This can be a hard thing to find in a mechanic these days. The service manager Mike was very helpful and accomadating. Despite having what seemed to be about 10-15 cars, they were able to get the job done in one day, no waiting for parts or the mechanic to finish etc. On time as promised! My car started to chug and lurch and I was panicked and heart broken. So I kept my foot on the gas and hoped I could make it to another exit. I stopped at gas station to see if some gas and oil would help. No such luck. I went to auto zone. They hooked up my car and told me I needed ignition plugs. My mechanic told me it was an easy fix. And he would do it later. PSYCHE! I'm LATE so he told me to see if there were any men hanging around who would consider doing it. I started to drive home and just get a rental car when I looked up and saw Pastir. I begged a man in the parking lot to help me. He told me to please go tell the manager inside because he couldn't do it. The manager was awesome. He ran outside and hooked up mg car to the diagnostic machine. He started poking my engine and figured out what parts he needed. He called and is having them delivered. I don't know if he will be successful in getting my car back on the road, damnit I know he tried and I am so grateful. So so grateful. God is good because they are only open every other Saturday so this was a relationship meant to be!

Super friendly, talented Mike the mechanic secured my tire with new lug nuts and had me off and running in no time. I brought my van in for front brake replacement and without saying anything Chuck actually repaired some body damage I had on my front bumper. Just "because I could not leave it this way"!! Wow!
