I struggle with this review because our driver Mohammed was wonderful in every way. Pleasant, courteous, good driver, timely. 5 stars! A relatively new company so my friend and I were convinced we were each going to write perfect reviews. The problem came with the bill. When I called for a price quote I asked for an all inclusive price. Abe quoted me a price but the gratuity and tolls were extra. When I emailed for a receipt, there were additional charges on the bill. I called and Mohammed's brother Abe told me he had under estimated but would honor his price but now there were these extra fees. After writing him again, he said he would credit the misc. fees but I could take my future business elsewhere. Really? With only 5 yelp reviews and a new business, can he afford to end their correspondence with that comment? Unfortunate. read more

Booking a shuttle service from San Francisco for teachers in NY (Laguardia to Garrison Institute) was no easy task! There were a few companies in budget but had not-so-great reviews.. I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt to these places, but the lack of customer service was discouraging. Then I found Angel Elite! Abe at Angel Elite immediately listened to my needs and went above and beyond my expectations. I work with a nonprofit that works with school teachers and we needed transportation for this event with fairly short notice. Honestly, within days of exchanging more information, we booked with Abe. I used yelp to pick this limo company for my son's wedding party on March 28, 2016. So glad I did. When I spoke to Abe, the contact person, he was very helpful. We spoke for several minutes about which limo to book. I had to make some adjustments afterward and they were handled without a word. We were accommodated very well. The limo driver - Willy - was wonderful and knew how to get around Manhattan without too many issues. It was a weekday mid-afternoon and traffic can be horrific. The limo was a small party bus with comfortable seats. It was clean and attractive. All in all a great experience and we were all happy with the service. I would certainly use them again. read more

We come visit NYC annually for the Thanksgiving holiday and have tried many services over the years, Angel Elite is by far the best that we have used and will continue to use and recommend to friends. Great communicators, when we landed I had the information on who would be picking us up, Luis called and told us to where to meet him and everything went very smoothly. This taxi service IS THE BEST. I scheduled to be picked up from Columbia(Washington Heights) to JFK for 3am and the taxi driver arrived 20 minutes earlier than the appointment. He was extremely courteous and put all of our luggage into the car. The car was a small Infiniti SUV and spacious enough to fit 3 people which is what we had. So from Washington Heights to JFK we paid the taxi driver $60 for his service including tip which is CHEAP in my book. I checked other taxi services and Uber and it was way more for 3 people. I'm not sure if this place is well known but it definitely needs to be recognized and acknowledged as one of the best and cheapest taxi services! read more

Me and my Grandmother took Angel Elite from the airport when other limo company forgot to pick us up on the way to the airport! Not only was service amazing but it was reliable, quick and easy to book online with text and email updates the whole time I was very impressed. I work as a Dj and always need rides from my home in Staten Island to the city and will be using Angel Elite for all my upcoming trips I really recommend the service. Angel Elite just made my day!!! I am in Boston and don't know the NY area well at all - my boss had a meeting in NYC with VERY tight timing to catch a flight in Newark, NJ. I knew a car service was the way to go, so of course I turned to Yelp!, which once again did not disappoint. Angel Elite was SO incredible. The communication beforehand was great, they were exactly where they needed to be in PLENTY of time to pick her up (which was a specific building on a university campus, which is often tricky to describe/navigate!) I let them know the terminal & gate # at the Newark Airport to save time as well... and my boss just let me know she made the flight! Obviously Angel Elite can't control NYC traffic [I wish!!], but the fact that they did everything perfectly really made the difference. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them!!! read more

I've been in the travel industry for 30+ yrs, so I put a great deal of faith in recommendations and I used Yelp to find this service before my trip. So when I personally experience amazing service, I want to make sure to recognize it - especially when its a small business, and it can help grow their business because they give excellent service. We used the car service 3 times for a party of 6 and had a wonderful Mercedes Sprinter (super clean and plenty of space for us and for all our luggage going on a 9 night cruise!). All three times they were exactly on time, they texted and left voicemails about their arrivals (they even found us - both parties separately @ JFK - crazy airport!) they were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable about the NY area, fun guys... and we liked that they drove safely! Our drivers were Willie and Robert and both of them were excellent drivers, super nice and really efficient drivers. I would HIGHLY recommend this service and these two drivers to anyone needing quality limo/shuttle service in NY. Also, a shout out to Abe - he was great to work with on getting this booked, super fast on confirmations and when sending emailed receipts after the drives. Just called Elite to see what they charged to go from E 54 St to JFK. They r $$$$ $89 one way in not cheap. Due to the 2 stars I gave them since they r pricey someone from Elite has called my home # (how did he get my #) at least 10 times harassing me about my low rating. Explained it was due to the price and nothing more but he doesn't stop the harassment. The next call I make will be to the Police. read more

The reviews are spot on!! I used this service for my son's prom and needed stops that included NJ ,Westchester, and NYC. Abe made the booking seamless and assured me that my son and his date would be safe. We even had last minute changes and Abe handled it all without a problem. The driver Mr. Angel Lopez delivered exceptional service. He was at our house a 1/2 hour early but didn't rush us. We chose an Escalade which was beautiful and spotless. The rates for the vehicle were very reasonable. The customer service is exceptional from the first phone call to the last email. A rarity in this type of business. Awesome service! I found Angel Elite on Yelp and after reading numerous reviews of other companies decided to take a chance on Angel Elite. Reviews Sounded too good to be true but had a good feeling about it. We called after midnite and left a message. We called next morning to make arrangements for two pick ups from a venue in Staten Island to go into Brooklyn. Even though it was short notice, they had availability for that same night on July 12th. We also received a call back from the company from the previous message we left. We booked two cars and our drivers were Dharmendra and Ahmad. I received a text message from them upon their arrival at the venue - Island Chateau. They arrived early, so i met them outside the venue and asked if they could give me a few minutes to round up the group and they complied graciously. It was my daughters wedding so I was providing transportation for the couple and other family members to get home. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time using this company and I really didn't want just a regular car service to get home. We're talking my family which is precious cargo to me. Ahmad assisted with the packages we had on hand and was pleasant and patient as well as Dharmendra. We had such a smooth ride into Brooklyn. My son also called me the next day to tell me about his smooth ride home. I am grateful they got us all home safe and sound. Courteous reliability - that's what I got with Angel Elite. Living in Seattle and flying into Newark I needed a good car service to get me to Brooklyn (and that's like finding a needle in a haystack). I did web surfing research and sent emails to my two finalists, asking about their service. Angel Elite responded and kept responding to all of my obsessive-compulsive questions. (Can't be too sure coming to NYC from 3000 miles away). Their web site is spectacular - I could choose different types of cars and enter from and to addresses to know exactly how much I would pay (which is exactly what I was charged). And the rate was better than other quotes and cheaper than the shared airport shuttle. Online, I made a reservation and got a confirmation email. AND - on the day of pickup, they sent the driver's name and cell phone to my cell phone. When I landed, I texted and the driver was waiting. Better yet, my driver had a GPS web link so that I could see exactly where he was. (I was told that not all of them do just yet) How comforting that was! The experience was equally as good on my return trip - they even made suggestions for what time was best for a pickup. And, using the GPS link, I could see where my driver was as he picked his way through NYC to come get me. But here is the best part, they were personable and respectful in all email conversations and in person. I felt like a valued customer. There was a large group of us flying in for the Tribeca festival and I recommended Angel Elite to all of them, and everyone found them to be courteously reliable. read more
