I rotate my tires every-time I change my oil so this alone makes it so worth it. The only downside is parking. Make your appointment early so you can get in and out.

After playing phone tag, the guy that answers the phone says Saturday isn't even an option as their alignment guy isn't in on Saturdays. I scheduled for today (Monday). Wheels were aligned in about an hour. I thought things were good to go. My tire pressure light went on while I was driving from the shop to work in Honolulu. I called the shop immediately and someone said a manager would call me back. No call ever came today. I took my car to get my tire pressure checked. Only one tire was filled to 33. The rest of them were filled to 18!! My goal tire pressure per the manufacturer is 35. Now I'm questioning the entire accuracy of my service. My two rear tires are brand new (literally days old). The only reason I didn't get my wheels aligned at Lex Brodie's where I got the tires, is because they don't align Audis. Super disappointed in the service here. I've never in all my years of driving had tire pressure that low, and to have it that low after a service is astonishing. Update: 6 days later and no response from the store via phone or yelp. My message got left on read.

Impressed is such an understatement for my experience with this Goodyear location…read more Let me sum up a horrific afternoon I experienced recently: - Something on the freeway punctured my tire - I couldn't safely get off the freeway, so HPD picked me up to take me to a nearby shopping center - Talked to GEICO for an hour trying to set up a tow truck to install the spare tire - 3 hours later, the tow truck arrives and asks me to walk over to a nearby park (in the rain) so he wouldn't be in the way - While I was waiting for the tow truck, I found out all of our local Sam's Club locations didn't carry my tire and I would need to wait about 10 days for it to come in. I tried Costco Tire Center, but after MANY attempts, no one answered the phone. - Last resort was to call a local Goodyear location This is why I ended up here. On the first attempt, Cody (store manager) answered the call. He informed me that my particular tire has been discontinued and offered to find a similar tire that they could install. I gave him the information for the tires I currently have and he quickly found something comparable. I explained to him that it would be a while before the tow truck came, but he said not to worry. He set me up with an appointment and told me to just make my way there whenever I was ready. I wasn't able to get to the store until about 10 minutes before closing. Cody said it wasn't a problem and that they would stay open until they got my tire fixed. They even offered to do a checkup for my car (free of charge) to make sure none of the other tires were affected and that my car was okay. While waiting, I gained a lot of information about how their servicing is much cheaper than what I normally pay, that if I buy tires from them that they will replace it for free with the same or similar tire, that I can come in at any time to get a checkup for my car and that if I get their Goodyear credit card, then there would be even more discounts applied. No annual fee, too! I was sold to become their new lifetime customer. In Pearl City, they are right between Burger King and Popeyes. Super convenient location for me and the customer service is excellent. Make sure to ask for the store manager (Cody) because he will take excellent care of you and your vehicle.

I brought my modified 2026 Tesla to Derrick at Island Brake & Alignment, and he absolutely nailed it and knew what I was talking about when I mentioned the issues. He found the alignment specs were not as I was told after putting it up on his rig. He also pointed out the fast wear that was occurring even though it was supposed to be aligned properly. After Derrick worked on the car, the steering wheel is straight, the car tracks perfectly, and the car drives smooth and straight. You can tell Derrick cares for his customers and their cars. Great service, great attention to detail, and I'll definitely be bringing my car back to Derrick from now on.

I arrive for my appointment and I am told that they do not have the tires I requested, but can they install customer bought parts per policy. I understood why they wouldn't install the shocks, but not having the tires, is completely unacceptable. There was absolutely no communication leading up to my appointment that they wouldn't not install my shocks. There was absolutely no communication that they wouldn't have my tires I wanted. Instead of just giving a set of tires that they had in stock for the price of the original tires, the clerk looked at only what "deals" they had available, and didn't even have those tires in stock. I would have to come back on Monday (a day I am unable to make due to my schedule). And I needed tires immediately due to the amount of tread I had on them. As I stood there just in disbelief at the situation before me, the clerk said that was all he could do. I shared that had there been communication prior I would have just went somewhere else, he responded "that's Firestone for you". He did not really try to make the situation right. He was completely ok with having a potential customer leave. He just ended with "sorry that's all that I can do, good luck".
