I'm confused as to why the store is listed as closed as it is very much open! Apparently it's been nine years since I have shopped here. I ended up with some bad Christmas wrapping paper and needed to get some on the fly. I stopped in here 30 minutes before closing, on December 16. Every employee, I interacted with was extremely kind and caring and assisted me to wear all of the holiday wrapping would be. All of my items were very neatly wrapped and bagged. I did not feel any urgency to leave the store even though they were closing soon. I walked around the store until about two minutes to closing and remembered how much I loved the Hallmark store so many cute finds. Yes it is a bit expensive but I do enjoy their wrapping paper and gift bags. Again, I'm not sure why the store is listed as closed. Hopefully yelp can update that. read more

I occasionally come to Hallmark, once to twice a year, typically over the Holidays. This year, my family wanted to participate in a white-elephant gift this year. I decided to swing by Hallmakrk because Hallmark usually has super cute memorabilia of Charlie Brown and Disney. Hallmark was decked out for the Holidays! It was well stocked, clean, and the store layout was beautiful.The customer representatives were all super friendly! I ended up buying frosty the snowman wrapping paper and a mickey mouse 'dream' decoration. I did get a chance to look at Hallmarks cards, which are unique and one-of-a-kind! I loved my experience at this Hallmark location. It was easy to get to, off of 95/Buffalo. Parking is very spacious as well. It shares next to restaurants such as Rolled Ice Cream and Ichi Ramen. read more

Tried to return several pj bottoms that I purchased at full price last week As Christmas gifts. They were limited in sizes so the employee told me I could return no problem. I purchased 4 pair and 3 of the 4 did not fit. I couldn't find my receipt but had the total, date purchased, transaction number, store detail on my credit card statement. Stephanie, an employee, told me they didn't have time to look it up On their computer. Another employee said that they don't do returns or refunds without a receipt this time of year so instead of attempting to look up the transaction, they gave me half price credit on a store gift card. The gentleman helping me was nice and apologized for the inconvenience, the other ladies were rude. I'll use the gift card online or at another Hallmark store with better customer service. When you try to shop local but the customer service is severely lacking, then the better option is to shop online with an easy and honest return policy. I won't be back to this store and will definitely share my story with others. read more

I will never go to Hallmark again. I had a ship to store order and it was cancelled and I don't know why. I ONLY PLACED THIS ORDER 6 DAYS AGO! They called me every other day to let me know my order was ready for pickup, I told them that there were 3 items to be picked up and asked if all 3 of them were in, each time I was on hold for 5 minutes or longer, "no, just the 1" I asked them to call when all 3 items were ready so I could get everything at once. Why??? Why is my order cancelled after 6 days? The item was in! But I'm not driving up there several times when I should be able to pick everything up at once. They never even said "if you don't pick it up we will cancel it." No explanation, nothing. read more

I love this store. It's always a quite place to find great cards! I love the quite time I get here reading all the funny cards :) The staff is great too, because they never judge me when I am there reading cards for 45 mins. ! The stores have a way better selection than anywhere else and they also have great one of a kind gifts too. Also during the holidays, nothing beats a Keepsake ornament. I can fill a whole Christmas tree with all the Keepsakes I have! My mom would always buy, send and give Hallmark cards and that has just been something that has stuck with me. I know that nowadays you can find Hallmark cards almost anywhere, but it's not the same as when you actually go to a real Hallmark store. If you haven't been into a Hallmark in awhile or at all it's something to checkout. read more

I've visited a few Hallmark stores in other states and there always very great when it come to customer service and engaging with customers, but this location not so much. I walked around the entire store and not one person acknowledged I was even in the store ? One guy leaned on the cash wrap the whole time while the two other ladies left the store with a cart to go to the onsite inventory storage laughing loudly and when we got outside they were on there phones in no hurry to get back to the store to service guest. read more

On 1-16-18 at about 4:15 pm, I went to Hallmark on Tropical. Normally, I like this store, however, the lady working the counter was extremely rude. I've been to this store plenty of times. I even have a an account with them. I would like to start off by saying, I believe in people being security minded ie ..can I see your ID etc. This time it was different this lady did not greet me when I entered the store . She did not offer any help while I was looking. Instead, the first thing out of her mouth was you cannot return gift cards. I was not there to return anything I was there to purchase gift cards. I bought quite a few of them. I asked her do people get mad when you say that. Her: while people try to get the number off the card and return them. Me: good to know. Then I gave her my debt card. Her: I need to see some ID. I'm writing this in hopes that she can get better training when talking to customers. I can think of a billion different ways she could have done things. Example: Hi sir, if you need any help let me know. Sir, we have a wonderful return policy, however, it does not apply to gift cards. This is absolutely the best Amy's Hallmark in Las Vegas. The sweetest most helpful staff are always willing to help you with your greeting card needs. I felt like I was back in Oklahoma where folks are generally friendlier and more helpful than in Las Vegas. It's a rare peaceful retreat from an ever impatient world. This store also strives to make each Hallmark Christmas ornament event special and as worry free as possible. I just attended their Ornament Premier and aside from the two ignorant and hateful shoppers in line behind me complaining continuously about the slow checking out process for 35 minutes straight, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sometimes during this event shoppers are given the opportunity to make a Wish List and the staff have all your ornaments ready when you arrive. The waiting begins once you check out. It takes time to ensure the 20-40 and sometimes 100+ ornaments are accounted for and rung up that people & collectors buy. It's not a time to dash in to get the latest 'limited edition' item to run home and sell on eBay for profit. It certainly isn't a time to blame the cashier or sales staff for the slow process. So, while your browsing, shopping, and checking out you get to enjoy the tasty treats provided and share happy memories. Remember 'The Reason for the Season'? All those Christmas ornaments wouldn't be for sale if it weren't for Jesus Christ who spoke of Charity. Only Hallmark store I've been to that recalls the wonderful old school Hallmark experience. I went earlier with my mother to get a card for my ex-fiancé and needed some help. I took my mother back to her house and went back for some help. This store has everything and special ocassion cards (like for co-workers and such). I don't know what I would do without this store. One time an employee to about 30 minutes to help me customize some stationary and frame it. That is just one example. So, go to this store and SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL HALLMARK; they are getting harder and harder to find. read more
