Their website said noon on Sunday, and we had a reservation for 3, but when we arrived early at 2, we were told they were closed until 4 -- and they literally locked the gate behind us. We weren't alone either -- several other guests were milling around confused and frustrated. Eventually, they said they'd open at 3, but when we came back, the gate was still locked. After enough guests showed up and clearly weren't thrilled, they opened up. There were a lot of managers in full suits, which felt a bit mismatched for the laid-back, Texas-modern vibe they're going for. Frankly, if this was any other experience, I'd give it a 2 star based on how I felt we were treated, but am giving some grace for the launch and hoping they work it out since the food and venue are so standout. The place has all the ingredients to be incredible if they iron out logistics and better define the experience.
