This is my first and last time I go to this nail salon. I went there because it was the closest to me and why not give it a shot. I feel so bad to say this but an old lady did my nails.. she didn't even ask me what shape I wanted it and she started doing a white nail polish, which I asked for. I like my nails with a square shape and that was not looking like that, plus the nail polish was not helping. I told her I wanted them square because they were not looking nothing like that. On top of that, the way that she was doing my nails, the borders they literally look like if it was me doing them at home! Her hand was so shaky and the borders were not straight. I didn't say anything because 1. She is an old lady. 2. I didn't want to be that annoying and rude customer. I was so upset and so disappointed to be paying for an awful service. The reason I continue to go here is for me favorite nail lady ever.. KIM! I love her. She's so sweet and does my nails literally perfectly. I recommend her to everyone. Their prices are super reasonable, too. They also have a point card reward system for savings :). The only thing I would say is that I have been like super uncomfortable with a few of the other ladies who just stand next to me pressuring the hell out of me while I'm trying to pick a color... I usually just get a basic pedicure and get the opi polish for and additional $4. There are about a dozen colors to choose from so you don't have to stand there and try to choose from 9000 shades of ballet slippers and marshmallow! It will run you $18. This is my favorite nail salon. The prices are great and what I save I pass onto whoever is doing my services. I've been coming here for a few years. They give points and discounts. During the week a regular Mani/Pedi is only $18 (M-Th). The ladies have always been friendly. Even with the great prices, it's a luxury that I can only do every once in awhile, but they remember me and treat me well. :) read more

This nail salon is absolutely terrible. I called for an appointment and they said they were available to take me, I walked in and the lady claims that I never called (who hardly speaks any English) this is not the first time this has happened. This is an extremely poorly ran nail salon and it is extremely dirty. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else!!!!! read more

If you are in need of a cheap, fast (as in lightening speed) manicure, this is your spot. If you are looking for a nice manicure that won't chip within 24 hours, look elsewhere. I frequented Angel Tips during my high school years. Now, years later, I returned to Angel Tips for a manicure. Either I had a strange sense of quality as a teenager, or Angel Tips' service has gone down hill over the years. After walking in, I was bombarded by a woman shouting, "Pick a color!" Then, when I didn't choose fast enough, she hovered over me. I was rushed to a manicure station, and the woman made minimal effort on my nails. The whole manicure took less than 10 minutes --my drying time was more! I'm not quite sure why this place always seems packed, but there are definitely better options for a manicure. Spend an extra $1-2 and take your business elsewhere! read more

I stopped in because it was on my way home. Never again. I had to ask twice to turn off the massage part of the chair-- it was like aggressively pushing my body forward! Then she cleaned under my toe, put the scrapings on top of my toe and pushed my foot to soak in the tub......digesting! read more

if i could give them 0 stars i would. i came here to get my eyebrows waxed. i kept repeating myself saying i wanted to keep the shape and just a quick fix up. i had been growing my eyebrows out for 3-5 months and finally had the shape i wanted. the woman ripped off my eyebrows basically and made them completely uneven. i was pissed as hell. after i told her this isn't what i wanted and i wanted my shape kept, REPEATEDLY. and she tried to fix it by making it completely worse. i will never return. the woman also did not care that i was angry and upset. terrible. read more

Let's start off with the fact that they're overbearing when you come in and you don't chose a color fast enough. Since the moment I sat in the pedicure chair she's been in a rush. I've never been here before please don't assume you know how I like my nails filed. There was a misunderstanding as to what manicure station she wanted me to sit at and yelled at me in front of other customers. Never have I been to a salon where they don't buff your nails - not sure how a COMPLETE pedicure can be done in 15 minutes. DIDNT clip my cuticles.
