The Vets here are excellent both Mr & Mrs & you can tell that they really care about animals but some of the staff here are extremely rude (not all ) We stopped coming here for a long period of time bc of certain staff & their rudeness I brought my dog here recently & looked over these issues only bc of the exceptional Vets & the ones that we were seeing kept misdiagnosing my dog I knew that Dr Smith would be the one to take care of her & find the proper solution read more

We are very doubtful on the Vets we have visited - they always seem so in a hurry to get to the next person. So we tried Angel Animal Hospital. My husband went alone and he is very picky. When I spoke to him about it - he raved how they had her name on a chalk board - the place was so clean. Everyone was so nice. Well Ginger is not just a dog - she is one of our fur babies. Well I said I would give another update when I saw Dr. Brittany Smith. I saw her today. I think I have found the perfect replacement for Dr. Gotcher. Dr. Gotcher said he thought I would like her. He was right. Dr. Brittany Smith is a lot like Dr. Gotcher in my opinion. She likes large dogs. My baby boy is 150 pound Cane Corso and not all vets are comfortable with that. Dr. Brittany Smith was great. Great personality, easy to talk to and most of all she was great with my baby boy. Which is most important. I didn't know if I would ever find a vet that I liked as much as Dr. Gotcher. But I think I have. I had 3 Bull Mastiffs at one time and Dr. Gotcher took care of them all. He even took care of Bleu, my Cane Corso, when he was younger. When it comes to my babies, you have one chance to impress me. Dr. Brittany Smith did just that. She will now be my go to vet for my baby boy. If you are looking for a good vet, for your baby, I don't think you can go wrong giving Dr. Brittany Smith a try. I am glad I did. read more

Doctor Gotcher is the best. I had to put down my cat today and he was so compassionate. He took his time to explain everything and went above and beyond. Situations like this are never easy, but he put my mind at ease. I couldn't recommend his care for your pets more. I'm a new customer to Angel Animal Hospital. I have been there two times now and they took very good care of my elderly kitty. Everyone is so friendly there. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and courteous. Both appointments were with Dr. Gotcher. He has many years of experience. And I appreciate how he took his time in explaining her issues and answered all my questions. Considering my cat is almost 18, she's in very good condition for the most part. The inside of their office is very clean. And I appreciate how they have a separate waiting area for cats. My cat was nervous enough so being in a nice, quiet waiting room was definitely helpful. The pricing may be a bit high but that's how it is at most vets. For the first visit, it was $221 for a full exam and for the lab work we had sent off. I wanted to get her levels checked since she's so old. I wanted to make sure she didn't have thyroid issues, liver or kidney disease. The second visit was almost $400 which was a bit surpising. She had to get her blood pressure tested. And she needed to be shaved down because she was completely covered in mats. She also needed to be sedated for that and given IV fluids. And she was given an antibiotic shot that would last for 2 weeks. I figured that was easier than having to give her meds everyday. I didn't realize getting her shaved would be so expensive. I have to make sure I don't let her hair get matted in the future. They wanted to keep her overnight as a precaution. She was sedated for an hour and a half which is a long time for an old cat. Plus she had some knicks on her body from the shaving. I don't blame them for that because it has happened to me when I shaved her as well. The mats were so close to her skin. I appreciate that they wanted to keep her overnight to keep an eye on her. And they didn't charge me for that. I'm fine with the cost because of the great customer service and their expertise. The location is also perfect for me because we live literally a minute away. You can't get much closer than that! I will definitely be back with my other cats. First time coming and was very anxious about visiting a place my 8 year old ESA has never been taken to. Front desk greeted my cat and I promptly and had me fill out a small sheet of paper listing my animal's personal and medical information and my personal contact details. Since I didn't make an appointment, they said there might be a little wait, but I didn't have to wait long at all. There was a separate waiting room for felines, which was perfect because my cat gets very nervous and doesn't like other animals, especially big scary dogs. When we were being taken to the room, the Vet Asst. welcomed us and carried my cat's kennel to the room as we followed her. She weighed her and asked general questions, and then we waited for the Vet. The Vet came in shortly after, spoke warmly to me, asked important questions, allowed me to say everything that has been going on with my animal and didn't cut me off once while she checked her out (checked heartbeat, ears, eyes, teeth, etc.). I was really worried about my cat and her health since she is getting older, and I wanted to seek out the best treatment for her and to have confidence that anything diagnosed was going to be accurate and handled correctly and efficiently, and the fact that I was being listened to made me feel so relieved. They gave me two treatment options, specified prices for each of them, and explained the pros and cons of both. I chose what I believed would be a better choice for my cat and the reasoning for her visit, and the Vet recommended the option as well. My Emotional Support Animal and I left after getting blood and urine samples taken from her, and I was satisfied with what was done. I didn't experience any issues during the visit, and the staff, especially the Vet, seemed to genuinely care about their patients! I love that! I'm seeing them again in a few weeks when her lab work comes in. read more

I would highly recommend Angel Animal Hospital. My 10yr old cat was very sick when i took him in on a Friday morning. Although they had no appts available till later that morning, they worked him in within a short time. The staff and Dr. Jones was very compassionate and explained the best options on how to treat him. I took him back in on Saturday morning just to give him another fluid shot to make sure he was staying hydrated. At that point Dr. Jones saw me in the hallway and asked how he was doing and decided to have a look at him while he was there. At that point Dr. Jones could tell I was still worried about him and offered a few other options to speed up the recovery. I rescued a dog about two and 1/2 years ago and of course went to Angel Animal Hospital and Dr. Gotcher. By far the best one around! Dr. Gotcher and Dr. Helaire are both friendly, well educated and very compassionate, caring vets. As well as the entire staff, great customer service with compassion. Although my boy crossed the rainbow bridge from a brain tumor, I wouldn't take my dog anyplace else PERIOD! read more

Our chihuhua was hit by a car and after we took him to VCA Emergency center we were told to follow up with a regular vet. We took our Papi to Angel Animal Hospital. They were able to see us right away as a new patient. The staff and doctors were very nice and seem to really care about animals. He stayed there for two days and they called and updated us on how he was doing. They also followed up with us after we brought him home and asked how he was doing with his meds and injuries. The cost was way less than i was expecting for everything they did. I was really impressed and we will definitely be taking our feisty little Papi back. read more

When I got a new puppy I brought him here due to the food reviews I read. My puppy was treated good staff was nice and I was more than satisfied. However my puppy had an incident prior to his last set of shots. He broke the divider inside his crate and poke his eye causing a swollen eyelid that got infected. When I came home and saw him I immediately called on Friday trying to get squeezed in for Saturday appointment but the girl who answered the phone kind of laughed and said they get booked out at least a week and soonest I could be seen was Wednesday and be on a wait list for Saturday. That was disappointing as accidents happen without being planned and this facility is called Angels Animal hospital I think based on how I was treated should consider changing their name to clinic. I called another vet where my dog had never been and was able to get an early appointment on Saturday. I did receive a call telling me they had a spot that opened up but I couldn't just wait and not shop around for another vet. read more

I called yesterday morning 9:00 am to make appointment for my dog and tell them my dog had been hit by a car the night before. They give me appointment until 3:00 pm. I showed up at 2:00 and at 2:55 they put me in a room. ok at 3:30 a nurse come and ask me if i want to see a diferent dr. becouse the other dr was running late. I said ok the dr came in saw the dog ,explained to me what she is going to do and toldme the price and ask me if was ok whit me. I said yes is ok ,they took the dog do xrays and told me again what is wrong and she is going to put a splint on the dog and give the price again. I said ok again. The Dr. and nurse left and after 30 minuts of waiting I decide to go outside and I said did you guys forget about us? the nurse told us ( my 11yr old who was very upset her dog was hit) they had to stop working on splint because your husband is on the line with the office manager,10 minuts later the manager came and told us they are not going to do anything on the dog until tomorrow because there is no time any more. so I was there over two and half hrs and my dog did not have anything done. I payed and walked away with my dog in the same position, with nothing done. Looks to me they are so worried about people have money to pay a bill. I have money to pay the bill 100 times and Angel Animal Hospital office manager she was carless about my dog. The Dr was ok and all the girls in the staff were nice, but the office manager put money over my puppies broken leg and my daughters broken heart. thank Gad Angel Animal Hospital is not the only vet in town. We have used Angel Animal Hospital for about 3 years now and couldn't be happier with all of the staff. The folks at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. The techs are fabulous. In the 3 years that we've been going there I'm certain that we've seen all of the doctors and love them all! So much so that when we make an appointment for any of the kids, we don't care which doctor we see. We've been there with our 2 dogs, Trunks and Krillin, since they were 7 weeks old and they are now 3 year old, 80lb, love monsters. That being said, they can be a handful when it comes to the exams (and nail trims, ohmygosh! Sorry about that, guys!) and everyone that has been a part of that has been so patient, gentle, and loving towards them and us. Vanille, our cat, also goes there and while she can be not so social with strangers, the staff handles her with ease and manages to keep her stress to an absolute minimum. We lost our cat, Paleface, last year and all through his treatment, everyone there (from the front to the back) was so compassionate to both us and him. When we lost him we were totally devastated and the kindness that the staff showed to us was more than we could have ever expected. We appreciate that more than we could ever put into words. I wish I could give you guys all 100 stars instead of just 5. We love you all!!!! Oh, and they are very involved with a non profit animal rescue group called Triumphant Tails. We got Trunks and Krillin though that rescue. Both Triumphant Tails and Angel love animals as much as we do! read more

I can honestly say these people saved my little doxie. My vet closed up about 2 yrs ago and my doxie was in need of help. I called them one day, told them she was really messed up with an infection.
