I had never had a deep cleanse facial before, and Gabriela was so great. She warned me before any painful parts, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I have super sensitive skin, so she was very mindful to use products that would minimize inflammation. My skin looked flawless the next week for my wedding! I also had a wonderful experience with Daisy, my mani/ pedi technician. It was so easy to work with her! I was an acrylic nail newbie, and she helped transform my awful nails into the perfect, bridal French manicure! The shape was just what I wanted, and she made sure they were short enough that I could be comfortable. Everyone who knows me and how clumsy I am was just so impressed that they held up so perfectly for so long! I originally kept coming back because they had affordable prices and consistently good-quality work. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. During my most recent visits, I've been cut badly enough that my finger was literally gushing blood. What made the situation even worse was the nail technician becoming frustrated and getting mad that he couldn't paint my nail because my finger wouldn't stop bleeding. I was already hurt and bleeding, and instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. On top of that, I've had two nails break recently, including one that broke only TWO DAYS after getting them done. This has literally never happened to me before. I don't pick at my nails, I don't do hard labor, and there was nothing I did that should have caused them to simply snap off. The quality of the work has clearly gone downhill. After being a loyal customer for 4+ years, I'm officially done. It's frustrating to have supported a business for this long only to feel like the service, quality, and customer treatment have deteriorated so much. I would not recommend coming here. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the quality of their work and how they treat their customers.
