a chain, but I just assume come here and get called "sir," have people only try to sell me tires when I actually need them, and provide a 1955 level of service station attention to customer happiness. I drove down here today on my lunch break to get air in my tires. I arrived at 12:09 pm as another car was leaving. As I pulled in one of the Nathan yelled "Julio" and that was at 12:10pm. I was finally assisted at 12:14pm by Nathan after asking for help. I get that we're all short staffed but we all have to have customer service in mind. As Nathan filled up my tires. He put them all at 36 lbs. when I asked him why he stated they were all 35 lbs anyways. I asked him why he did t follow the recommended lbs and he had no answer for me. I told him if i get a blow out he was the last one to touch my car. He just shrugged. When I asked who the manager is he told me like but he wasn't here today. Closed on Sunday. I almost missed out because they are closed on Sundays. I am picky about tires. I don't just go out and buy tires. I research, I shop around. I have a 4 wheel drive truck and I want moderate off road style tires. Not just "street tires" and I don't want crazy off road "mud tires." I like something more than adequate for off road driving yet suitable for highway driving as well. They have a shop close to me & they sold the tires that I wanted. I had the purchase set up on-line but thought it might be easier to buy them in the store and set up the installation appointment. I printed out the tire & installation price. Saturday morning, I drove to Sears. I gave my print out to the salesman. He said that they could get the tires in 9 days and I could get them installed any day after that. He could not get the price to match up (with my print out) on his computer. He called over another salesman and neither of them could figure out why they couldn't get the same pricing as I'd found on-line. They said to just go home, order them on-line and set the appointment on-line. After I got home, I was not feeling confident with Sears. It seemed odd. I put off the purchase and continued researching/shopping on-line. I looked at many alternatives, I could order the tires from many sources but then I'd have to go to an independent shop to get them installed. Saturday evening, I was looking at Walmart on-line. I could order the tires. Cheaper than most places, inexpensive installation, the only problem was the delivery would take from 9 to 25 days. 25 days! Sunday morning I called Walmart. They said that if I ordered the tires on-line they could not control the order but if I came in to the store, they order and have tires delivered each week, so I should be able to get them within one week. There is no Walmart Tire Center convenient to me, so I took the time to drive south. I got there and they were busy, so I had to wait. Finally it was my turn, I told the salesman what I was told on the phone and he checked his computer... They can't order those tires from that store. I could buy other tires there but nothing like the style that I wanted. The only way I could get the tires there would be to order them on-line and it might take 25 days to get them. Sunday afternoon. I was considering Pep Boys but they didn't have quite what I wanted and they were just as expensive as Sears (who could get what I wanted) but Pep Boys could get my tires the next day (Monday). I wanted to just click something and get it over with! I had looked at America's Tire on-line a few times but the site didn't show the tire I wanted in the size I needed. The size I saw available was bigger than mine. The price was cheaper than Sears but more than Walmart. I looked up the closest America's Tire location and it was in Pasadena. It was closed on Sunday. I resisted the urge to click and order something just to be done with this weekend long ordeal. Monday morning. I call America's Tire. A pleasant guy answers. I tell him what I want and that the web site does not show my size in stock. He said "no problem we can get those. I may be able to get them tomorrow, if not I can have them shipped from our warehouse." He asks me to hold a minute. After a brief hold he returns and says "sorry, I'll have to have them shipped from our warehouse, we can get them here Thursday." Wow! That was easy! After a weekend long ordeal why was this so easy?? I was suspicious. I asked "The price online for 4 tires plus installation was $768.60. Is that the price?" He replied "Well, the tires you need are a bit smaller so the price on them installed is $707.56." He took my information and entered me into their computer system and told me that I would get a call when the tires came in. I got a call Wednesday morning. The tires were in a day early. Wow. I called and was told to come in any time. I drove up in the afternoon. Everyone at the shop was very nice. Everyone there seemed competent, knowledgeable and polite. They took a look at my truck, they verified the tires were there and were the correct ones. I paid and then was directed to the waiting area. I could watch people working as I waited. I have worked in a few different shops over the years and I've seen a lot. These guys impressed me. I didn't see one mistake. Everything they did was right on. Even taking the time to have someone check the lot and direct the driver EVERY TIME a car backed out of the shop. I love this shop! My car encountered a flat tire and I had to find a mechanic nearby to fix it. I discovered this business driving by, went in and found out they were available to help me. The front desk staff was friendly and professional and said that they could get the flat fixed within 90 minutes at no cost. Before starting the job, they performed an inspection of all four tires and found nothing wrong outside of the one flat tire. I received a call to pick up my car within the 90 minute window and the mechanic explained what was done to repair the tire and I was off to my appointments. The mechanic mentioned he also replaced the tire's valve stem assembly for free to ensure the tire remains trouble free. Although this was a simple job, this positive experience was refreshing enough to warrant a review to say I will return for other tire work in the future. read more

Amazing customer service I first brought a Nissan leaf here in 2015 to get tires rotated and balanced, and I had not bought the tires there. They offered to rotate and balance for free and told me if I paid roughly $42 they would insure the tires as though I had bought them there couple years later I need new tires, sure enough I went there now I buy four sets of tires on average every year for my Tesla model 3 and I always go there and get free rotations, free, balance, free air, make sure to tip the people that rotate your tires and inflate your air. read more

This place is a well oiled machine. I arrived early in the morning I was the first one in the parking lot. While I was waiting three of the employees set up several chairs outside, and an easy up for people to wait in the fresh air. They accomplished that in about four minutes. Between the time I arrived and the time they opened several other patrons arrived as well. Before the gates opened people jumped out of the cars and got in line. I was going to be irritated about it but I let it go. When the doors opened one of the gentleman came out and announced who has the blue truck? The gray Mercedes? The white Honda?
