Andrew is as honest as they come. We had issues getting hot water to our shower/bath. Other plumbers who gave us assessments tried to sell us a new water heater (even-though ours is only five years old) or replacing the shower valve (3 years old which made no sense which would have cost us an arm and a leg. Then came Andrew Pino who adjusted the shower control valve and installed a hot water circulation pump. Voila! No need to replace any the valve or water heater. Andrew Pino is a life saver! Would give 6 stars if possible. We have had many good encounters with him but best story is that he installed a new toilet with bidet toilet seat for my wife the day before she was going to be induced to have her baby. All other plumbing outfits said it couldn't be done, but he told us witch parts distributors to call to get it done in 36 hours. I'm getting a little more work done by him on my house and his estimates are one third (YES 1/3) the price of the big time plumbing companies out there. What compliment can I give to Andrew that has not already been written? However, I can definitely say that he is a superb and skilled plumber. On top of that, he is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He has always shown up on time and he does his work quickly and efficiently. Andrew has done everything from replacing water lines in the kitchen, replacing leaky pipes, installing a new drain pipe for the washer, and rooting out the sewer line. As he is only one guy, it may take a few days before he can get around to you. But he always calls back and will talk with you to schedule the work you need. Andrew and Louie don't need any more five-star reviews, but I wouldn't feel right not giving credit where credit is due. Andrew scheduled me for a non-emergency repair a week out, but when he finished another job early, he went to his waitlist and called me. His rates are reasonable, he does fine work, and he cleans up after himself, too. He also has ethics, which means that he charges by the hour, not some ridiculously high flat rate for each piece of work (I had a couple). In other words, he's an old-school plumber, AND he has a 24-hour emergency service. (Please don't use it unless you really need to; hardly anyone offers that any more!) We're very pleased, and so was our neighbor, who hired him, too. read more

Here's one more five star review for Andrew Pino. Our water heater conked out a few weeks back. We called our home warranty company who sent a guy who seemed very confused about our setup, muttering to himself a lot about how he wasn't sure where our drainage went (?!). The company then told us that we would have have to pay $1200 out-of-pocket to bring it up to code! Instead, we called Andrew Pino, who came HIGHLY recommended on nextdoor.com, and he was able to come over the next day. He looked at our water heater and was very straightforward about what we needed, how to get it up to code, exactly where everything needed to go, etc. He then quoted us a price that was going to save us $500 over what the insurance company told us. We took the insurance company buy out, and Andrew came a couple days later to do the work. He and his assistant worked most of the day on our issue, and when they were finished, everything was perfect. Incidentally, just as they started to work, all the power in our neighborhood went out, so they had to work using flashlights, which couldn't have been easy. We will definitely call Andrew again the next time we have a plumbing issue. He was straighforward, friendly and very knowledgeable. It's no wonder he gets so many great reviews. read more
