We had a really great experience at this Ancho and Agave. It was a beautiful day outside and we were hunting for a patio to enjoy. It just so happened to be happy hour, too - what a great combo! Margs on a patio...say less. As we didn't eat or drink anything off the happy hour menu, this is solely a review for that. We ordered a prickly pear and strawberry pineapple margarita, taquitos and enjoyed some chips with guacamole. The margaritas were good, on the sweet side, but good. I wonder if they're all that sweet or if it depends on which flavor you order. The taquitos were much better than I expected and a large portion of four for $5. The guacamole ranked high above average with the perfect balance of lime and salt. Salsa had a roasty flavor and I'd categorize it as mild. Service was kind and attentive from entering to exit. From this experience, it appears this is a very well run Ancho and Agave - great addition to the Yorktown area.

Food was subpar we wanted to come here for a quick business lunch because of the beautiful space. I really couldn't eat my entree . Our server Dyonara was very attentive and pleasant. Hope the food quality improves soon because it's a nice addition to the restaurants in the area

I was in the area and decide to stop in for lunch. The inside interior is very nice and welcoming. It was packed on this particular Saturday Afternoon. I was seated at the bar which was packed as well. My hostess came right over and filled my glass up with ice water. I didn't have to wait long in placing my order. Everything on the menu is overpriced. The salsa and chips were the only thing that was favorable. A&A is not the place to come if you are looking for some good authentic Mexican food. The cilantro lime rice and black beans were dry with no flavor. Not to mention the meat on my tacos weren't good. There were 2 women sitting next to me. Who were also disgusted with their food. And opted out their fish tacos for appetizers. Nice prompt service, outside and inside decor is colorful and beautiful. The food and drinks just didn't get my approval. Needs improvement

Ancho & Agave is a fairly new addition to the Yorktown area, so after seeing a few glowing reviews combined with a craving for Mexican, I grabbed an Uber from my nearby hotel and made a lunch date with myself out of it. Ancho & Agave are Tex-Mex inspired and have all the classics from tacos to nachos, enchiladas to burritos, and a few things in between. The vibe in the place is energetic with lots of windows, bright artwork and decor, along with neon and lit signs through out. The food was okay, a bit overpriced for the quality. I went with the birria tacos that were sided with cilantro lime rice and refried beans. The tacos were well prepared, but the meat and consommé were lacking the spice I am used to. The rice is bland and the beans were beans. Additionally, I got queso to start my meal and it was also lacking in flavor beyond the cheese. There were pickled veggies, but the actual dip was forgettable. Relating to pricing, my lunch of queso, birria tacos, rice and beans with a water cost me close to $40. Overall, while the atmosphere was pleasant, the hype behind the place was not in line with what I experienced. I may have a different experience collectively as a larger group, but my singular experience would not bring me back on my next visit to Lombard.

First off, the space is beautiful. Really well thought out and decorated, I loved the design and lighting. The outdoor area looked like a nice spot to hang out on a warm day. The staff was warm and welcoming and our waitress was nice. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. I should have known from the salsa, which was bland. The rest of the meal followed suit. The was a mix up and my husband received a burrito bowl instead of a burrito. We were able to get it fixed, but it was the saddest burrito he's ever had. The mole sauce on my enchilada was good, but the carnitas were mushy and just not very good. The drinks were okay, I had sangria and my friends had the seasonal cocktails. They didn't love theirs. Overall, they need to work on their food. The space and staff are great, but for the cost, we're better off going to grab a burrito at so many other places that are authentic and have flavor.

Great decor, perfect for group, gluten free, vegetarian, pescatarian, carnivore and " liquid diet friendly", what more can you ask for! Service is great. I've have the pleasure of being served by a number of staff. Of them, Chris was by far the most personable. Other aspects worth mentioning, ample indoor, outdoor seating and bar seating. Prices are also very reasonable. Two tacos with a side of cilantro rice and beans would be in the $15 range. Margs are approx $12 or $55 for a pitcher. If dining after 5p on a weekend, a reservation is best. Otherwise, there could be a wait.

I absolutely love this place. The food here was amazing. The service was great. The ambience was phenomenal. I definitely wanna come back again. The people were very friendly and explained to us what was in the food. I will definitely come again and try it.

This place looks really nice on the inside and a great option if you're looking for good photo opportunities. However, I wasn't really impressed by the food. I had the Chicken Asada Burrito made Chimichanga style. It barely had any meat and was full of rice and beans. Flavor-wise, it was a bit bland. However, the queso was good. Another guest had the Stacked Nachos. It was okay but a bit challenging to navigate eating. My jalapeño margarita was spicy but I didn't taste the tequila. Like I said, this is a cute place but the food unfortunately falls short.

This was a phenomenal choice for a double date. We met some friends and enjoyed multiple pitchers of margaritas and trying different flavors. We also shared a flight of tacos, which was a beautiful presentation and filled everyone up. The ability to pick and choose the different tacos made it a crowd pleaser! Our server was super friendly and made sure our drinks were never empty! We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the summer and will definitely be back great location!

My parents and I came here for an early dinner and to check out this location recently because they're getting a new one in Naperville soon. Happy to report, the food was awesome and the service was super friendly (shout out to Rashad, our awesome waiter). It's like elevated Tex Mex; I had a delicious pork belly quesadilla with a sherry glaze that was just amazing, but still had some yummy chips and queso!! My skinny margarita also packed quite a punch; often those are a bit light on the booze. Everyone enjoyed our meals and my parents are even more excited for the location that will be closer to them soon. It was so good that I'm going again with a friend tonight for dinner! For a casual setting with tasty Tex Mex + fare, check out Ancho and Agave!

We had an excellent dinner here. The service was good, the food was better and the drinks were the best! I love unique drinks and they perfected their margarita. I have to say I'm a snob when it comes to margaritas and they were good!

Spicey Margaritas-they use a special tincture made In house that they add to the drink to make it extra spicey.

Great selection of cocktails and all sorts of seasonal drinks and specials. Mixologists here are highly trained for what they do and are great with their customer service. They have a larger room in the back that I was not able to see that looks like it's for larger parties. My only regret about this place is that I should have came here for Valentine's day. I love that their menu changes so often each season with so many different drinks to try and they are all super inventive. I also love that they sometimes put fun little items on the drinks, such as a page from a book, a temporary tattoo, or a piece of candy. This time, they had their spring 2026 menu. I looked at their Instagram page before coming and decided exactly what I wanted. It's so fun how they write a little story to go along with each cocktail and the thought process behind it. It definitely makes the drinks feel more personal and special. We started off with the Rose Tico Conundrum (very sweet and came with a little piece of raspberry candy) and Pepe Silvia's Pickle Party Plot (really delicious, was surprised by this one). Next we tried the speciality API month drink called Gratitude in Bloom (tasted very gingery and lemony, almost like a healthy tea drink) and the Springtime Thought Crime (very strong with a hint of cherry). There isn't much seating so it's not great for huge groups but I think there is a patio. It's a pretty casual spot and great for just hanging out. The music is loud but the vibe is fun. The bartenders and servers are always amazing and super attentive. They do not serve their own food, but I think they have a food truck sometimes that you can order from and they'll bring it to you. I could be wrong about that, but the people next to us had tacos brought to them on paper plates, which looked delicious.

We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and were able to snag a table in the busy place. We setup in a cozy corner and began looking over the menu. Our waiter stopped by and we immediately knew he was going to be top notch. He was so friendly but very chill and seemed like he was reading our minds when it came to suggestions. After finally deciding, we placed our order and were impressed by the speed at which our food came out! It was fast for a sit-down restaurant! While we devoured our meal, which was INCREDIBLE by the way (I had the meatloaf and it was delicious!), our wonderful waiter continually checked in to see if we needed anything (but not to an annoying level). Then the manager (I think?) stopped by and even the owner (which I found out who he was later) asked how things were. And it wasn't a check-the-box, they were genuinely interested in making sure everything was to our liking. The restaurant/bar-ish is a bit of a mix. It has a bar feel but is right on the cusp of being something more upscale. And they should embrace that because their food and service level support something leveled-up! The most recent time we went, I ordered the French dip which was tasty, but there was not nearly enough roast beef in the sandwich, so it was very bread heavy. My partner ordered the brisket and for a place that's supposed to be known for barbecue...This brisket was not good. Low in flavor, high in fat. The cocktails were nice and presented very beautifully and we also enjoyed it an ahi tuna appetizer and that was the best thing we had there. We might come back to enjoy the outdoor patio, but plan to share more appetizers and do drinks.

We arrived on a Friday night just before 9:00 PM and had no trouble finding street parking--always a win. We were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer, who was absolutely amazing. She let us know about their late-night perk: half-price small plates and select drinks on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 PM until close, which is such a great incentive for heading out later in the evening. Jennifer was attentive without being intrusive--our water glasses were always full, she checked in after every course, and her recommendations for both food and drinks were spot-on. We started with a Mad Rose for V and a Chameleon for me. Both cocktails were delicious, and after finishing his Mad Rose, V definitely felt the celebratory spirit kicking in. For appetizers, we shared the Vietnamese Summer Rolls and Sweet Chili Calamari. The summer rolls were light, fresh, and nicely accented with mint. The calamari was sweet with a surprisingly spicy finish--delicious, though the heat was just a bit much for V. I'd happily order both again. For my main course, I had the Wagyu Beef Stroganoff, and wow--hands down the best stroganoff I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced with the noodles. It even paired beautifully with my Chameleon, with subtle lemon notes that complemented each other surprisingly well. V ordered the Tomahawk Pork Chop, cooked medium well and absolutely perfect. He loved every bite. It came with a risotto that he enjoyed, even if it wasn't the standout of the dish. Dessert sealed the deal. We finished with Sandy's White Wine Cake--which reminded me of a carrot cake in the best way--and the Banana Cream Pie, which was easily the best banana cream pie I've ever had. Truly a WOW moment. Between the excellent food, thoughtful service, and great late-night specials, Entourage made V's birthday celebration one to remember. We'll definitely be back. I ordered from Entourage Downers Grove and was honestly impressed with how well everything held up for delivery. The standout for me was the lobster bisque. It arrived at the perfect temperature, which is pretty impressive for delivery. The bisque was rich and luscious without feeling overly heavy, and the basil oil added a nice brightness that balanced the creaminess beautifully. It also had a generous amount of lobster, including several large chunks, and was a very solid portion overall. The filet mignon sliders were another highlight. Each slider had a substantial piece of filet mignon topped with pickled onions, microgreens, and horseradish cream on brioche buns. The onions and horseradish added enough acidity and bite to balance the richness of the beef without overpowering it. I also tried the Vietnamese summer rolls, filled with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles, served with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Everything tasted very fresh, and the sauces complemented the generously stuffed rolls nicely. My only small critique is that cutting them in half made for a prettier presentation, but made them a little awkward to dip and eat. Overall, this was a surprisingly strong delivery experience, and I would absolutely order from them again, or better yet, make it over to the restaurant itself next time I'm in the area.

We stopped in for dinner and several things went awry as soon as our food started to arrive. When my side salad arrived it came with Ranch dressing. Well, it was supposed to, but what came didn't look like Ranch, smell like Ranch, or taste like Ranch. I asked the food delivery guy for more, thinking he may have grabbed something else on accident, and he brought more of same. Bummer. Ate my salad sans dressing. Then the Kids pasta arrived, along with a side of carrots. And we waited. And waited. Then the Philly Egg Rolls arrived and the Baked Potato. And I waited. And waited. Finally my "meat loaf" arrived. Only it didn't look like meat loaf. I waited some more for the waitress to return only she never did. I had to get up and walk over to the bar, where she seemed to be busy inventorying liquor bottles, to ask her to look at the food to confirm it was the meat loaf. She immediately confirmed, then paused, then said "Um... no... that... let me check." and took my plate away. Some minutes later I finally received the meat loaf I ordered (which was tasty!, just that everyone else was done eating my this time). While I'm not sure what caused the Ranch to turn, the food to take so long and be delivered piece-meal (when it was NOT crowded AT ALL), and the confusion around the meat loaf (which was one of their "most ordered" items, so we were told when asking about some favorite dishes), I can say that our waitress was very friendly the entire time and apologized for the mess up. Given all of this, and the fact that I think the prices are inflated given the portion sizes, I don't know that we'll be back again.
