Technicians are professional in their little white jackets and maintain a comfortable environment with soothing background music. I got the royal treatment today! Guess I came at the right time because I was able to get a gel manicure done by Kim while at the same time getting a spa pedicure by Lynn, AND waxing by Christine! And I can truly say that all three of them gave impeccable service with excellent results. Read the reviews about pricing. Ask for the price of each service you'd like to have done or else the owner/manager will upcharge, including adding charges for services you didn't ask for, like an extra massage or callous remover. The women who work here seem nice enough but the prices are generally high for what you get, which is rather basic services. Don't expect any artistic designs here. If you choose one of their "fancier" gel nail designs, aka shimmer polish over a basic nail color, expect an upcharge that doesn't match the quality or complexity of the nail design. If you don't pay cash, they'll ask you to Venmo and then choose an emoji that appears like you're sending them money as a gift. They'll also pull out a laminated page w/ special pedicure packages. Know upfront that the prices of these special pedicure packages are in addition to the separate pedicure fee. For instance, you'll end up paying the standard gel pedicure fee in addition to the special pedicure fee. Paying with a credit card will also incur an extra fee. You'll easily walk out of there paying $100+ to $150+ for rather basic services, and that doesn't include tip. I've been going here for years due to sheer location convenience, but ever since the latest owner took over this place, the pricing and hidden fees have become increasingly worse. One of the ladies in this place is HELEN - no last name or I just never asked. Helen has been the sweetest, most skilled, gentlest and most crafty of all the ladies who has done my nails. My BFF and I are very fond of her and love her... we enjoy our visit with Helen. She is honest to a fault when we choose color (lol) which is nice. She tells me straight up whether the color I like would either blend well with the tone of my skin or not... Everyone in the salon is very friendly too, but Helen is friendly but not loud and she knows when to pause or stop when she feels like I had a long day and wants my "me-time". I am a tired mother who scheduled her nails after my baby went to sleep to relax. It made it challenging to relax and enjoy the service in a peaceful environment. Came here right after work and it was pretty packed but they welcomed me anyways. I only waiting around 5 min before being called. I wasn't blown away, but they did a pretty fast and reasonable job. I had two different ladies work on me. Since two individuals did work on me they struggled with communicating to match the colors from my toes and fingers but at the end they almost matched the same shade. And i must have fragile cuticles, because regardless of where i go, i always bleed from one of my thumb cuticles. But the lady here asked me if i was okay, and said i was going to be okay. Tried couple of places (as expensive as $70 for acrylic and no design also average ones) however I found this location online. Today was my 3rd times here and I'm very happy with the outcome. I've been here twice for spa pedicure and gel manicure and is now my go to salon. They have lots of workers so easy to walk in, with minimal waiting. Appointment is not necessary unless you are wanting a specific person to do your nails. The ladies are very friendly and do a great job! Prices are reasonable too! We happened to be in the area and decided to stop by and check this place out. This nail salon is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The salon was clean and had several spa/massaging chairs for pedicures and several tables/stations for manicures. The staff was nice. The prices were very reasonable. The salon was busy, but luckily we didn't have to wait long. We both decided that we could go for pedicures, so that's what we got. The spa pedicures were $18 per person. They were nice enough to make sure that we were seated next to each other. They were very careful while working on our pedicures. The foot/calve massages were great... probably our favorite part of the pedicure. They took there time and used nice, firm pressure. She's the sweetest and funniest lady and she takes so much time to make sure your gel manicure is on point. My gel manicures always last 3 weeks before I have to go back and get them done. Nina really has a passion for what she does and makes sure that even single time you nails come out perfect! The prices are decent as well. You can get a full gel set and a pedi for around $50.
