So I took my family here. And I was skeptical. But omg…read morelet's get into it. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. The front lady was amazing. She was so helpful and professional. The facilities were great in the back. Clean, professional well taken care of. Let's get into the results. A few of my family had many things done which I will post pictures soon of before and after. I can't stress enough Dr.Sedrak was so accommodating and professional that we all felt at home! I appreciate what he's done for everyone and what he's brought to not only to my family but the community. LIFE BACK! Stands for its name.

From the moment I contacted Life Back Medical, I knew that there was something special and unique about the bariatric group. The front office staff were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They accommodated me with a Saturday consultation. I met with the surgical team, and they patiently answered all of my questions. I felt as though I was more than just another case or a medical record number. They explained the tests, the surgery, and my expected recovery. I literally could not believe that my surgery would be completed on an outpatient basis. Dr. Sedrak, OMG...he knows his craft. He was so kind and I felt very comfortable with him. He created an environment wherein I felt comfortable sharing my weight loss challenges and my health issues. Not only did he share his knowledge and expertise... but it was reassuring to know that he also had revision surgery. It quickly became crystal clear that I had found my surgeon. The surgery was very affordable. I loved the fact that Dr. Sedrak did his own testing, and I wasn't referred out for testing. Moving forward to my surgery day. Quite naturally, I was afraid. I was praying that I would be okay. My husband cried when he dropped me off. As soon as i walked in, everyone was so nice and comforting. I had my own nurse. She took care of me before and after the surgery. I met with the surgical team and Dr. Sedrak. They eased my fears and assured me that I would be okay. Dr. Sedrak, I really thank you with all of my heart....my recovery was nothing short of amazing. Hardly any discomfort. I was on 5 anxiety medications and two high blood pressure meds prior to surgery. I started my prep at 268 pounds. I was 243 pounds on my 9/3/22 surgery day. I'm currently 168 pounds. I'm down from a size 26 to a size 12. I've had no complications. I walk 2 to 4 miles on the weekends. And I'm off all meds. No more anxiety, and my blo9d pressure is normal. My shortness of breath and body pain are gone. I've gone from being a homebody because I didn't want anyone to see how huge I was to feeling and looking absolutely beautiful. I got my life back at Life Back Medical and you can get your life back too. I get so many compliments. And everyone wants to know what I did to lose so much weight....and so fast. Please consider Dr Sedrak and his team...they truely are the best in the industry. They will take great care of you. I thank God, Dr. Sedrak;and his team

The staff is extremely friendly and their patient care is top notch!! The anesthesiologist comes in before surgery to explain the risks. There is a very nice comfortable waiting room you can wait in for the duration of the surgery. I didn't wait long (maybe about an hour), and then the surgeon notified me that the surgery went well. The whole process was surprisingly quick! We were in and out within 3 hours. In the evening, the surgeon called me to ask how Maui was doing. Very good service and compassionate care!! Highly recommend!

I didn't get the clerks name as I was anxious and really into my head since this was my first time having a procedure, but she was very pleasant. I started to calm down as Megan the preop nurse took me back and was very thorough with explaining everything. Kevin the intraop nurse helped me forget what was going on by talking to me about the NBA Championships(I'm rooting for the Pacers, but not mad if Thunder takes it). Thank you Kevin. The recovery nurse, Marissa was very comforting after the procedure. Her discharge education was clear. Appreciate that. Thank you to the Anesthesiologist, Dr. Nguyen. I was most nervous about that as I have never been put under. After speaking with him, my nerves were pretty much gone. A final thank you to Dr. Tam. I really appreciate your bedside manner. Everything felt smooth and efficient.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Amin and her staff! They have been our family podiatrist…read morefor a few years now and the staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure our family is taken care of. Unfortunately, we have had multiple foot injuries and are frequent flyers at their office, but I wouldn't take my family anywhere else! We have been seem same day on multiple occasions with in-house x-rays and a quick diagnosis/treatment plans! If you are in need of foot/ankle care, then you definitely want to give them a chance to help you out! You won't regret it! We are truly thankful for their continuous help!

DISHONEST and UNETHICAL. And the front staff hostile and don't know or won't do their jobs…read more First, The Dr wanted an MRI, that was in the initial authorization. The staff REFUSED TO READ THE AUTH. They had to go back to the VA which took months. Diagnostics are preauthorized. The staff refused to look for it and in the end got several letters telling them it was preauthorized. This was early OCTOBER! End result, I did not get the MRI until Feb or March! WTF! So their being lazy denied me care for five to six months. The Dr. requested PRT plasma rich therapy. It was aproved. AWESOME! Again their staff didn't have it, I had to download my records and send it to them and call the VA to resend it. No problem right? WRONG! I can hardly walk by then and its only gotten worse now. The Dr only gives me steroid injections that no longer work. Whats the point? Last visit, I say good news, and ask, "So what is the treatment plan?" \ She begins ranting, when I bring up the PRT, "The VA authorized it, but they won't pay it...they won't pay what its worth." WTF? You have an auth and a contract. She now says, "Amniotic therapy is what I want to do, but you have to pay for it. Because the VA won't!" WTF! She had an auth that was aproved and now she doesn't want to do it and wants to do something that is not and that insurance won't cover to be paid under the table. That is highly questionable. I again ask, "What is the treatment plan." Again she rants, "I ordered braces and that which you will have to pay for....thats the plan." To date there have been no requests for braces and no request for additional care. At the conclusion of that apt, I ask, "So how long before a followup" she replies, "As needed" that is not an answer. Since steroids no longer work and there are no requests for braces or other care. So she is doing unethical practices in my book. Buyer Beware! I have reported them to the inspector general and they are now very interested.
