Few things here: I typically try and refrain from negative reviews especially regarding small local businesses but I gotta be honest. I see Lynn cops here all the time so I said let me try it out. I got a turkey sub that had one slice of turkey not even deli style. There's places that charge less and give you too much meat-- I literally had two slices the rest was lettuce. I overlooked the fact that the woman who made the sandwich kept the same gloves on she used to handle the previous customers credit card and touching the register and never changed them to make my sandwich. I got the Italian sub. The Italian sub meats were okay. They really did not do the vegetables right. The lettuce is thinly shredded, and that's not good. The onions are stringy also and are not crispy. Tomatoes were okay, but tomatoes are not right either. Maybe this is a different style of vegetable cuts, but it doesn't taste good. This is the worst sub shop I've ever been too. I tried them a few times and always I huge disappoinment. My hot sub's are always cold, they are so stingy with their filling, and the bread is always hard as a rock. I ordered a chicken finger sub and a few days ago and 1) the bread was rock hard, 2) it was ice cold, 3) they put 4 tiny chicken fingers in the sub, and 4) the chicken was way to overcooked. Smallest amount of meat on a sub I have ever got it might as well have just been bread and lettuce

This is the sub shop that my whole extended family growing up in the Lynn area throughout the 80's, 90's up to the end of 2016. Billy knew our families order every Wednesday evening. My father passed away 5 years ago and my Mother never orders out. Since my Dad LOVED food especially subs from Angelina's, we thought we'd surprise my Mom with her favorite crabmeat sub. I was unaware at the time of ordering that the business had been sold. Shame on me for not doing my homework! I called in the order which was read back to me for confirmation. It was 3:45 pm on a Monday so not a busy time at all. My husband ran in to pick up our order which was all bagged up. Once we get to my Childhood home, I discover the order is incorrect and of course the sub that was wrong was my Mom's crabmeat sub . It was a DRY Italian sub... I swapped subs with my Mom b/c she's never been an Italian sub kinda person. My chicken kabob sub had extra feta on it and my Mom is not into feta either. She was a good sport about the whole situation but I was disappointed. Not only by the wrong sub being made for our order but also b/c of the skimpy amount of cold cuts and cheese included in the dry Italian- it was 50% lettuce used to make it look fuller. For the $$ spent, not a good investment. Take your business elsewhere!!! Double check your order prior to leaving. read more

So I just order from angelinas two steak and cheese subs (large) but they where very small not even a foot long , one was a a steak and cheese sub with mayo and it was fine other then making seasoning, then the other one was a steak and cheese with hots cooked in and mayo on the side all I got was mayo on the side no hot in the sub let alone cooked in like I asked I called them after and they said rudely I wish there was somthing I could do , well I won't ever order from them again mind you I eat sub/take out 3/4 times a week like I told them this is bad for business read more

This place is absolutely amazing!! We just happened to be driving by and were hungry so we looked them up on google and saw they had a 5 star rating so we stopped...and omg I am so glad we did. We walked in and were instantly greeted by 2 of the most upbeat and just genuinely awesome ladies ever... behind the counter and then had a very nice conversation about the food here with a couple of long time regulars. The food here is absolutely amazing it truly is and on top of that the atmosphere and staff is just superb and this place is spotless. If you are thinking about trying Angelina's DO IT...Stop reading and come on in here. You wont regret it. We live a few towns away but plan to come back as often as possible. I've been coming here for years. The food has been pretty consistent in taste. Not the most amazing food out here, but consistency is key sometimes in my book. The pricing of the food has always been great here to note. They have risen in cost over the years to keep up with inflation, but they generally try to keep pricing as low as physically possible. I love that. Generally the staff is super friendly, never had a issue. That is part of the main reason I return here to eat. Food is generally prepared on the promised time given to you. Time and again they seem to get swamped by lots of orders... they handle the pressure fine. Seating area is pretty large considering the limited space here. You could probably seat 20-25 people if you have a large hungry party your traveling with. Place is generally kept clean at all times. Menu selection is not entirely huge, but they do carry the basics of any food shop today. Environment is super calm, you always feel comfortable in this place. Time and again I do see local law enforcement officers having dinner or lunch here ... they always look on edge or on guard like your about to rob the place or attack them. Generally I take my orders to go so that only bothers me minimally. Take note of that. Worth a visit especially if your local , hungry and want a quick meal there or on the go. read more

I thought the counter help was needing some training in customer service because they were fairly unattentive and discourteous. So I was hoping the food would be good since it has a pretty good reputation, but I ordered a veal sub and asked them to add some provolone and Parmesan cheese and I got back home and there was very little cheese on it and very little sauce on it just these over microwaved dry cutlets of Frozen veal which I couldn't even eat more than a few bites of. It's the first time I came here, and maybe the last. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger Dinner and a 20oz bottle of Pepsi. Enclosed several photos, as I have several gripes they are as follows. Double Cheeseburger means on 1 roll, you can see 2 Cheeseburgers on 2 rolls. Salad was okay, even though I don't like Feta Cheese. Onion Rings are over cooked and broken apart, as there should be an outer layer. French Fries are cooked good. Over all I give this place a D+ p.s. when I addressed this to the owner he said if I brought it back up right away, he would do the order over. Then he said it's been 40 minutes since you ordered it that's the reason the Onion Rings are that way. I was sitting there right in front of him and his staff writing this and Goggle review of his establishment. If you cant take feedback of negative or positive then you shouldn't be in the restaurant business. He pulled money out of the register to give me back I said you need it more then I do.. Will never go back. I ordered a steak and cheese sub which was decent. My wife ordered a chicken parm sub but instead got what looked like frozen chicken patties cut in halves with pasta sauce. If you know subs, that is not a chicken parm sub. I can not go to a shop that specializes in subs I they can not make a decent chicken parm subs. read more

Best subs in Lynn. I love the steak and cheese and my wife always gets the seafood salad. They always make our order right and trust me we are complicated when it comes to how we want our subs. When I get the buffalo chicken they always remember my blue cheese which is very important because most people don't, even when I pay for it.
