I got sideswiped and then went this location to have my rims checked. One of the guys (I should have gotten his name) removed the hubcap and assured me the rims were fine. He even offered to take it for a test drive, and I accepted. When he got back, he said that if anything, I should just check my tire pressure and pointed me to the area of the shop where that's serviced. I went over, and another employee filled my tires with air. I was able to do all of this within 40 minutes during my lunch break, and it was completely free. If I ever have any other tire issues in the future, I'll definitely be coming back to this location! read more

Took my tire here because it had a slow leak. They told me they'd check it "in a few minutes," but it actually took them almost 30 minutes just to do the inspection. After that, they said it'd be about 20 minutes to fix. I told them I'd go grab lunch and come back. I gave them way more time than they asked for -- came back an hour and 45 minutes later -- and the tire still hadn't even been touched. Came back yet another hour later, and guess what? The tire still leaks air. Feels like they didn't even bother to properly test it in a dunk tank or do anything thorough at all. I dropped by a little after 10 am to have a tire looked at because I couldn't find the nail or anything that was possibly there. Checked in and showed the guy which tire it was. He gave me an estimate wait time of 1.5 hours. They said I would've been out before noon but I actually left close to 1 pm. I'd suggest add an hour to their estimated time. The guy who worked on my tire said the wrong tire was marked on his sheet so he wasted some time on my car. But he also didn't even tell me what he found so I assume it was just a quick patch. Great that it's free but the customer service could be a bit better. I'd suggest arriving early if you can and don't go around 11:30-12 when everyone else does during their lunch. Although America's Tires offers competitive pricing and excellent service when you purchase new tires from them. The experience subsequently afterward is lackluster and egregiously disappointing. Every customer who returns for their free tire rotation & rebalance needs to pay close attention to the fact the service can be inconsistent and careless. I witnessed twice now the techs removing my tires and not rebalancing them, and/or installing them in the exact location as before with no rotation. I would not doubt these mistakes are happening all the time and with most cars they touch. There are many competitors out there now. People have choices. In addition, the store manager's response attempted to explain that his staff is young and lacks training. I've had a history of service centers overcharging and also being dishonest which compromised my trust with service centers in general. I appreciate Raymond's and Norman's honesty and great customer service. My family and I have been using America's Tire for many years - HAPPILY. NO MORE. My experience yesterday was absolutely awful with poor customer services and an estimated wait time that was nonsense. Once they get you in - forget it. My newly purchased tires (1 week ago) went flat and they could not have cared less!! Raymond was so rude and sarcastic and said I "should have had an appointment!" For a low tire pressure that just happened!!! He told be to "come back in 35 minutes" to see if the wait was shorter!! And drive on a flat tire!!! Then he quoted 1 hour and 3 hours later I was still waiting!!! With no update and their silly text update continues to say "you've arrived!" and I drove away yesterday!! Just got finished getting a tire replacement with America's tire and I can definitely say this company will never have my business again. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment at 2:45pm to get a flat tire replaced. I ordered one singular tire specifically to replace the flat I have. I arrive and talk to Nate about the issue and tell him that the front left is flat. He inspects the car for himself and comes back to warn me of the front right tire being bald. I kindly decline to change that tire and insist I only want the flat tire replaced. I hand over the keys. Later, I pick up my car and rush to work only to find out when I return to my car after my shift that my front left tire is flat again. Turns out, they replaced the wrong tire. They didn't replace the flat, they just filled it with air to temporarily fix it and instead went against my instructions and changed the front right. If I only bought 1 tire, why would I replace any tire on my car other than the one with a hole in it????? I proceed to go back today to let them know of the mistake and ask if they can fix the error. I'm willing to take back the old tire they removed as long as they use it to replace the flat tire I still have. Basically, I'm trying to get them to do the service I originally paid them to do. Instead, I'm greeted to them trying to charge me for another tire and the same worker that helped me yesterday, Nate, claiming I wanted the front right replaced instead. Absolutely lying to my face in an effort to get me to buy another tire. IF I BOUGHT 1 TIRE AND 1 TIRE ON MY CAR IS FLAT, WOULDN'T IT MAKE SENSE TO REPLACE THAT ONE??? They even offered me a discount instead of fixing the problem that they caused. So they're slightly admitting it was their fault but taking no responsibility for the error. The only person able to understand the situation was Hugo and he was an absolute gentleman. He came over and was able to solve the error by replacing the correct tire and even giving it to me for free. He didn't have to do that, I was willing to take back the tire they took off my car, but Hugo was nice and understanding enough to help me out. Literally only go to this place if Hugo is working. All in all, if you want to argue with staff about how they messed up and it's somehow your fault and you should pay them more money, then by all means come here. read more

So I needed a new set of tires (4th set at 30k miles...but that's a complaint for the car and tire manufacturers), so I looked online and found that Tire Rack had an amazing deal. Bought the tires and then they directed me to select a local installer to send them to. They provided a long list of shops they work with and buried halfway down the list was America's Tire, which they make sure to let you know is owned by the same company as Tire Rack. I found it very admirable that they didn't try to force their shop on me and just listed it in the middle of the list like any other shop. In the end, America's Tires had the best reviews plus they were on the lower end of costs so I selected them and made an appointment to have the tires installed once they arrived. From start to finish you could tell this was a shop that prides themselves on customer service and efficiency. I was greeted at multiple points of the service as if I was dealing with a five star hotel and the next thing I knew, they were calling my name to inform me that my car was about to be driven to the front. I was thoroughly impressed by how smoothly they ran everything and could see how they justify the large waiting room. This will definitely be my tire installers going forward. read more

I ordered Pirelli P Zero tires for my GTI on Tire Rack and found out through the website that America's Tire and Tire Rack are now under the same ownership, so made an arrangement to get my tires shipped here. When I got here for my installation appointment, the service tech that first greeted me couldn't find my order - I gave him my name, told him I ordered from Tire Rack and made an appointment, and showed him the order number and appointment time. He kept asking me if I was here with a Tesla (nope), and if I ordered Pirelli Scorpio tires (nope). After finally finding my order information, the first tech tried to charge me triple the listed installation fee that was shown on the Tire Rack website when I ordered online. The second tech I talked to fixed it, but only after I told him what I should be charged - he obviously couldn't find the info anywhere. I thought as affiliated companies the order from Tire Rack and install at America's Tire would be seamless, but my experience was anything but. I've ordered from Tire Rack multiple times before, and have had tires sent to local independent tire shops to be installed and they all had no problem finding my order, installing without issues, and honoring the install fee the Tire Rack listed online. Will just stick to independent shops from now on. read more

I had a leak and went to another tire shop around the corner. They said it would be a 3 hr wait but the shop was empty, no workers and no customers. I left and came here. All 6 bays had cars worked on and staff everywhere working. They said 35 min wait. The patched my tire for free (but gently recommended getting my tires replaced). There is still tread left on them and I think I can go another 5-10k miles still so I declined. I was quickly on my way. Fast and friendly service. Consumer Scam Alert. Went for free tire rotation, on the $300 tires previously purchased from there, they said wouldn't rotate since tire too worn. The tire has thousands of miles left. Went to Arcadia Tire and they gladly rotated. America Tire appointment system is terrible, arrive on time and you'll still wait an hour like everyone else. Was many years loyal customer but not any longer. Don't bother trying to tell me you'll do whatever to resolve my complaint. It's all BS. Does the tire in attached photo look like it's worn to point of it can't be rotated ? Brought my car in 2024 Toyota into this shop to replace a tire. I come by hours later and see the employees having to jump start my car. Turns out they left it on hazard lights on the entire time it was there parked in the red. When I finally get my car back the employee tells me my they'd had to jump start my car. Which is ridiculous because my car is 2 years old. And when I asked to speak with the manager I just received a card for Norman the assistant manager, for some reason. I won't be coming back here. I have been coming to this location for the past 15 years and will not be coming back after my last visit. The customer service at this location has declined by a lot over the last few visits. First came in for an air check because my tire pressure light was on and was waiting at the bay for about 15 minutes and no one approached my car. Finally an employee came over not to ask the reason for my visit but instead to yell at me cause allegedly I was blocking another car. I also noticed this same arrogant employee yelling and bossing around his coworkers. Someone eventually came by and checked my tires and suggested that I might need new tires. Therefore, I went ahead and made an appointment for the following day. The next day I came I was assisted by the most incompetent employee. Takes my keys and asks me to wait inside while he checks my car. He comes back and says give us about an hour. Says very little and explains absolutely nothing, seemed as though he did not want to assist me. After an hour he calls me over and says I am going to need a new tire, cause the technician could not fix it with a patch job. So he proceeds and offers me the most expensive tire in the shop stating that the cheaper tires are allegedly sold out and was rushing me to make a decision. Each time I ask a question he gets annoyed. He should not be working here if this is the sort of attitude he is going to have towards a customer. I went ahead and purchased the tire. After an hour the tire was installed and I was ready to go, I asked for a receipt and noticed that the employee charged $37 more for a certificate for repair, refund, or replacement. This is an optional add on and the employee should have explained what this was before charging me. This is a shady way of doing business. The only thing this employee cared about was selling me an expensive tire and adding optional add ons without my consent. Always ask for a receipt when visiting this location and make sure nothing extra is charged without your approval. There are many other tire shops in the area and will be visiting them for all my tire needs in the future. read more

That's where it ended. I went last Friday for rotation and balance. Dude sends me to Americas Tire Depot. I call to see if they have a wait, he said I need Americas Tire. 3rd time IS NOT a charm. So I'm legit around the corner and call. Dude says 5-10 min wait. I'm there in 2 mins or less. Natalia says it's gonna be 60-75 mins! Tf I just got off the phone w homie. She said it's changed. Whatever. I have my book, let's do this. Annoying and loud folks in the lobby on the phone, adding to my irritation as I sit and watch my girl not move for over an hour!!! At this point it's taken longer to sit here and do nothing, than it took getting the actual tires (30 or so mins) I go back and ask and get the story about appointments, blah blah blah. So dude finally takes my girl in. I get the text not long after, and thank Buddha I'm out. Next day or so I'm noticing a SUPER rough ride over 65. I'm REALLY busy at this time in my life so I reason/rationalize that I need to drive it more. Then I'm like what if something's lose and flies off when I'm smashing down the road. I remember my neighbor is a working mechanic and going to school for it. We go out for a drive and he's like they probably weren't balanced right. I have trust issues with mechanics! I used to have one here and I found out he was overcharging me and misdiagnosed a repair he was over charging for! I've been lied too, given the run around, but this is a first! I LOVE my mechanic now. To the point that he's invited the family over to meet his! He knows what I've been through and that I ABSOLUTELY HATE having to deal with anyone but him bc he knows how much harm a shitty mechanic can cause! I figured I wouldn't have a problem w some simple tires. I NEVER have. Until now. Like I said you get 1 chance! I'm EXTREMELY leery of this location and the techs they employ. I took MORE TIME to go to my neighbors shop, which isn't that close, but at least I feel I can trust him and now go to him if anything occurs before I make it home to someone I trust with my car and my safety. My girl drives like she did again. Smooth and brilliant. I was LIVID! I call and get Michael/Mike whatever. He told me he was a manager. His attitude wasn't the energy I needed in that moment. He gave me a lot of the boiler plate bullshit. "Our techs are certified..." blah blah blah, "idk how this happened", "we never have problems w balancing" "it's odd" I do not give two shits what problems you've never had before! In less than a week I've had to now take more time to fix something you should've done right the first mf time! He snidely asked what solution I'd like. But I'm the customer. YOU should have one! I normally am happy with their service, but today I'm extremely disappointed in the care of service today, I just had 2 of my tires installed on my 2 rears and they damaged my driver side rim. Please refer to the photos, notice how the scratches are vertical, which means when they used the tool to remove the tire in the machine they use that looks like a blade, they damaged it when they were removing the tire. I'm literally parked next to the shop writing this review. I found it odd that the technician was applying armor all to my tires since they have never done that before, to mask the damage? New policy? Look at the photos, they put armor all on the wheel too which is even more suspicious, there is a circular motion of the brush visible. Why? The first thing I noticed was the gouge on my rim. I know my wheels and this damage wasn't there before the service. My driver side wheels were not damaged since we park on the right. Please refer to the photos and you can see the fresh gouge on my pristine wheels. As I was driving away I could hear the female tech speaking to the other male tech saying "he thinks that we scratched the wheels" , before I got into my car I was inspecting the gouge in front of the female tech. Very very poor quality of care. These are not cheap wheels to fix. Thank you for causing the damage and trying to cover it up. Why would they care if they damage rims. They just place the blame on the customer. Not coming here again. Thank you again to the asshole tech that thought it's ok to just damage my rim and not give a fuck. Update: I find this amusing how management leaves a message and directs me to go to a non-working link to enter more information. Excellent. read more
