I had my poor car towed into his shop on a Wednesday evening, was given a detailed rundown of what was the issue(s) that should/could be addressed (taking my budget into account and communicating with me throughout) by Wednesday evening. And I went to pick up my car Thursday night. From the start of the encounter through picking it up, Automotive 2000 took great care of me. It genuinely felt like I was being taken care of by family. While I hope to not have to return under the same circumstances, I've been telling my friends and family that I do indeed Trust this place. I'm also going to translate this into spanish in case someone out there is looking for assistance but their english is not so bueno... SPANISH BELOW: No sé qué experiencias hayan tenido otras personas aquí, pero yo vine por recomendación de un amigo de muchos años y la verdad quedé sorprendido con el trato que recibí. Mi carro tuvo que entrar al taller en grúa un miércoles en la tarde; ese mismo día en la noche ya me habían explicado con detalle qué problemas tenía y cuáles valía la pena arreglar (siempre tomando en cuenta mi presupuesto y avisándome en cada paso).
