Maria went out of her way to run out of the pharmacy and grab the meds for me. I paid in the drive they and was able to go home successfully! I am thankful for her going out of her way to help me this morning.

I waited for 5 minutes and looked around with still no worker around. I asked the cashier in the front if someone else is going to come back from the photo area and she gave me a dumb look. I waited another 5 minutes and still no one came. I saw the pharmacy also had a line for about 8 people. This is possibly the worst Walgreens. I am never getting my prints here. They even have a cooler freezer full of chocolate covered bananas. When I went to ask how much the price was the staff lady didn't even know. She kept guessing on the price. There's also now a fresh produce section so if you want something healthy you can get it here. Frozen slushies and fresh coffee here. They also have freshly made fudge but it didn't look as fresh and already packaged in plastic to go containers. They also have a bulk food section where you buy per container lot per pound. So if you get a container of gummy worms and you don't like it too bad. Otherwise store is large and clean and almost all prices are displayed.

I've also had repeated issues trying to load money onto my credit card, and no one has been able or willing to resolve the problem. My most frustrating experience happened around 2:00 a.m. There was an employee inside the store, so we reasonably assumed the store was open. When we asked if they were open, the employee simply looked at us and walked away without saying a word, leaving us standing outside confused with no explanation. A 7-Eleven is expected to provide reliable, 24-hour service and basic customer courtesy. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience at this location. I hope management addresses the customer service issues and provides employees with better training on communicating respectfully with customers.
