I was recommended here by a coworker and I actually enjoyed my experience. The staff was attentive and the place was clean. I had the Sicilian slice, which was perfect. My only complaint is the prices. $4 plus for slices of pizza is just too much. I guarantee that if they adjust their prices they will be highly successful. Well I have been ordering from Cannoli for 30 years, back when they only had the East Boca Location. Pizza reviews are sketchy based on personal preference, where your from, what your used to. This is not a NY thin crust. But it is good. The entrees and the soups and the anti pasta salad are amazing. The garlic rolls are on point. Scratch kitchen made right. Baked Eggplant Parm. Amazing. Stromboli amazing. But it seems they are slipping. People answering phone that don't speak English. If uyou have one person that's speaks English put them on the phone! Online ordering has never been good. But they must be doing great because they just raised their prices. A topping on a large pizza is $4.50! No I'm not talking about Panda Carpaccio flown in from China on a G5 illegally. I'm talking about 50 cents worth of onions! I'm just not going to pay it. Wow what happened? I was looking forward to having the great wings from Cannoli Kitchen instead I received very overcooked, dry wings accompanied by 2 pieces of celery and a tad of blue cheese. Pizza was average at best. Don't know what happened since December but I even walked in and was not greeted. Just ate a platter of the chicken escarole and bean platter (says its for 10-12, more like 12-14) and it was OUTSTANDING!!!! It was one of those dinners where everyone brings a dish, and this dish was the one that everyone loved the most! I have ordered their fantastic pizza many times before, but this was the 1st time for a catering-type platter and this particular dish. Pizza is ok, though expensive. A couple nights ago I tried the cannolis since I've never had one, and assume their namesake would be excellent. They go crazy with tons of filling bursting out the sides, wow. It tasted sour, not sweet and ricotta-y like I expected, so I didn't eat much before stopping, then I got a stomach ache, so that sucked. Next day, took it out of the fridge thinking "it couldn't have been that Lil innocent cannoli"!, tried another few bites for the chocolate chips. Another stomach ache on the only thing I'd eaten that day, felt dumb then. I told the manager to make sure to check out their filling so no one else gets sick off it, and she was like, umm...ok... you may have been sensitive to the amaretto we put in it-- ok, bye. Nice! Cannoli Kitchen is a cute little Italian place nestled on the main strip of Boca Raton. They offer pizza, pasta, salads and more and, of course, cannolis. I had the penne alla vodka, one of my favorites, with grilled chicken mixed in to create a mouth-watering flavor explosion. 1st Star - Atmosphere: I loved the atmosphere of Cannoli Kitchen. I loved that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is wonderful. They have potted plants all over so you are almost unaware of the roadways. 2nd Star - Selection: Their menu is extensive. They offer many, many different types of pizza with multiple types of toppings. I had the fresh mozzarella pizza as well as the chicken marsala pizza. Both were delicious. They also offer an extensive amount of Italian dishes, salads and of course, cannoli' for dessert. 3rd Star - Service: Although they do not offer waitstaff (you order and then find seating), they bring everything out to you and even pace you if you order desserts. The staff was friendly and attentive. 4th Star - Quality of Pizza: As a born and raised New Yorker I can tell you their pizza is heavenly. The different types of pizza are exactly what you would see in a NY pizzeria. The size of slice and type of crust is also comparable. 5th Star - Cannoli Cream: They offer both regular and mini size cannoli's. We ordered four mini's. Typically cannoli cream has a bit of a bite to it. Their cannoli cream is smooth, flavorful but not overpowering. Plus, they even gave us a taste before ordering. read more

This is a very poorly managed pizza place . I called in an order at 7:00 pm and was quoted 20 minute wait . I waited outside for over an hourlong pick up my order . The female manager was rude and nasty . I told her I was a healthcare worker when I ordered and was told I would recieve a discount , which was never given . When I asked about the discount she basically threw the money at me she was having difficulty finding how to do the discount in the register. The do have good pizza, but I will never return to this establishment nor will I ever recommend it to family or friends... Steer clear of this place. I tried the lobster ravioli and it was outstanding... much, much better than I expected from a casual spot such as this. It was as tasty and packed with lobster and shrimp as a much pricier restaurant would offer, at a much better price. I can't wait to order it again. Dipping the garlic rolls into the cream sauce of the lobster dish was incredibly yummy. Needless to say the chocolate cannoli was amazing too--very rich to where two people could split it, really. I can't wait to try more things on the menu. The prices all seem fair, and although I want to try the sandwiches the prices seem a bit steep for those but I'd still give them a shot--maybe they're big and filling (not sure). Their delivery drivers are in such a rush to get back to the store that they ignore all traffic laws and have almost hit me multiple times while driving in the same plaza because they either don't seem to care and think they own the road or they are not looking while they reverse out of their spots. The crust is too much and over takes the slice. The sauce is over sweet and bland. Needs herbs, garlic and love. Taste right out the can. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst business I've ever seen in my life. These people from 22191 Powerline Rd Boca Raton FL 33433 lack brain use so they're unable to write the client's name correctly and, of course, they take orders incorrectly too. I had 5 people in my living room hearing me order on the phone and NO ONE heard me saying the word HALF. Guess what? One hour later I received in my house a pizza HALF AND HALF. I decided to call back and communicate the mistake. Then this rude, impolite, snappy and arrogant woman called Angela said I was wrong, and I would have to hold the wrong pizza and return it if I wanted to have the right pizza delivered. The tone was completely disrespectful and unprofessional and when I asked her name she said she is the owner and I said I was very sorry if this is the way she is running her business. Then she got the nerve to ask me if I own a pizzeria. I imagine owning a pizzeria like hers must be very miserable and disgraceful based on her attitude. I have business myself and my clients are my top priority, that's why I've been keeping them for years and clearly never disrespected who appreciates my work and allows me to pay my bills, payroll and keep my good reputation.
