Decent decent I just moved to the area and on the search for the rare days that I don't have time to cook. My experience was just for the carne tacos, burrito, and kids nuggets. They were friendly and clean. My only concern was the beans. They did not taste fresh. Tacos were for my husband he's not picky he ate it all up. Went here today only because where we really wanted to go (Mexico Magico) is apparently closed on Sundays. The good was good and very well priced. Our poor server was alone and doing everything. That said, she did very well serving us. The horchata is made fresh and you get free refills. She was generous refilling our complimentary chips and salsa a few times but neither were anything special. I ordered the street tacos (carne asada) which were tasty. This place took a long time to open but it is WORTH it, the food is made from scratch from great ingredients, its authentic but quick, and the drive through is great for breakfast or lunch to and from work. I would definitely choose to go through their drive through then go sit down at some other Mexican restaurants in the area, and if I did want to sit down I could! I had my hopes for this place but so far it's been disappointing. They go a little crazy with onion and cilantro which is really off-putting. And my most recent order was a burrito with the reject pieces of steak so I couldn't even finish it. I'd rather eat at Taco Bell. It may not be authentic but it won't break the bank. read more

Food is good and about as close to authentic Mexican food that I've found in Washington. However, a lot of the plates have small portions so I end up spending a lot after adding a side of beans and rice to fill me up. On the plus side, this is one of the few places we know of that still does FREE chips and salsa and FREE refills on horchata! read more

Ordered roughly around dinner time ordered a burrito plate, and tacos half beef and the other chicken some how they over charged and gave me two orders of beef and an order of chicken. GRR! I swear the lady talking the order over the phone didn't understand me and when she repeated my order it was right but I guess she didn't understand that's why I was over charged. We just bought a house down the street and on our first night moving in neither of us wanted to cook. We found this place on yelp and decided hey it was close let's just try it. Just like the previous post I was weary due to the appearance in the outside. But we decided to go ahead any way and try it. The inside was remodeled and looks much nicer! The service was super friendly and helpful, refilled our drinks and chit chatted with us. && then there is the food! It was absolutely delicious!!! So much flavor in everything, always made just right! And oh my gosh, best fried ice cream I have EVER had! We have been back a few times since and every visit has been just as pleasant :) it's definitely worth a try!! read more

We have only eaten here through uber eats but literally everytime we have gotten food here my husband has been sick for 2 days. I won't be patronizing this business again. The first time we thought was a total fluke. But to have it happen again the second time was inexcusable. I hope the health dept visits them. My babe just picked up dinner and we ordered the burrito and steak quesadilla. We've ordered the quesadilla many times before and today it was disappointing. I opened up the quesadilla it was just meat and cheese. What happened to the onions, cilantros and hint of lime ? These were the ingredients that made it flavorful. The shredded lettuce packed to the side was yellow. My quesadilla was also drenched in oil from the cheese. Was someone just being lazy? Did u guys run out of ingredients? It's blissful and amazing how much this Mexican food tastes just like my favorite Mexican joints I ate at growing up in Southern California. This is the first time I've found my childhood comfort food that really truly comforts me because of how good and familiar it tastes. Since I've discovered this place I've eaten here everyday during my lunch break. I've had the enchiladas verdes and the taquitos. I just can't get over it...the taquitos are identical in texture and taste to those that are my favorite to eat when I visit home. Wow! I'm ordering these every time now! Soft yet crispy texture...juicy and rich in flavor. And the beans....perfect! Everything has that umph and flavor that I knew as a kid and have missed since living elsewhere and in the Pacific Northwest for 11 years. Me and my fiancé tried this place last night and we were very disappointed. We recently moved from San Diego (home of awesome Mexican food) and wanted to find a place that would give us what we were missing. We both got the Andale burrito (similar to the California burrito) and when we started eating it, it was dry. They had forgotten the gac and the sour cream as well as skimped out on the cheese. Now maybe they were having an off night or something but the burritos were also very small and we weren't even offered any salsa before we left. We'll most likely not be coming back. If we're gonna pay $18 for two burritos we'd expect them to be a bit more decent. read more

I love this place. My thing is the quality and taste of the food is ALWAYS 100% when the fair skinned blonde Latina women is working. Each time I have gone with her there the food makes me feel like I am home with the foods I grew up on . It's Mexican food that has adapted to "Washington" food trends.
