I vividly recall Aron avowing that all would be handled impeccably. He was inventorying my funiture and belongings into storage. I had already been present for hours. Aaron assured, with his tens of years of experience with the company, he would take the utmost of care with my belongings. Come one year later and the company moves my belongings into my home. A hand painted floor cloth/mat, $3500, arrived crushed at the ends with dents along the rolled rug. The painted canvas is cracked in many places and the many layers of paint/polyurethane have and continue to flake off. The artist determined it is not repairable. An antique, sturdy child's rocking chair is missing a spindle along the back. It has been broken off and all that is left is splintery wood in the holes that once secured the spindle. When the spindle was broken, I should have been informed and the broken spindle should have been returned to me. Instead, the company hoped I wouldn't notice the damage to my heirloom. Replacement Value insurance is not an option with this company. There is no accountability. I cannot recommend this company. read more

I wouldn't recommend them. They did show up when my other movers backed out at the last minute thus the two stars. However, this team was disorganized and spent a lot of time wandering around and asking the same question several times. I've worked with other movers and these guys were definitely below my normal standards. Specifically, one of the movers came in and right away used the bathroom for a bowel movement. We only have two bathrooms so it made moving unpleasant. They started at 9 and by 10 all four of them were taking a cigarette break. The lead guy knew we weren't happy so he offered to take away some trash to improve my experience but after they left I found the very trash he offered to remove...in the back of the house hidden away. Overall, Disappointed and I won't be using them again but...my stuff got moved. I'm sure I got the B team and maybe they have an A team. read more

Everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed working with the office people. I had them pack me though and was assured that they would keep the pieces together and be able to reassemble the items they took apart. It was a mess when I got to my new place with clearly labeled boxes in very random places. It took me weeks to find some items like the glass that went to a table (it was in a box with random other items), and there are some items still missing. My bed was not assembled correctly, several pieces of furniture were lost (like a shelf from the bookshelf, the pegs that hold the shelves up, the L brackets that connect two sections of furniture). I recommend for moving, but not for packing. read more

When we had to suddenly move because our landlord wanted to sell the house we were renting - I put on Facebook "anyone have good movers?" and out of 30 responses, 27 of them were Andy's - so we got a quote which was in line with others - and hired them. Moving day was 116 degrees hot. Robert and his crew worked their butts off and got us all done in record time with heavy furniture and even helped move stuff in the house as we wanted it. Can't recommend them enough - especially Robert and his crew. Polite and hard workers. Had to ask them to keep hydrating cause I wasn't seeing them take breaks and wanted to make sure they were doing ok. Hard working team. Very thankful. read more

We had a great experience working with Andy's Transfer. They offer gently used moving boxes in a variety of sizes for just $1.00 each, which was incredibly helpful. I returned several times to pick up more as needed. On moving day, the professional crew arrived on time and efficiently loaded all of our furniture and numerous boxes onto the truck. They then unloaded everything smoothly at our new place in Newport Beach. The entire process was handled with care and professionalism. I selected their service to help move from LA county to Orange County and I can tell you the move was completed in 5 hours which was amazing and so quick. I moved from Glendale to Glendale and it took them more 6 hours. The price was reasonable, service was amazing and honest.
