Best cafe in town! Amazing coffee and a great new expanded food menu with courtyard seating. Service is super quick even when busy.

Quaint spot for coffee and breakfast items! The Amstrdm Sando does take a little extra time to prepare (20 min was quoted). Indoor and outdoor seating available. Sando was tasty and the lox bagel was a good combo of salmon and schmear. We came on a Sunday morning and there was a good amount of people come in with polite dogs indoors.

So yum. I found them on Yelp and saw a menu for breakfast. I knew it was a coffee house but by the menu thought maybe a sit down. So I was a little confused at first waking up, bc there's a patio area. But you order and then sit inside or patio. Kitchen is detached. Got the oats, breakfast sando, pork belly dip, and Oaxaca coffee. The Oats were so good!! We all loved that. Sandwich was perfect, the dip gives it that extra salt punch I think it needed. And my coffee was so yum, I got it less sweet. Location is near shops and the patio was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would be back. Ty

Trying local coffee shops over franchise spots forever ! No like seriously take a little detour and check this place out! There is something poetic and artsy about this place in the coolest way possible. The building itself gives of a vibe that its hard to put into words. Almost like imaging that all your favorite legendary musicians and poets would hang out here. Staff was agreeable and worked quickly. As for my coffee it was great and not overpriced! You'll find lots of seating here perfect for hanging out or even studying.

Good service, coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The location is easy to find as it is near downtown. I tried the Amsterdam Sando on brioche and it was delicious.

We visited Amstrdm Coffee House on a Sunday morning and found it pretty busy. The interior had a rustic vibe with plenty of natural light and a cool piece of an old piano attached to the counter. It was also dog-friendly, which I always love! I ordered the Vanilla Elderflower Latte, which was tasty and not overly sweet. I also got the Oatmeal with macerated berries. It was basic but filling, and nice to warm up on a chilly morning. Service was friendly but leisurely!

Was in Paso for a long weekend and needed my caffeine fix. I ordered the Iced Salted Caramel latte and it was very good. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon- which was also very good. The brioche bun is AMAZING. So soft and fluffy. Overall, this coffee shop was great! I will definitely be coming back for more!

Amsterm Coffee House in Paso Robles delivers where it counts. My iced latte was excellent--smooth, well-balanced, and refreshing--and the breakfast sandwich was genuinely delicious. While the service felt a bit borderline (the barista seemed like they were nearing the end of a long shift and not especially engaged), the quality of the drinks and food more than made up for it. Overall, a great stop and definitely deserving of a 5/5.

Decided to have breakfast here on our last day in Paso Robles. We were greeted with a smile, ordered croissant sandwich & breakfast burrito and coffee. My husband decided on dark roast brewed coffee & I had cappucino - both were just like we like it - nice & strong. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Space is clean, inviting & casual.

Definitely check out the Atascadero location. Lots of free parking, outdoor and indoor seating and new art displayed. - I suggest the Matcha Latte with coconut mylk. I appreciate that the team offered to hold off on sweetening the beverage until after I tried it. The Matcha is light and not too bitter or earthy. - Thank you for using my to-go mug as I requested. I appreciate that you honored my eco-friendly needs this Earth Week!

Ordered the Himalayan sea salt caramel latte, 1/2 sweet and it was quite delicious, definitely recommend. They have plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside which makes for a great atmosphere. Service was fast, my drink was out within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Food and service aren't good - food is very plain and not tasty. Coffee and matcha lattes are good though.

I like the atmosphere at this place and the food was quite tasty. It took a while for us to get our food though, but it was worth the wait.

The servers are efficient, but not overly friendly. This is our 4th or 5th time coming here & we'll definitely be returning when we are in the area again. Kid got his water in the paper cup:) Went for what seemed to show up on reviews the most. - Ranchero steak & eggs = the steak was tri tip, which was too chewy. It worked out once I started slicing thin pieces from it and it became tender enough to eat. * I think the correct choice is to pay more to get the 12oz NY steak and eggs instead, since tri tip just too chewy. The famous ranchero sauce was good, but quite spicy! Kept eating it despite getting heated from spice, since it added the flavors. - Chilaquiles supreme = chilaquiles was good, but the tri tip piece from the supreme upgrade made it too chewy and detracted from the base chilaquiles. * I think the regular chilaquiles would be the better choice to enjoy without distraction of tri tip pieces. Or maybe ask if can make the supreme with other protein choices maybe some chopped up bacon or sausage pieces instead if allowed to substitute? - The hash browns side was perfect and delicious! Definitely wins over the homefries option. - Cinnamon roll = huge and a meal on it's own. was too much after the 2 entree's The menu is so vast, I think it's a winner as long as you stay away from entrees with tr tips. I just went too all in on tri tips, lol. Would love to try again sticking to the diner classics of pork chops or chicken fried steak, or the ny steak and eggs, or any omelettes or burritos.

The staff are extremely friendly and checked on us more than once as well as gave us a rundown of how everything worked. I had the ribeye steak tacos and I thought they were delicious. The steak was tender and well cooked, the avocado was fresh and the salsa was very flavorful with just the right amount of heat. My wife had the blackened tofu tacos and wasn't as thrilled as I was. She found them a little bit bland even with the peanut sauce and didn't understand putting cabbage on something that's already lettuce wrapped. Overall it was still a good experience and I'd definitely stop in again if I'm in the area.

Before we get into the meat & potatoes of this review, let me get something off my chest…read more I am ONE HUNDRED PERCENT not anywhere close to being a Cowboy, but I'll be damned if watching shows like Yellowstone on Paramount+ make me think twice about my life choices. I mean... Riding a horse on the open plains.... Wearing Levi jeans, a flannel shirt, with a big cowboy hat, a pair of cowboy boots, and rocking that big belt buckle sounds pretty cool to me. But being a Cowboy or a Cowgirl for that matter is more than just the catchy attire, it's a Lifestyle! Rooted in hard physical labor, long days, loyalty, deep respect and responsibility for the land and herding cattle are just some of the core values and responsibilities of being a true Cowboy/Cowgirl. Hell, I might not be a Cowboy, Yet... But I sure do respect the Lifestyle they live and for now, you can find me on the sidelines rocking out to my favorite country and Western artists: Morgan Wallen, George Straight, Garth Brooks and of course my Girls Reba, Lainey Wilson and Carrie Underwood. Heck, All I need now is my Cowboy Hat & Boots, Well, I suppose I should get a horse too ;) ------------------------ Now, Saddle up Partner, let's get this review on the road. It's time to EAT like a Cowboy and be where every Cowboy wants to be.... Cowgirl Cafe Enters the Chat! Yes, Every Cowboy that I know... Needs a Good Solid Meal to start their day off right. But more importantly than that... A Good, Strong cup of Hot Coffee! But even more important than that hot cup of Jamoka.... A Cowboy needs a Strong, Beautiful Woman by his side to wrangle him back in when he's out of line. Yeah, and just like you "Don't Mess With Texas", You definitely Don't mess with a Cowgirl! So when I ate at the Cowgirl Cafe in Downtown Paso Robles, I was on my best behavior. Located at 1316 Pine Street, this hole in the wall Cafe is where locals and visitors come together to break bread. A well themed decor diner that's open from 6am-2pm daily, The Cowgirl Cafe serves up a mean breakfast & lunch and boy did I enjoy it. 2 Eggs sunny side up, corned-beef hash, their Chef's Special Home Fry Potatoes, a side of toast, & a cup of coffee... All served with that hometown, local hospitality from our server who waited on us... You know, just like a cowboy, I tipped my hat to her and tipped her very well for her excellent service. As mentioned earlier.... The Cowgirl Cafe is open from 6am-2pm daily, so for you early risers who live the Cowboy life of waking up before the Sunrise, a hot meal will waiting for you. But don't fret if you are new to this Cowboy/Cowgirl rise and shine, get the day started off early business... Cause they serve breakfast up until 2pm (or until the cows come home). YeeHaw!!! Now, it's time to Cowgirl Up and stop pretending like this is your first Rodeo. Get on over to Cowgirl Cafe and Eat!
