We kept having issues with our lane - balls getting stuck and pins not setting up properly. Service was a little slow but overall nice staff. They keep the place clean which is nice, and the French fries were really good! I'm sure we will be going back, but not on a Friday night because games are a little too expensive. read more

We have been going to this place often for over 5 years. The renovation was an improvement, however, the public lanes are rarely oiled properly and if you're a decent bowler, it's extremely frustrating trying to bowl on lanes that are dry or spotty with oil. We always have to ask to switch lanes but its the same problem. Please maintain your lanes for the public, not just the leagues!!!! read more

This place is way too overpriced!! The lanes are totally outdated. When she explained the prices she wasn't very clear that it was $6.29 a game per person. In total it was 4 people we played 2 games and bowled for an hour. When we went back to pay after bowling she had told us it was 6.29 a game per person and 5 for shoe rentals. In total it came out to over $76 for one hour of bowling. I felt like I got ripped off I play bowling everywhere else and it doesn't compare to these jacked up prices. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Ok...so, on last night, at AMF was literally a night to remember for my husband, myself and all our invited guests!!! Adam Pantelakos, General Manager, was a GREAT, BIG HELP!!! He was able to pull off our vision of our gender reveal party. He went as far as having me come in and demonstrating how it all would go down the night of. I was able to try it out myself and it worked out so perfect. Well, on last night, my husband and I was able to roll that bowling ball down our lanes and the bowling pins was what determined the sex of our baby. With much anticipation, we waited for the pins to come down and.......they were PINK pins!!!!!!!! Had my son's birthday party here and the staff (Adam/Judy) were excellent. Their service was beyond expectations and made our party a success! Thanks for your help. Only complaint (which isn't for this location) - booking the party thru their call center didn't allow for a decrease in head count as you got closer so we decided to book it online and were able to adjust the head count both up and down within just a few days of the party. Not sure why they don't offer the same option when you book over the phone. read more

The staff were professional as they helped me and my family handle an issue with some incident as this one group/family were giving us an issue about sharing. Went here'd on a rainy Sunday afternoon with the kids and it was super busy but the kids loved that they had cosmic bowling going on - dark, smoke machines, glowing pins and balls. I had a coupon for $39.99 for 2 hours of bowling, a large one topping pizza, pitcher of soda and shoes for up to 6 people - great deal and lots of fun! Place was clean too. read more

Customer service here is extremely poor, besides the bartender, my experience was less than pleasing. We waited in line to be taken care of only to be skipped in front of 5 times when the guy saw us waiting there. When we finally got through and went to get our shoes the girl who was helping us(turned out to be the waitress helping out) took care of a couple RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR FACES. When we were clearly in front of them in line. Now we weren't hard to miss because we were a party of 8. However she seemed to "not see us" and cater to the non colored couple first before taking care of my now frustrated group. I came to show my little cousins and sister a fun night to in turn be penalized for my color. My money is the same as anyone else's, my family and I deserves the same respect anyone else does. My family and I used to love coming here on Sundays and spending a few hours having fun. This past Sunday however...... We went in as usual and requested one lane for two hours, we were told that they were bought out by AMF and as of last Monday no longer charge by the hour. This means we would now have to pay almost $6 per person, per game, plus shoe rental. There was 4 of us and we used to get about 4 games in when we paid for 2 hours whish was about $60ish. Now for the same 4 games it would be $6 per person times 4 people =$24 per game, times 4 games that's $96 not including shoe rental!!!! Sorry but I'm not paying an additional $36 dollars for nothing. We instead drove to Sparez in Davie, had a wonderful time at the right price, and was amazed at the renovations and new technology. read more

I love this place! On Sundays, between 9-noon, you can bowl for 99 cents a game! I have my own shoes so for 2 bucks, it's a great deal. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because I think there should be bathrooms on BOTH ends. There's usually a league with older folks where the bathroom is, so that's the only "annoyance." read more

This place needs to be CLEANED and modernized..... Oil machine is very old !!! And leaking oil all over the approach popcorn and french fries on the approach and the bathrooms are disgusting!!!! Floors look like haven't been washed in months there are sticky and clearly dirty can sit on the toilet and no towels to dry your hands .... When we started bowling there was one person running the front desk and the food court like really come on people get with the program!!!! This place is a dump and needs help badly !!!!! read more

For casual bowlers to Pro's, this place is great. They always have deals after 9pm everyday and other deals for other times (it always change). The lanes are awesome and does not damage your bowling ball (had bad experience with Strikes in Boca Raton). They always have specials for drinks and food on some hours (again it always changes) They also have free darts now. read more

Its a nice little bowling. Its age shows, but Ryan the manager is absolutely amazing We went during a busy time and we got a lane in like 10 minutes. The computer system is completely out of date, but it still reflects your score. We had a good time. Prices were ok. read more

Two stars only because I enjoyed hanging out with mine and my brother's family. We went around 5pm on a weekday, only a few people in there. We played two games and our total was close to $150! We didn't eat or drink anything, just bowled. The place is a dump and full of drunks too. Never would go back. read more

Bowling alley in sore need of upgrading- stuck in the 80's time warp. It's hard to understand why they don't renovate, considering the money they must be raking in. You can't even get a lane sometimes on weekends because they are so crowded and it's NOT cheap entertainment. Expect to spend at least $50 for about an hour if you have a couple of kids. The food is blah and overpriced too. The only other place in town to bowl is pretty much the same, so there's not an alternative. read more

Came here with a few friends that were visiting from out of town, wish we would have done more research than just go to the closest bowling alley. I've been to many Brunswick alleys and my experiences have been good. There was only one person at the counter which couldn't answer a simple questions without the need to "ask a manager". While waiting at the counter we were also greeted by a stench from the old bowling shoes sitting on the counter left by patrons who just finished their games. That should have been our cue to just leave... At pretty much $16 a person for 2 games with shoes, at an old facility I say take your money and guests elsewhere. After our game we decided to check out the arcade area... An even sadder sight, broken machines, machines with no prizes, some just took your money and some had dead roaches on them. At the end of it all your given tickets at each machine that your able to redeem. That's all good and well except their prize machine was 90% empty... read more

We had a small shindig to do an early family birthday celebration for my son -- mostly adults, a few kiddos, I think we were 10 in all. Couldn't say enough nice things about the staff that helped us. We were last-minute in planning, but they were accommodating, on the (bowling) ball, and just extremely nice. Customer service at its best. Customer service sucks , my young daughter was yelled at by Judy because she was saying "excuse me " to return her shoes and Judy was talking to another customer and yelled loud at my daughter to Wait with a nasty attitude !! bringing my daughter into tears , never will come back again because of her reaction when we approached her she said my daughter was interrupting her conversation, she didn't even apologize to my child for screaming her face !! We had our son's birthday party here and the customer service was EXCELLENT! I made the reservation online and then ordered food for the adults the day of the party. Everything was done on time, the General Manager Adam and a couple of other employees checked with us several times to see if we needed anything. The party was held on a Sunday at noon, it was not very busy, it might get busier in the late afternoon/evening. The pizza and chicken tenders were petty good. Front counter staff were really friendly, snack bar staff could use some help. I ordered a picture of Bud light and 10 minutes later was told that they were out of Bud Light. When I asked what my other options were the girl looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and told me she doesn't know and walks away from me. Keep in mind I already paid $12 for the picture. Just think they could use some coaching in the snack bar area. As far as the establishment all together it's definitely dated and can use a facelift. read more

We came in for a family night.. and we will never come back again. Manager and staff were rude and treated us very poorly. We spent well over 200$ and to get service like that is completely unacceptable not to mention why this place is going to out of business.
