We've been going to this Quality Pet Spot for years and it's one the best pet stores in the South Bay, in my opinion. Staff smile and warmly greet you the moment you step inside. Butter my pup is always well taken care of and I see the dedication. Two of his favorite groomers are Tina and Stephanie! He always smiles every time he comes out from his session with them, which speaks a lot about the quality of care here. I totally entrust my puppy with them! Although she has turned into a little faker, making a big deal about being abandoned, and then as soon as we leave she's kissing everyone and enjoying her spa time. They have a nice clean place, and clearly love their work. Also: OMG this time they gave her a little sunflower for her collar and I LOVE IT! one more thing I want to mention is that my dog is a service dog for medical alerts, she alerts on me when my blood sugar tanks. So she tends to get a little worried when she cannot smell me. But the ladies here take such good care of her, and they are mindful about using low scent and no scent options and leaving the perfume off so as not to interfere with her work.
