I was charged 4% on $50 for the massage that I had to pay before receiving the service, a separate transaction was made after the service for the tip and I was charged 10% processing/surcharge fee!! The audacity. No where in the establishment nor did the receptionist mention this extra fee. The massage was good but UNETHICAL practice, not sure if this is even legal. I asked the masseuse about the surcharge and percentage before paying the tip and she said "she doesn't know because it's not the business that is charging but the credit card machine" LOL I called and asked why they are not transparent about the fees or consistent with the percentage and the receptionist just said "our regular customers know" no offers to refund.
