Ordered lunch from them and it took them an hour and 25 minutes to deliver when my office is right around the corner. my pizza was cold and then on top of the delivery charge I tipped and the driver proceeded to say if I don't tip more he will not drive here anymore in front of my office. My fiancé wanted to try somewhere new for pizza after hearing about Cannoli Kitchen. He ordered and we waited. Finally about an hour and 45 mins after ordering I suggested we call them back and see what was up (we only live 8 mins away). They were confused and not very helpful but soon after our call the pizza showed up. The pizza was barely warm... definitely had that "sitting in a car for an hour" taste. The driver had the wrong address and found his way to us after calling so we could direct him to our home. Then the pizza did not have any sauce on it. We again called the location and someone got on the phone to explain to me that the pizza they sent didn't have sauce. My fiancé asked them for a margarita pizza, explained he wanted sauce, mozzarella and basil. The person on the phone claimed we had ordered the wrong pizza AND given the wrong address - what are the chances we order in all the time, never have any issues and suddenly we got a wrong order AND gave the wrong address? Very rudely she said "ok, so how can I make you happy" and proceeded to tell me that she can offer us 15% off our next order. Seems like they were super busy when we called, they messed up and then didn't want to own up to it. In the end, we had cold pizza with no sauce on it and it definitely wasn't good. Never disappoints! Tonight I had a delicious Pizza Pie, half meatball, half sausage. I have to say that they are consistent with their delicious food. Not only are their pizza varieties/selections generous and unique, but they also have a diverse menu of hot and cold subs and entrees. Over the span of years that I have been a customer, I have selected across the menu and have indulged in their veal, chicken, and spaghetti platters. It is very difficult to have a restaurant (let along a take out establishment...please) to get veal to remain tender throughout the cooking process, but Cannoli Kitchen has been successful with every dish that I have ever picked up or had delivered to me. It never arrives cold, it remains hot until it gets to me. Incidentally, my dog LOVES Cannoli Kitchen Pizza crust...I rarely get a piece of my own with her around...she whines until she gets some. Tonight I can hardly wait to sit, relax, and enjoy my original Cannoli while having a nice cup of tea and watching Jeopardy. Something nice to look forward to it. Yikes...just knowing it is in the refrigerator right now, I know it's calling my name.... Waiting for it will make it all the more satisfying. In regard to their service, I have always found them polite and accommodating. Just tonight was an example of the above and beyond service that they provide: I had my Service Dog with me and I realize that from a hygiene standpoint, she should not be in the store where it involves food being served. I ordered ahead of time, paid for it over the phone, and when I got to the store I called inside to let them know I was outside. The very nice young lady from the delivery phone, came outside knowing my situation with the dog and had me sign my receipt and delivered the pie to the car. Better yet is that she did not do it begrudgingly or cop an attitude about having to go out of her way. She was smiling the whole time and treated it as if she did it every day. That is to me going beyond the call of duty, and I truly appreciated the fact that I was not given a hassle. Horrible experience. Called in a take-out order for 10 chicken wings with extra sauce was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later, paid for my order, then sat there and waited 20 more minutes to be given my wings. Got home and opened the box only to find I was given 8 wings, WITHOUT ANY SAUCE. Called back and was told "we're sorry, there's nothing we can do unless you come back in and show us the wings". I live 15 minutes away from their restaurant and needed to be at work shortly after, coming back in was not an option. Much less should I be the one needing to take more time (and gas money) out of my day to come back there for their mess up. Asked to speak with a manager, sent him a picture of the dry wings after he advised to do so, and he told me again "I'm sorry but unless you come back and return the wings we can't do anything for you. If you want to you can call back when the owner is here and talk to him". I USED TO eat there all the time, and needless to say I won't be back there again. I advised the manager that this is no way to treat a loyal customer and that I wouldn't be coming back. His reply was "ok that's not a problem, have a good one". Updating after about 10th time ordering for delivery or pick-up. They are still producing quality at the same level as my first time. The tiramisu is top notch...you can taste the fresness of the mascarpone cream and distinguish the espresso-soaked bottom layer (this is almost impossible at 99% of other places..including dine-in places). And, the bolognese (rigatoni in this case) is still unbeatable!! It is hard to go to a sit down formal italian restaurant when such good quality is available take out so close to home. I can have a delivery or pick up....and enjoy a feast with my favorite bottle of wine without the 100% markup on wine at a restaurant. Oh, yeah, and the arancini (fried risotto rice balls with ground beef and peas) are still top notch...beating out all that i have had at formal restaurants such as d'angelo's, bova, and several others. read more

I ordered rigatoni salice for my dinner as I have a hundred times before.What I got was ziti with canned red tomato sauce.There were absolutely no peppers of any kind,no pink creamy sauce or anything like it.It was absolutely horrible.My roommate ordered.a large antipasto.He got tons of lettuce,six olives,one tbs of cheese and two small slices of salami. Well let's see I ordered a pizza that took and hour and 15 mins. to get. Nothing like waiting to 10:15 to eat dinner. Next when I called to find out why the pizza was taking so long the gentlemen on the phone was rude and could have cared less that they were way over their estimate delivery time. The delivery girl when I asked her about the hold up told me I should call and talk to the manger. Turns out that's who was rude to me already. Next the pizza was cold when it did finally arrive. Just Ordered a Calzone and a Salad from here after being a repeat customer for since 2010. After waiting for an hour and 45 mins I called the store and the "manager" said the driver would be here soon. The driver showed up a few mins later almost 2 hours from when I placed the order, the food was barely even warm and the manager was not even apologetic he said I could just refuse the food. It's a good thing this was not food for my 2&1/2 year old daughter who was late going to bed because of this. I asked for some sort of compensation and he said he would take a discount off a future order but could not do anything else. Now I have to call my bank and have the charges reversed and still have no food. Food is usually good here but it's not worth the time and there motto is "Fast Italian". I can goto a fine dining italian restaurant with better service and have it cooked from scratch faster. read more
