If you're in a hurry and need quick tire service, Andino's Tire Services is the place to go. They are incredibly fast at getting you in and out, which is great when you're pressed for time. However, there's a bit of a catch. They almost never seem to have your size tire in stock initially. It's only when you mention you'll go somewhere else that they suddenly manage to expedite and find your tire. This can feel a bit shady. read more

Had a nail in my tire and wa charged 40.00 just to plug my tire. Was told that previous plug may be leaking air. So I got 2 plugs which I was told was 20.00 each. After speaking with another customer I learned that it should have only been 15.00 each. I know it's only 10.00 more but I d9nt appreciate them overcharging me. I purchased 4 tires and after three days one tire required air. This has happened for weeks since I purchased the tires. When I returned the manager stated there is nothing he can do and the tire is good. I do not recommend this company for this reason coupled with the fact that they charge 80.00 per tire compared to tire shops on the plaza that charge 40.00. GO TO THE PLAZA FOR USED TIRES. read more

10/10 as soon as I pulled up in my 2004 Honda they were waving me into a bay, told them I needed 2 front tires, he checked and they had them in stock and they went to work immediately on them! After learning the tires these crooks sold me 3 weeks earlier are DRY ROTTED, I went back to see if they would make things right. I stopped by Andino's because I had what I thought was a nail in my brand new tires of my brand new car.i didn't have time to take my car to the dealership, so my dad suggested Andino's. I hesitated at first because they didn't appear as a standard tire place, but I needed to get whatever was in my tire out. The guy immediately helped me, and he said oh this isn't a tail. This is a piece of metal. It's on your treas and with your tore a being so new you don't have damage at all. He pulled the piece of metal out, checked my air pressure, and said you were good to go. I asked how much I owed and he said NOTHING because I didn't do anything lol. I was confused he said I didn't have to plug your tire which would have been $10. You just needed help getting the melt out, so you're all set. Had I went somewhere else in highly doubt they would have been this nice and probably would have charged me. read more

My sons bought me a new set of tires and wheels for my Tesla Model Y Dual Motor. I tried EVERY tire store up and down Fort Mill and no one would do an install unless I bought new tires (didn't need) or the TPMS sensors (I bought Tesla brand not a knock off) from them. Shredded a tire on vacation & limped into a diner which recommended Andino. As though an airline, an attendant manuevered me into jack-assessable position. They plugged my tire and once their drill got stuck on a lug they bang it off with a hammer, and messed up 3 of my lugs...2 days later my tire blew and i had to pay $130 just to tow my car because the lugs were so bad it couldn't be removed...Called them to see if the would cover the cost of the tow since they messed up my lugs....supervisor stated "we do everything right" "we're not going to cover it" when they were the last to touch my tire Cheap is not always good trust me! Go somewhere that actually cares about your safety and car! Won't be going back! read more

Very helpful! Had both front tires in the front replaced on my Kia Soul noticed that one kept going flat and found out that the rim was cracked. They offered to hold on to my tire while I got the rim replaced. And then put the tire back on my new rim. Would recommend this place to anyone! Fast and friendly. read more

Since the tire I got a few days ago has been just fine I decided to go ahead and get 3 more used tires. I now have a full matching set of used tires and they're so much better than the worn tires I had :-) I arrived and they again went right to work putting matching tires on my rims and getting me on my way. While I waited I noticed that there was a Tire Kingdom across the street with a bunch of empty bays while Andino's was hopping! If I could give a negative star, I would. I had a slow leak on my passenger side rear, and could not afford a new tire. So I went to Andino in search of a used tire. The sold me a decent "looking" tire. I asked about a warranty, I was told they only have a one day warranty. It was explained that if some thing goes bad, it usually within 24 hrs. I purchased the tire on a Thursday. Drove on the tire, Thursday, friday then on the Monday. And that's when the tire blew out on Monday while I was on the freeway. I drove on the tire for less than 48 hrs. I took it back to Andino and they had the audacity to tell me the tire blew out because I was driving on a flat. Now, while I was waiting roadside for help, someone from North Carolina Dept of Transportation roadside assistance showed up. They took off Andino's tire and put on my spare. When the inspected Andino's tire, their professional opinion was that the tire was dry rot on the inside and was not able to endure freeway driving. Luckily I was not hurt. Andino sold me a tire that was unsafe for me and my family. They would not remedy their mistake, and tried to blame me for driving on a flat tire, which was a total lie! All I wanted for them to do was replace the POS tire they sold me. I get it that buying a used tire is not the same as new, but to expect more than 2 days of driving on a tire is not unreasonable. They had no integrity, and refused to remedy the dry rot tire. stay away, their product is inferior and they lack integrity! Look at the photo, it tells you all you need to know. read more

Inquired about a used tire, the appropriate size for my car was sold out. They only had brand new for $100 bucks. I could go to Walmart and get the same tire cheaper. I was offered a used tire that was a different size from the 4 tires that are on my car for $45 without first showing me the tire. No thank you! The person servicing me was female. I wouldn't call it a bad experience, I think the customer service skills should be worked on a bit. read more

Do not go to this place for business. One they tried selling me 4 tires that were not my size said it was okay it won't hurt my car. I spoke to the dealer and 5 others who said never buy tires that don't fit your car. They also sold me one good tire knowing I was riding around on 3 bald tires. When I told someone about it because I didn't know any better, they told me to call them and take my tire back. As professionals any tire place know not to change one tire you change two or a set because it is ruining your alignment Never ever use them. When I told the guy what he did his response was "well I don't care I gave you what you asked for, I did not have to tell you that" No morals whatsoever funny but they tried getting me to buy a set of tires too small for my car. They are expensive but quick. Not too many used tire shops in that area so they can charge higher. If you go to N. Tryon or the Plaza you can get a tire for $30 no more than $35. They charged me $45 for a 235/45 R17. That was a lot for a used tire. read more

I came here a while ago, sometime in 2018, and was very disappointed in the service I received. I did a review about it, as any person is entitled to do. I guess they also remember that encounter so every time I am in the area and those guys see my car, they begin yelling at me and harassing me from a distance. I actually feel really uncomfortable even driving by. I work in the same area so I am around a lot. I wish there was a number I could call to complain but I can not find one. These people at this place are not in any way professional, which is probably why business is slowing down for them. I went in and got a great used condition tire put on my van for $45. I went back a week later thinking that I needed my 2 front tires replaced and they told me they didn't want to sell me tires I didn't need. They informed me that my front 2 tires just needed balancing for $10 ea. I am a female who was alone both times and they could have easily taken advantage of me and told me I needed 2 new tires and I wouldn't have know any better but instead I felt respected and drove away as a lifetime customer. Both times, I was in and out within minutes and back on the road. Highly recommend! The place isn't fancy but they get the job done. FYI: They only accept cash and Visa. read more
