Rides were incredibly old. I'm most disappointed at the junior karts and how UNSAFE they are, I trusted this ride as well as the operator of the ride and both failed me. My five year old son slammed into the metal railings bruised his face and shoulder and busted his lip and bit his tongue. I was outraged. Do not put your little ones on this very old and unsafe ride. There are no helmets and if you child crashes he/she could end up severely injured. The rides at the place need to be updated. The junior karts should have more protection for kids (i.e. rubber bumpers/rails etc). Be careful. This was our First and last time. We will not be returning. Totally dissatisfied. read more

It was nice and neat. There are reviews of people getting hurt and I can see that they aren't lying. It's not because of Andretti's itself. It could just be people bumping each other (mostly reckless teens and young adults). Don't be scared to come though. It has Laser tag, a decent arcade, go karting (of course), some rides and golf! We didn't see much of the golf because we were mostly go karting. The thing it you do have to go fast which was a bit of a problem for me(first time) But that aside I honestly LOVE Andretti's!!!! read more

Bought a 3 hour pass for myself, my husband, and our 5 year old. Just before 1pm on a Sunday. Went on the F1 gocarts first. Then son wanted to go on boat ride..no one there. Checked the roller coaster no one there. Went to the rookie go carts no one there. Train and again no one there. The little kid swings again no one there. Waited about 10 minutes and went inside asked for a manager younger guy comes over and gets on his radion saying they are there. No they arent I look out the door and tell him again there is no one at any of them. No sorry nothing. Girl at counter gets on radio and all of sudden 4 employees come out of room behind the VR room and go outside. No apology nothing. Wanted to be charged for the F1 ride we did go on and refund the rest again no apology just a we will give you a 25 game card for your son. Spent 75 whatever didnt want to ruin the entire day for son so we took it let him play his games and left. Will never go back. read more

We come to Melbourne once a year and always schedule a trip to Andretti's. They're always running deals and specials, so it's a great value for everything they offer; go cart racing, laser tag, rock climbing, tree climbing, mini golf, boat rides, etc. There's something to do for everyone of all ages. They've upgraded the laser tag and it's probably what we personally enjoy the most. We've always gone in the evening after dinner, because a) it's cooler temps and b) most of the deals are in the evening, so we never had a reason to try the snack shop. We've never had a problem with rude staff or unruly patrons that are common at these kind of attractions. My only complaint is the game room. After dropping $40 we had earned 1,135 ticket which earned just us enough to buy a movie theater size box of Mike and Ike's! My only consolation is that we had a fun time earning the tickets. The kiddos love this place! Ok, I love it too. We always have a blast here. Some of the go-carts could use some work, are pretty slow & sputtery, and the mini-golf area could use a makeover, but overall it's guaranteed good times. The manager Randy is awesome! If you don't rude service and broke down attractions, then this place won't bother you. This place is way over priced and did I mention the batting cages won't take cash! Also the batting cages here are constantly not working or very inconsistent. The putt putt golf area is fun and the wide selection of go kart tracks does keep the kids busy for a while. This is a great place to take your kids! I always get the two hour bracelet and with that you can do just about anything! Laser tag, batting cages, some small rides, and go carts! My only complaint is that some of the staff is not attentive and somewhat lazy. Groups of male workers were smoking cigars by the batting cages while we waited to get our batting gear for 5 minutes before we finally called for them and they were like "there's no one in there?" Also some of the batting cages don't work correctly so that's a bummer. read more

Extremely sub-par experience. The employees were very immature and conducted unsafe behavior. When driving the go-karts our safety belts were not checked. After the completion of one of the attractions we were not asked if we wanted to ride again and the operator just added three more guests and ran the attraction again. There were three people, one from our group, that were forced against their will to re-ride an attraction that spun and went upside down. My jaw was on the ground when this occurred and I could not believe this employee could be so immature and inconsiderate of their guests. The operator laughed it off and had no concern for the safety or well-being of the guests. They even said "I hope those two girls don't tell my boss" and laughed. Two people from our group were harassed by an employee that was using rude and sexist language. I've never felt more unsafe and appalled at an amusement park. The only pleasant interaction I experienced was the person that listened to my concerns. read more

Took my son yesterday because it's where he wanted to go for his birthday. We grabbed some Groupon all day deals for $25 each.. that's literally the only way to go, unless their website offers any deals (definitely check both). The place doesn't make a great first impression. It seems a little run down.., could definitely use a little upkeep, but beyond that it's not bad. The staff is friendly when approached or asked for help, don't let their non smiling faces fool you. They offer 2 adult sized Go Kart tracks and 2 kid ones.. then I suppose there's a go cart challenge of some sort that's not included with an all day wristband. We rode those Go Karts so many times. Lol. Different speeds on all karts, and if you pay attention to the karts on the track while you're waiting, you can figure out which you want and don't want. Had a blast on those. The putt putt is just meh.. nothing exciting. We had a blast with laser tag. Never did the ropes course but it looked decent. There are several other rides we didn't ride just not being interested. My son did the batting cage and enjoyed it. We went over to Hardee's for lunch, which is in the same parking lot, and came back to spend several more hours at the park. After 7-7 1/2 hours, we called it a day and can honestly say we had a great time. read more

Most the games where out of order for whatever reason, and the one game that the kids we brought really wanted to play, couldn't because most of the the employees were playing the game for over an hour. We stood by and waited, and only one of the employees was kind enough to let the kids play one at a time while the other employees took the 3 other seats. Pretty crummy when we went at a time that we thought was good for the kids to be able to play games together, and we paid. In the future this will be the last ditch effort place to bring our kids to go enjoy some fun time they earned. read more

I wouldn't say it was all bad, but I also only went for mini golf and the course was a joke. The lighting is lacking anthe "water feature" is just a bunch of blue rocks. We didn't finish the course and we're lucky enough to at least get our money back. The staff was at least friendly and the inside was clean. Back in the day you could buy just one go cart ride for $7.00, they need to bring that back, the cheapest pass was over $33 for 2 hours of play, we ONLY wanted one go cart ride, they need better pricing and options available, we are seniors and didnt want to stay for an hour never mind 2 hours and pay those prices. There's always something to do and you definitely get all the fun you would want and more for your buck. The people are knowledgeable and accommodating. The card system is the perfect way to keep track of tickets and WAY better than coins. There are games and prizes for every age too. Man.. where do I start.. all I can say is the cashiers are very respectful, I've Met with the supervisor Ryan that runs the outside. He was very respectful as well...Also met with the manager Anthony, he was very helpful on helping with my situations... but the other employees look miserable... VERY MISERABLE.... I don't know but you guys need a way to bring up their moral. They seem like they don't want to work at Andretti's at all. Most of them stay on their phones during rides. There is No Smiling what's so ever.. everyone looks "Dead". I've grabbed a map of the park and notice it's not even updated! Like the tall drop tower wasn't on there nor was the Swings and Tea Cups... WHICH BY THE WAY NO ONE PROBABLY KNOWS ABOUT BECAUSE ITS HIDING ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK!! ITS A GHOST TOWN BACK THERE! No Worker at that station at all. The go-carts only can go up to like 9 people to ride. Apparently the carts are breaking and I've haven't witness any come back to add more cars to the track. It also sucks they don't serve Pizza, Hot Dogs, Burgers etc anymore. Not worth it. Until they fix up this place. I won't be back till then. read more

We went on a rainy day hoping to have fun. Staff were released early so...the outdoors was closed. This is unfortunate for the rain stopped and mini golf could have occurred. My family loves playing laser tag and takes the opportunity to do so when available. The laser tag gear was not working properly. 3 out of 3 games of laser tag resulted in the same child (after obtaing gear 3 different times) not being able to participate--we learned at the end with the final score that the gear wasn't working properly. Even my big kid whose 62-years old was disappointed his gear didn't work. Updated gear is definitely a requirement for this facility, especially when customers pay $7-8 including tax per game per person. Did I mention if the gear isn't working, your money is non-refundable. The arcade was fun for my kids and if you aren't careful the arcade can increase the cost of your visit dramatically. To keep costs down, look online and consider a 2- or 3-hour pass with a $10 arcade allowance per person in advance. That option gives each child the opportunity to try everything. If the arcade isn't in the budget, consider purchasing ONLY a 2-hour pass per person. This gives plenty of time to try different attractions to the point of tiring your kids, who at the end of 2 hours climb happily back into your car after having some fun. This is our second time visiting the park. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the money this time. The first time, we played 6 laser tag games, golf, etc...and when things don't work, it's non-refundable. read more

When we inquired to the manager, we were immediately asked to leave the premises by the off-duty police officer. It was an unpleasant end to an otherwise decent evening. read more

I write this review as warning to parents with children old enough to ride the race track for 55" and taller. My husband, 10 year old son and myself were on this particular track. The attendant announced quickly the rules over the speaker then said raise your hand if you understand. After that everyone proceeded going around the track. As I came to a curve at full speed I see stopped in the track two cars and the attendant standing in the middle of the track obviously trying to fix the collision. I had little to no reaction time and slammed on my brakes and swerved to keep from hitting the attendant. He jumped out of the way just barely avoiding what could have been an extremely serious accident leaving him badly injured. The car behind me had no reaction time and slammed into me. I circled the track and then came into the finish line. Shaken by what had happened I asked the man why he was standing in the middle of the track and told him I almost hit him. He very rudely told me he was fixing the two cars that had spun out. The problem with situation is that there was no precautionary protocol in place. Had a child been faced with this situation most likely the attendant would have been hit. I told the attendant that I wanted to speak with the manager and he laughingly said he would go with me to talk to him/her. Operation Mgr. Mariel Reyes came out and the attendant quickly started to explain to her his version of what had happened. I then explained to her the situation as I had experienced and the safety issue at hand. She barely said two words and appeared very unconcerned about the safety of anyone. Dissatisfied with her reaction to what had happened I asked one of the employees for the owners name. She proceeded to get another manager, Randy Redding. He explained that the owner cannot be reached ever by phone but said I could contact yet another mgr. by the name of Mark Campbell. I will say that Mr. Redding was very concerned about what had happened and wanted to know the details. The cavalier attitude of mgr. Mariel Reyes clearly made the event that much more upsetting. It was clear to my husband and myself that there was not enough staff to properly man this track. There should have been some sort of cautionary plan in place where the cars are signaled using a flag, lights or loud speaker to alert everyone to slow down. I am certain that the owner of this park would want to know about the lack of safety and concern for safety demonstrated by the attendant and Mariel Reyes. Needless to say the lack of resolution and concern for safety on the part of this manager ruined our time at this park. read more

I was here on Thursday, April 4. My kids and I enjoy Andretti once in a while, and tonight I wanted to treat them.. I bought a 2 hour wrist band for my 3 kids. We were enjoying ourselves until I got a call about a serious family emergency I would never have expected to happen. I understand refunds or rain checks is against their policy, but I'm sure there was more they could have done. In the past, I have seen it with my own eyes, as my family used to love Andretti and we have spent some time here. I will say Rick the "general manager" (must be totally new and not experienced). He seemed like HE WAS IN A PANIC and did not know how to handle the situation.. I was very polite to him as well as the cashiers (who I could tell genuinely wanted to help me as an understanding human being) and did not try to get more out of him than maybe even an hour back to account for our lost time. He told me no and then offered the money I spent on an arcade card, but then thought about it, and changed his mind? All of this in front of our eyes, we saw him looking at the cashiers like he didn't know exactly what he wanted to do, and simply told us that if we came before they close I could MAYBE get our wristbands back. We WILL NOT go back. He is unprofessional, rude, does not know how to act in sticky situations, folds under pressure, definitely does not dress professional (he was wearing longer shorts like one of the workers outside and one of their shirts, as well as normal tennis shoes. I have never seen the managers there dress so casual or out of uniform), and he does not know a way with words to appease customers. It seems as if he looks at the ladies up front for confirmation before he speaks. I can not believe somebody like that would even be put in the position he is. My family loved Andretti and will never come back. The family who visits, will also boycott from now on. Thanks for the memories, but please watch who you put "in charge". read more

Well we went to Andretti today to spend the day. What a terrible experience.The counter girl was rude and when I asked to put the wristband on my ASD kid she refused.My daughter has extreme sensory issues and hates to be touched. The other employee even told her it was okay and she still refused then threw it on the counter and stormed away after I threatened to leave. My daughter was hysterical because she thought she was in trouble and didn't want the girl to touch her. I spoke to the manager and he said he would talk to her so we stayed to play thinking it was dealt with. A few hours and a lot of $ later we are upstairs when the same girl starts talking about me in front of my children on the obstacle course and saying "she wants a job where no one yells at her over stupid things". My children were very upset by this so I was once again asked for the manager. BIG MISTAKE. This place doesn't care about the customers at all, he pretty much shrugged all of this off and said he has never had an issue with her before. ((Read more of these reviews and you will find that there is a constant issue with the employees at this place)) This place has gone down hill in a BIG way. We have spent tons of money here over the years and these days the employees are rude and have ZERO training in customer service or in professionalism,the place is run down and dirty,half the games didn't work and the whole place has a negative vibe. Not worth the money the Fun Spot in Orlando near Universal is the same price, but has more tracks, several roller coasters and a larger kids area. We spent all day at the Fun Spot and left Andretti after an hour and a half. Make the drive instead of coming here. read more

my 4 sons and I arrived about 3:30 pm and bought the 2 hour unlimited armbands. As I walked in, I was VERY disappointed...the place looked abandoned! The girl at the counter that sold me the unlimited armbands, (a young red head who we had been told was 2 days new) wasn't very polite and lied right in front of her manager about why she "accidentally" gave me an armband. I would definitely reconsider her employment there. $152.00 later, I was pissed. We had went to Dave and Busters the weekend before and paid cheaper for hours and hours of gaming fun. There was a kid about 5 years old who everywhere we went, he bullied his way in front of my boys. Where was his mother you ask? She was there, I saw her once but she definitely was not supervising her son. I got to accompany my youngest two on the new family coaster, and it was fun except that I lost count of how many times my head was slammed into the back of the seat..maybe a concussion? We actually live 5 minutes down the street and this had been the second and LAST time I have ever been there. About half of the staff didn't seem so friendly or eager to make my boys spring break outing a fun and "thrilling" one. I also looked them up on my phone again after being there and found coupons for $10 cheaper, but bc I hadn't printed them out, a screen shot was not good enough to show...it even says in the coupon description, so I didn't push that issue. Seems like in this economy, you wouldn't want your business or potential customers feeling like they had been scammed for not trying to search for coupons. Well I've lived in this town a long time. What to do with the kids is an ongoing eternal question. My new answer is Andretti Thrill Park. Between the simple things of Arcade games to the ultra fun Race Tracks. Something for everyone. The Thrill cards are a great idea instead of carrying quarters for the arcade games and you can get extra money added for just registering the card on site ( in case you lose it) and for every 20 bucks, they give you like 5 bucks..too cool.Tracks are great, mini golf, paddle boats, batting cages, mini bowling and batting cages ( my fav)...Me and my daughter will be regulars here now...Great job and just minutes away:) read more
