I needed to fuel up on caffeine and ampm is always a convenient stop. I made myself a coffee and was kinda surprised by the different syrups that were available. Came in for a late night grab of some energy drinks for the following day. Their signage on drinks isn't exactly clear by the way they ended up refusing to accept my combination of two different energy drinks. The lady behind the counter seems nice. It was the other employee to passed the question to about mixing the brands. Their signage says buy 2 for $5.50 for each different brand. So I bought an Alani drink and a Celsius drink. If the signage said that it had to be of the same brand then I would understand, but it didn't. Customer service needs improvement. Signage needs to be clear. read more

Just your average AMPM. Plenty of pumps, great location, clean, good amount of store items and staff were friendly.

Walk in with no mask on - keep in mind, there are about 4-5 other people inside not wearing them either - and an employee named Nara immediately raised her voice and chided me in front of the entire store. I came in on Monday 10-26-2020 at 6:04 pm to fill up my tank and grab a fountain soda like usual. There was a lady on the register And a hispanic guy working inside The line was super long on register as the cashier lady was getting smacked so I went to the guy that is working inside because he looked like he was chilling. I simply just wanted a cup of soda without having to wait on line to get. I don't know why he couldn't help her in the front of the house any regular worker would know that. It's common sense. Anyways I asked him a question and he was super rude in his reply. Like hood style rude. Dude if u talked to me like that on the street you would hear something back that u won't like but I respected the establishment that you work in and decided to write a review about you here. Hopefully they'll know what standard of a worker they have and take action and clean up the mess that they have. read more

horrible customer service!!! i was traveling and stopped for gas and to use the bathroom i walked in to see there was no TP i asked the lady working if she can grab me some she told me she was the only one working so she couldn't she made the excuse that she had to go to the back but couldn't leave the store unattended i understand that completely!!! i also use to work customer service only there was NO ONE in the store expect me all i needed was tp and the storage closet was right next to the bathroom!!! for it being pretty slow i don't see why she couldn't keep up with the one bathroom they have she really shrugged her shoulders. big weirdo energy read more

Hey everyone who has the Am/Pm app. Today, Sept. 24, is Free Small Horchata Day at Am/Pm if you have the App. They've been promoting it on the App and in the stores with a nice picture of the Piñata and small purple artwork cup of Horchata on it. It's also on the Gas pumps. but unfortunately folks, not only does the store know nothing about it, THEY DIDN'T STOCK UP ON SMALL CUPS!!! How is that possible?!?! The promo is everywhere in the store. I asked the floor clerk if they had any small cups and he did look I. The back, but they didn't have any so he said to use the small cups for the Icee. That was cool of him. But the woman at the register said it wasn't the right cup and her screen says they don't have small cups on their inventory to sell. I let he know the her coworker said it was okay but she wouldn't allow saying the same thing. I pointed at all of the promos and the app. She was so rude and refused to allow it. The other worker came to tell her but she still wouldn't budge. The went and got the Manager and he looked at my app and I pointed to all of the hanging signs about the promo and he finally let me go. They said that I was the first person to ask for the promo. I'm sure I'm not going to be the only one for the entire day so I hope they figure out some way to get Small cups before someone less patient comes across the rude woman behind the register. I get it that it says "While supplies last" but there is no way they should be out of small cups going into the weekend and with that promo. read more

The attendant Eric around 11pm on June15, 2015 refused service to me for not having a mask on, and the man right in front of me he served without a mask. I stop at this Gas Station pretty often because I commute from Bakersfield to Los Angeles. I do not go inside often, this one time I do I meet Eric. I felt like he was being biases because Eric was Latino and the man he serviced without a mask as Latino also, and I'm African- American. I will be reporting your company since your employees are choosing who has to wear mask and who doesn't instead of have a set rule for all people not matter what ethnicity/race they are. read more

almost a near riot when people were told they couldn't buy alcohol in this store after 10pm. but other than that, friendly staff...overpriced bottled water...etc. This is within walking distance to all the hotels in the area. read more

This place is always open, clean and safe. What more do you want from a gas station convenience store?

Doesn't take credit cards inside or outside , and then charges you a $.35 fee for a $50 dollar transaction. Add the rude cashier to boot- not worth the cheaper gas. Move on to real customer service. read more

While I feel a bit bad giving a 1 star for such small reasons, I found the reasons to be pretty annoying. I stopped by simply to get a drink & a snack & immediately remembered why I do not shop here & have not for over a decade. All purchases inside the store must be cash or debit card only. NO CREDIT CARDS. What year is it? Sorry, but obviously ampm can afford credit card fees. Not like it's a small company just getting started. Then once I go to pay with my debit card I see they also charge a $0.35 fee simply for using my debit card. Really?! Clearly $.35 is nothing, but the fact that it's the only payment option other than cash makes it's really frustrating to then get charged for that payment method. It's not San Francisco...literally everywhere in Santa Clarita accepts credit cards. Whatever I feel stupid complaining about such small things. Just feels like this big chain store is tryin to take advantage in any way possible. Simply reminded me not to come again. No complaints about anything else regarding the store though. read more

Terrible service! One cashier at 1:15 pm on a Sunday. That place was busy, and the cashier was short with customers as she toggled between two registers. A cup of ice is the same price as a drink with ice, and you have to pay for a bag for the items you already bought. Ridiculous! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more
