Above all, I find them honest and trustworthy where their competitors I've used are not. They SHOULD be certified for Subzero service but there is only one company in all of California that is and my experience with that company is quite disappointing. By their service agreement (which gives them the entire state with no competition) they are SUPPOSED to deal with certain emergency issues (like my freezer stopping working) expediously and THEY couldn't/wouldn't schedule for nearly 3 weeks, their excuse being "we are very busy." Enough said?

He used his tools, did his tests, and not only explained things easily for me to understand, he told me what was wrong (which nothing was actually wrong). Had to reschedule since Costco didn't include all the parts and then when they came back after I purchased the parts they then said they had a policy where they wouldn't install it since my condo unit uses a wall drain instead of a floor drain. Anyways, I contacted Elijah at Quickfix. Very quick to respond, and was clear in their communication. Much more personable than the bigger businesses that just feel so impersonal with random technicians. They offered a competitive rate and were able to come the same day to help us install the Washtower. Elijah and Nate were extremely friendly, told me that they didn't need to use all the parts that the previous installer told me to buy, so I will be able to return some items. They moved the machine into the closet, got it hooked up and running, tested it to make sure everything functioned properly, cleaned up and also helped take all the packaging trash out. They also helped put the laundry closet door back on that the previous contractors removed. Just a pleasant experience all around. They were very knowledgeable and they will be who I'll contact for any future appliance repair needs. Discovered that they also have their HVAC license now so that's also great to know. Thank you!

They worked around my challenging schedule to deliver them quickly to us. The delivery team was patient, diligent, and outstanding. They worked with us to ensure that we were satisfied with not just the function of the refrigerator and freezer, but also the appearance in our kitchen. A few years ago when we were still renting, our fridge started to crap out. Thankfully, we found this company after a bad experience with someone the landlord recommended (the service told us we needed like 4 things replaced and that it would take a week to order the parts and then a few more days to replace them). At the price they quoted, we could buy a new fridge, which we were not going to do as renters. Alex came by the next day and the quoted price was reasonable and instead of bouncing us around he was professional, personable, and courteous. It turned out there was just a small issue with the thermostat and the timer. We just went to Ameri Pro again, this time as homeowners for our dryer, and were once again thrilled with his services. He even noticed something we hadn't caught with our washer - how the door was attached that sometimes made it leak, and didn't charge us anything extra to do that quick fix. I would not recommend anyone else go to anyone but this guy, and I'll always use and recommend him to others for any appliance-related repair that needs to get done. The WORST! I have never written a review before; but the abominable "service" and dishonesty of Ameripro compels me to do so. We first contacted Ameripro last November to repair our Viking dishwasher. Our dishwasher has never worked since that initial visit, notwithstanding at least five (5) subsequent visits over the next five (5) months. In that time we have been charged $1,500 for "repair" services. We have also endured countless phone calls with Julie where she promised to get back to us concerning how Ameripro planned to fix the problem; but she would never call back as promised, prompting yet more calls. I proposed a settlement with them, but, of course, they never responded We are headed to Small Claims Court to get our money back. Dealing with this irresponsible company has been the worst customer experience I have ever endured. read more
