Warning - It's a hit or miss if order will be correct or even delivered. The pizza and food is fine. The restaurant is a good location for us so we've given them several tries over the years - even though they screw up - sometimes minor sometimes total screwup. Tonight is the last try.... Won't be using them again. Ordered for delivery - told 45 minutes. An hour later called to be told it was "on they way".... We are 5 minutes away. Called back 20 minutes later to be told - first we must've called the wrong place and then when we insisted we did not, they checked further and oops - they had it as pickup all along. Manager blamed new employee - and "offered" to deliver it now.... NOT. Enough mistakes without remorse. read more

I am giving them a 1 because I cannot give them a zero. I have been ordering from here twice a month for the past 4 years and never had a problem until today . At 8:40 I called in and placed an order for 2 medium pizzas , 1- chicken Alfredo pizza and 1- Fresh Arugula and 1- 2L coke, the girl took down my credit card info and said " alright, you are all set!" and we hung up. 1:20hrs go by and still no delivery , so I decide to call in to see what is going on. The gentleman that answered the phone could not find my order using my phone number , address, name or even Dolar amount. He told me I must have placed the order at their Federal location and not there " this is after I told him all I did was click redial and my credit card was charged to that store" he then put me on hold again and said he would call his manager. He comes back to the line , takes down my number and says " my manager will call you TOMORROW because we are closed and there is no food or chefs here". I asked him to call the girl who placed my order and explain to me how my card was charged but they can't find my order, he said he could not do that and it wouldn't make a difference because nothing could be done ! "My manager will call you tomorrow " Mind you i was charged $46.01, still do not have my food , am hungry and have no answer as to how they lost my order. I will never , ever order from this place again, and i will Make sure that anyone that I know never orders from here either. Dont waste your money! I ordered garlic rolls with our dinner, that came cold, and we got ONE roll for 1.50! The old man who delivered refused to give us outmr foid if we didnt tip holim on top of the $5.00 delivery charge. When i calkex, the manager was rude, and hung up on me. read more

Today wasn't the best Togo experience. Paid for and ordered two slices not heated. Waiting around wondering why my two slices are just placed in the box to go as requested. Turns out the two slices were being heated. Those two got tossed. Pizza guy then slides two from window into box disappears around corner. I am wondering what part of to go requires more than sliding in the box like previous visits. Stopped to open box, 'helpful' cook doused arugula pie with dressing if some kind. Just god-awful doughy flavorless bleep pizza.. Rotten business doesn't accept returns or refunds for their terrible food so had to throw most of the large cheese pizza in the trash and take the financial loss. They're also liars when it comes to how long it takes for food to be ready.. The girl on phone said 15-20min.. the guy making it must not have felt like starting the order til the 19th minute because I had to wait an additional 20 minutes while 7 employees stood around and did nothing. Also they price gouge.. $21.32 for a cheese with no toppings? This location is awesome. Always great pizza, great escarole, great salads, AMAZING chocolate cannolis (choc cannolis last longer than plain, jus sayin) and the employees are so friendly! I have been eating at both Cannoli Kitchen locations for years and I just LOVE their pizza. I have never had anything else on the menu so I can't review the rest of the food but if you love great pizza with TONS of toppings, then CK is the place! My favorite pizza is the veggie and the white pizza. Calzones and Stromboli are great too! I've tried many of the other types of pizza and I have NEVER had a bad one. I am not saying this area of Boca doesn't have other amazing pizza establishments but CK has been around for a while and you can also order one of their AWESOME cannoli's to go with your pizza. Win - Win =) I recently went in just to get two cannoli's to go and I almost ate them in the car they looked so good. They actually fill them to order so they aren't all mushy and soggy. You can also choose if you want a chocolate covered shell as well. And there are so many chocolate chips inside you will fall into a sugar coma, LOL!!! read more

If more people posted positive experiences the undeserving score wouldn't reflect a few bad ones. Best pizza in the surrounding areas, fair pricing, generous portions, and very consistent. Flavors are spot on, with fresh high quality ingredients you couldn't possibly have any complaints. The dough is flavorful, chewy, not too thick or thin, and always has the perfect crunch. So we were out one day shopping recently with the kids, hungry, yelp app in hand and pointed us to Cannoli kitchen 2 miles away....thought we would give it a try (1st time actually going to the store). We ordered: 1) Pasta and meatballs for the kids. The pasta and mb's were good (dont' eat read meat but just had to try). The garlic roll was like a sponge of oil....I've had way better. 2) Chicken Parm Sub. It was decent, just not writing (home) about it.. (well isn't this irony??) No drinks this came to over $20. Fantastic place for a slice of pizza.....and that's the only thing I go there for! I grew up going to the other Cannoli Kitchen over on Federal so when I came back home to visit my parents and saw there's this located on Powerline much closer to us, was stoked. I tend to do more stuff out west so I could stop here on my way back home and get some grub. They have an array of different pizza slice choices like buffalo chicken, chicken marsala, chicken and artichoke and other non traditional slices. Like Jason G said, the slices are probably 900 calories tops but they are worth it because they are so tasty! They will heat it up for you there or you can just take it home with you and have lunch specials with a slice or two and a can o soda for $6 or $7. This is definitely the time to go since the slices are about $4 a pop. We've ordered spaghetti and meatballs before but they were nothing to write home about, especially when charge $12 for it--I can make that at home for $4 (hello overhead!) Like I said, fantastic pizza but that is the only thing I would stop in here for. Also, random side note, last time I was there a kid was working the register. Best white pizza I have ever had. We routinely order their Lasagna and a side of Broccoli Rabe! Nothing fancy, just an order and go spot.

Great place for takeout. I love the hot wings and buffalo chicken pizza. They are organized, friendly, and have quick service. The menu is large; pastas, pizzas, wings, subs, etc. So many to choose from. There are plenty of pizza toppings to choose from. read more

Very pleased with the food and the service here! I placed an order on the phone for carry-out with a very courteous guy. Went in to pick it up and it was just being boxed. The cashier was personable, telling me that I lived in their delivery area. I am a stickler for customer service, especially since I smile and greet the front staff, and this guy was spot on. The food? Just as awesome. I ordered the rice balls, pasta fagioli, rigatoni falsicce and a chocolate dipped chocolate chip cannoli. The cannoli was huge and yummy. Easily the best I've ever eaten. The rice balls came in a serving of 6 with marinara sauce. They were stuffed with cheese and peas and ground beef, and the marinara sauce was the good kind, not the overly thick sauce, but with chunks of tomato in it. I ate those and the cannoli and was so full. I only tasted a bite of my soup and pasta, and will have those for lunch and dinner tomorrow. Quality food, excellent service. They aren't known for your traditional NY style pizza and prices are on the higher end. Now let me explain why. The slice might be $4+ but it's absolutely equivalent to two slices. I can body almost an entire x-large pie at Brooklyn Boys but after 1 slice at Cannoli Kitchen I'm struggling. Their baked ziti and chicken ala vodka slices are my favorites. The ala vodka ranks as my favorite Florida specialty slice around. It's your perfect hangover slice or when you're feeling like you need a little pick me up on a Monday afternoon. Don't get big eyes, one slice is more than sufficient. Maybe two if you have a bad hangover or just had a little Chocolate Thai session. And I have no qualms about the fact nobody in there speaks great English and chances are they seen more Cheech & Chong movies than Dinero or Pacino. Well, maybe Carlito's Way. But the point is, they make great slices and you need to experience that chicken ala vodka for yourself. Simply ravishing like Rick Rude. I've been a loyal customer since the place opened a long time ago and have always liked their food and pizza but lately it is just not the same. The last 2 Sicilian pies the bread has been stale and I threw over half of the last one out. I switched back to the regular pie and my last order was burnt. This is after calling multiple times to let them know NOT to burn my pizza. It's becoming a regular thing with the restaurant on Powerline Road. Burnt pies and stale bread. The pizza itself has changed so much over the last 2 years it's only a drop above Dominoes now. Warning read all the one star reviews before ordering, they are not lying!! Just ordered a large buffalo chicken/ bbq chicken, large cheese light sauce and buffalo wings extra crispy, which I spend 50 bucks on. Pizza took about an hour to arrive. Once we got it the cheese pizza wasn't light sauce it was no sauce. The buffalo chicken had no hot wing sauce and tasted like fried chicken with cheese. The bbq chicken on the other hand had way to much sauce. I called the business and spoke to Andrew. I was offered option of remaking pizza and waiting another hour for redelivery or a 10 dollar credit!!!??? I tried to explain I have a pregnant wife who can not wait another hour but got no sympathy. I demanded my money back and offered them back the food. I was told I would have to call Monday and there were no guarantees. Apparently I am supposed to ask for a Heather. Funny how they had no problem taking my money but now standing by their product and customers is not an option for this business. This is without a doubt the worst pizza spot around. I should have listened to the many recent 1 star reviews regarding this poorly managed business. This was always my favorite pizza place until just now!!! Went in at 6.30 pm Sunday for 3 slices of supreme pizza and the guy said we are sold out , 3 more customers heard and were irate because he refuse to make more. This is a pizza place !! what am I missing . This place had about 10 customers and nobody there as a clue . It's not like we asked them to make a wedding cake for crying out loud !!!
