He even took my car to another shop without my knowledge and when I asked him where is my car, I than call the location and even went up there and they told me my car was not there. I ask again where is my car and he refuse to share the actual location where my car was and making up more excuses. He refuse to document what work was actually done from the other location and any update from what he did. 2 month later I spent 2k and the problem is not fixed. Never again.

When I was called back letting me know the car was ready the lady behind the counter told me great news we didn't have to fix the lights at all which really threw me cause the man MEVER ONCE told me that one of the reason I brought the car in didn't need work at all (I would've went to pick my car up & would t had agreed to get my windshield wipers fixed at that time). when I picked the car up & checked the lights the parking & garage he brights came on but not my regular lights. I showed the girl behind the counter & she told me which really threw me that those lights had a sensor and only came on at night (which I know they don't I've been driving this car for years) & if that was true then how would I be able to drive my vehicle in the rain during the day that made no sense & I kind of felt like they didn't want to be bothered to fix cause I've never heard that a light that has a switch in the vehicle only can come on during the night that made no sense to me! I found Genesis on a long shot. My 1969 Chevelle was not shifting properly. I called my "go to" mechanic, and he said he would likely take it to a transmission shop. I called a few shops but no one wanted anything to do with the car, because of the value and year model. I finally called Genesis and spoke to the owner. He said bring the car over for a free diagnostic check. I live on the South side of Dallas, so his shop was a solid 30 minute drive. When I pulled up, I had my doubts. Very busy place, with cars parked everywhere. He suggested I go across the street and grab some lunch, while he test drove the car. When I was done, I walked back over and he said he was pretty sure he knew what it was. He said I would have to leave the car overnight, which concerned me. He promised he would keep the car inside. The next day he called and said the car was ready. $200.00 fix. I went to pick the car up and it was tucked away neatly in a bay, waiting for my arrival. Very honest and great service.
