This company is the absolute best. I had an ongoing rodent problem that two other big name companies couldn't solve. All these companies did was talk me into a contract and pick up the traps occasionally. Jesus and Christian figured out how the rodents were getting in and then waged war for a month to completely stop the problem. Their customer service is top notch. I constantly fell through the cracks with the big companies. Hailey in the office at Hunts is on top of everything. I always know when they're coming. He set traps in the house but after his sealing off the entry points, there was no more evidence of rats/mice inside. YAY! After moving into our home in Spring Valley, we were overwhelmed with the amount of brown widows, cockroaches, and just yucky spiders. We have a 6 month old baby and a 9 month old (really) fluffy and huge puppy. Being that our baby is near crawling and our fluffy pup always would come in from outside covered in webs and stuff that got stuck in his fur, we knew we needed to deal with the spider problem sooner than later. We called around to about 10 different pest control companies and Hunt's had by far the best quote. Oh my word! They were amazing. Christian came to our house the next day and began the service. He was so friendly and respectful. Being that I am a stay at home mom with a little baby, it can be a little uncomfortable to have men at my home when I'm here alone. But from the moment I opened the door, I knew this guy was a genuine sweet man and I could trust having him at my home! He had me thoroughly show him the exterior of our home and asked thorough questions. Then once we had walked through everything, he explained the process of what he would do. I felt like I completely understood the process and was assured of the safety of the spray outside with my baby and puppy. Within 30 minutes, he had swept down all the existing webs, sprayed, cleaned up the dead "graveyard" of spiders and pests and was on his way. After purchasing a home about a month ago, we quickly discovered that we had an ant and cricket problem inside and out. After trying to manage the issue myself and going through a few cans of Raid, I gave in and decided to find a company to come and treat my home. I read many reviews and contacted a few pest control companies to obtain quotes. Most were higher in price and others were either rude or not very responsive. I contacted Hunt's due to the many great reviews. Liz got back to be shortly after leaving a message and got straight to the point as to treatment options. She was never pushy about getting us on an every other month service but did recommend it. She says to me "lets just see how it goes"...no pressure, I love that! A couple days later Jesus came to my home to spray indoors and out. He arrived early, sprayed the yard and perimeter. He pointed out some areas where we needed to replace weather stripping along with any other gaps that allowed for pests to come in. Jesus was great about addressing our questions. He never seemed to be in a rush which I appreciated. Upon our request, he addressed the crickets first staying we could do the ants once the cricket-specific formula took effect. He came back a couple days later to use a different chemical for the ants. No charge for the return trip! Something important to note - Hunt's guarantees their work so if you see another pest they will come out for no additional charge. It has only been a week or so since our first two treatments. We haven't had a cricket or ant issue since.We look forward to continuing to do business with Hunt's. I have already recommended the service to my mother in law who in the last few days signed up for monthly treatments. I will continue to recommend them any chance I get. Initial quote and setup was very simple. Their email communication has a response rate of about a day. So they should get back to you the next day or sooner. They have the traditional pesticides and the organic version. We had to go for the organic version since we have a one-year old toddler. The appointment was set for 8AM to 9AM. Christian showed up at the front door at exactly 8AM! Very punctual! Signed some paperwork and Christian got to work immediately. He sprayed all of the areas including front and back yard. He also got rid of spider webs around the house and the pesky hornet nest above our garage. We had problems with crickets, spiders, and black windows. Hope things will get better! Since it is organic pesticide, they will return every month. They also spray inside the house as well; but I chose not to do that until it is absolutely necessary. read more

I had a mouse problem and couldn't sleep. I messaged the business from Yelp around 10:30 at night and received a message back almost right away. Christian came out the next day, inspected the house, and sealed up all of the gaps under the house and inside of the house where the mice could be coming in. He laid out bait boxes on the outside and traps on the inside. The next day, there were two dead mice in the traps. Christian called to check up on the situation and offered to come remove the dead mice. The following week he came and refilled the bait boxes and checked things around the house.
