Unfortunately I've had to visit this location a few times dealing with problems with my last 2…read moreAudis. Everytime I've come, Dustin has been in positive spirits and has been able to answer any question I've had related to issues with my car or just general curiosity. After a recent visit of simply getting 1 quart of oil, I damaged my bumper in the parking lot. Dustin was willing to help me temporarily fix the bumper simply with zip ties in a far much better way than I would have even been able to think of and it enabled me to drive again. This allowed me the opportunity to even get it fixed without too much excessive damage. He has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and obviously great at multitasking, but his empathy deserves acknowledgement this time. His presence at this location will keep my business without a doubt. Sorry I took so long to review. Hopefully I won't need any more parts or liquids lol
