I had been communicating over the phone due to having had several broken bones, surgery and being in an out of the hospital. I trusted them to make things right. They got in a black stainless. I had a friend take me to their store and looked at it. They stated they still had to clean it and get it working right then they would deliver. They delivered then installed. The last thing he did was add a steel panel across the bottom to hide the underneath. I attempted to open the door but it only opened about 6" bc it got caught on the metal panel! I removed the panel so the door would open. It hadn't been touched. It was filthy all inside. I attempted to run a small load. It left everything dirty. I contacted them and told them I just wanted a refund to come get this dishwasher. I had dealt with them for far too long and went through too damn many dishwashers. It was ridiculous! They refused to refund my money or to get the dishwasher. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable! I lost over $400 on a dishwasher that did not work and had to turn around and buy a new one from Lowe's, which is what I wish I had done in the first place! These people are crooks!
