Still love Angelo's. Great steaks, seafood and more. Angelo is a wonderful person and always takes great care of us and all his customers. If you are in the area, try them out. They have something for everyone.

We enjoyed our dinner at Angelo's. The staff was friendly all around- host and server. The ambiance was great -- we arrived around 5 and as a party of 2 were seated right away. The food was good. We had early bird entree portions so the price was less and that saved room to add apps too.

Huge facility that's been here for a while. Great service and clean. Besides a large selection of steak and pasta, they also have an Italian buffet that looked pretty good. We started with a bowl of their She-crab soup. A little different than most in the area but it was seasoned well and had plenty of crab. They bring out a house salad and garlic bread to start. I had the Cowboy Chop which is a 22oz bone in ribeye and had their garlic mashed for my side it was pretty good. My wife has the chicken cutlets Marsala over pasta and she said it was great. Their Marsala was a little sweet but still very good. We took dessert home and it was the star of the show. I had the Caramel Galaxy cake which was so decadent and my wife has their tiramisu which was a good as any that we've ever had.

The food was definitely better than Olive Garden. Our server was very nice but it was the bare minimum. It was just an okay place to eat at.

When visiting for a family beach trip, we decided to try this beloved seafood buffet. Along the strip in Myrtle Beach, the roads are lined with a plethora of Seafood Buffets ranging from small family owned to large attraction-like restaurants. Without having tried any of the other options, I would say this has to be the best in town. The atmosphere, staff, variety of food offerings, and taste were unmatched. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique buffet experience. The exterior of this restaurant is massive and felt like a large Shopping Center with beautiful landscaping, water features, beautiful windows, and colorful siding. Upon arrival, we were asked at the door our party size. They had two entry lines based on table sizes. Since our party was four, we were sent to the shorter line and did not even have to wait to be seated. As we were walked to our table, we passed massive sailing ships complete with rows of hot and cold foods. The ceiling was reminiscent of the ocean skies. The entire restaurant felt like an experience already. I was amazed by the theming, cleanliness, and attention to details. For adults, the buffet is right around $50/person + drinks and tax. The buffet is all-you-can-eat with mutiple serving lines placed around the vast dining hall. As a picky eater, I was honestly a little worried that the offerings would primarily be seafood options; however, I was happily surprised that the buffet line had a LARGE selection ranging from Chicken Tenders and Fries to Pulled Pork and Macaroni and Cheese. I was actually very excited to find so many of my favorite foods and be able to eat just a little of them all! Some other offerings I added to my plate include hush puppies, corn on the cob, fried fish sticks, rolls, and cheddar biscuits all in one trip. My brother is more adventurous in his selection and was able to try different fish and crab legs with multiple trips. They had almost two whole buffet areas filled with seafood dishes that I didn't even visit. His favorite was just the shrimp! They also have a whole dessert room with a wide range of sweet dishes. To be honest, some of the food was mediocre or tasted similar to standard buffet-food-quality. The macaroni was a little bland. The fries were a little soggy. However, the restaurant was so busy that food was being rotated and changed out quickly on the buffet line. Overall, the entire experience was fun and unique. The restaurant was very expensive for a family of four, especially when you're not eating over the top or making multiple trips; however, the nautical theming, food selections, and service set this buffet apart from many others. You'll find something to eat whether you're picky or love the most adventurous of seafood dishes.

If you go in the front door there are a few steps to climb. If you need flat entrances they are around back. The host took us to our seats and explained the buffet to us. It is only a buffet place. But you can order a take out as well. There were two tables of food and a dessert table. The salad bar seemed to never end. Everything was cut fresh with no limp vegetables or lettuce. Marilyn brought me coffee and Bev Tea. It was plenty hot and fresh. I absolutely love their coffee. I had two cups before I even finished my plate of food. Marilyn was very attentive to each table and came to ours often. After I finished my salad. I saw Carie filling a plate for someone. When she was done I asked her if she could get me a chicken breast. My joint pain and back pain had been extreme this week. Using the walker was even painful. Carie said, "Absolutely !" She returned quickly and with a smile. The staff is so kind. The manager Tommy came by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal. I let him know the salad bar was perfect. The chicken I enjoyed was tender and juicy. I also noticed the teamwork between the staff was easy and natural like a choreographed dance. Bev and I plan to return for the Easter Sunday Meal. Check this pace out and tell them Willie and Bev sent you. Ms. Willie Conway.

Initially, when we walked in and looked at the food options, I was immediately turned off by the amount of dried-up and overcooked food that was left sitting out. There was no replenishment or replacement of the majority of the food options. The food wasn't even stirred to make it look somewhat decent; there was a hardened, crusted layer on top. Mind you, this was the case with about 75% of the food options from the time we walked in until the time we left two hours later! As a result, much of the food was lukewarm or at room temperature. (Isn't cooked food that's left sitting out supposed to be kept at a certain temperature to be considered safe to eat?) The fried food options were hard and stale from sitting out, and they appeared to have been deep-fried in dark, most likely old, oil. Regrettably, we stayed and ate, mostly choosing the items that looked decent. The only consistently hot food item was the steamed snow crab legs, because they were continuously replenished due to being a popular choice. The snow crab legs, the decent dessert options, and the attentive and friendly servers were the only reasons I would give this place two stars. I wish I would've listened to my gut and walked out and gone somewhere else to eat. Now my gut is paying for it--literally. Oh, and one more thing: the highly rated reviews are misleading. They give you the smallest discount for writing a 5-star review. Don't be fooled like we were. TURN AWAY! And somebody, please call a mystery shopper or surprise health inspector!

My mom now lives in Myrtle Beach. I come here to see her often and she always tells me how much she misses the Korean restaurants back home. So I found this place and decided to give it a whirl with very low expectations. The price for starters blew me away- $25 a person AYCE hotpot and bbq is almost unheard of! I really didn't believe it until I physically saw the bill. I also like how they have all the raw meats/fish and veggies set up in a buffet like style for you to bring back to the table to cook for yourself. Each person at the table gets their own soup aka hotpot that they can put whatever they want into it-I got the mushroom one and it was just simply outstanding. For the Vegans and Vegetarians- so many options here for you all as well! Everything was so fresh and even when I was full- I couldn't stop eating. We all definitely ate more than $25's worth. The service was also fantastic, the waitress constantly kept coming to check on us to make sure our table was good. Everything was seasoned properly and very fresh with a ton of dipping sauces that would make anyone who goes there happy. I will however say, they need to step up on the side dishes- the kimchi could have been a better quality along with their cold radish and spicy cucumber side, maybe possibly add some type of salad bar. The actual bbq pit on the tables could also be a little bit bigger, I found it to be small and it made it hard to cook all the meats and veggies at the same time. But other than that hats off the owner for making such a fantastic inexpensive Korean restaurant in Myrtle Beach. This place is a win for sure!
