Very disappointed...I ordered a menudo with pata (pig feet) I received a menudo with bone only...i had no choice but to eat it since it was carry out...I called manager to respectfully advise her and she responded with "owner said he can replace the pata only" I told her pls tell the owner he can keep the pata & he just lost some clients. Food is delicious, I always get the red chilaquilles with steak and egg. Service is normally good, haven't necessarily had a bad experience so I won't complain. The place itself is a decently good size, on a busy day you're going to struggle finding a seat. It can get a bit crowded but practice patience and it won't really matter. I've been coming here for years with friends and family. The food won't blow you away, but it's good and consistent. We've had their cheeseburgers, potato tacos, sopes, tacos, burritos. They're all good. Their service is very kind, accommodating, quick, and cheery. Their staff is very spirited. October 20th,2023 @ 3:30PM. Always came here when i was younger. The lady that helped us before she left for her shift she was nice and sweet but the lady that came after - she wears a glasses she was definitely rude. i don't know if she becoming racist or something , but my mother in law got a refill and her cup didn't get marked up. But my boyfriend got a refill and his cup gets marked. So paying $3.49 and only getting one refill. Their prices is outrageous.. I don't think i'll be coming back here. I use to live around here and would always go to the old location but this location is not it anymore. read more

The food was pretty good but the workers have bad communication and it affects the flow of things. We went in today to eat breakfast (family of 6). They got packed so a lady was trying to take orders before you got to the actual register. Once we got to the actual register I don't think the girl could understand the writing and didn't charge us correctly(we didn't know at the time). When the food came out we realized we didn't have an item so we told the waitress and that's when she asked us for the receipt and realized 1. we were charged for an item we didn't order and 2. the items were were charged for were wrong. She kept telling su we might owe money and she needed to talk to her manager. The manager was super rude and didn't stop to apologize for the workers mistake. We get it things get busy and stuff happens and my dad just ended up paying whatever they said we owed extra because we didn't want problems. Even one of the workers came up to us and apologized but she said that's just how her manager is. They just have to pay more attention and be careful. read more

I suspect the burger would have been pretty solid without the bacon but the double order of bacon made it a whole lot better. The fries were heaped generously. The serivce was friendly. Ambiance was good, order taking was pleasant, they bring your food to your table, so that was a plus! As we are eating I look over to my guest and see disgust on her face, she found a cockroach in her salad. It was gross! The server was very apologetic and mentioned they have been having this issue for a while. The manager quickly asked me to step outside and offered me my money back. They were very worried and showed concern over the situation but it's NOT okay! Other employees seemed upset because they said they know it's an ongoing issue and management is not doing the correct thing. I wonder what else they see... I hope they take care of this issue. (FRIES, IN BETWEEN, A LARGE & SMALL FRIES) and they demanded, that it WAS A LARGE FRIES, and wouldn't fix it. I've been coming here, for years. So i know, what their large fries, look like. I ended up leaving, still slightly hungry. When they give me a normal large fries, i always leave, with a full stomach. I felt like i was ripped off. $$$ I paid almost $9 dollars, for 2 burgers & LARGE fries, and didnt get, what i paid for! The food is usually good though. There were no customers so he was just cleaning from top to bottom.. cleaning the kitchen spotless.. WOOW YES! clean and good! They also have a dressing bar! I was like what?? I don't have to pay for my dressing? apparently not. At other burger joints they charge you 50 cents per dressings but not here yay! They also have 3 flat screen T.V's where you can catch your most recent sitcom or t.v show ;) I need to come back for that BLT I keep reading about... for sure! :) Maybe free wi-fi will bring more people to dine here. who knows.. but hopefully this helps. :) read more
