    Beautiful Winters Day in SC!
    Joseph L.

Stopped by Greg Norman's Australian Grille for lunch during a road trip back from Florida in early January, and it was a fantastic find. I sat at the bar to catch up on some Premier League soccer and enjoyed a great meal: the Kangaroo appetizer (highly recommend!), a fresh salad, and a crisp glass of white wine. The staff, all friendly, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming--a perfect break from the road. Whether you're looking for a unique bite or just a comfortable spot to watch the match, this is a great choice.

Greg Norman's is amazing! My family dined last night at Norman's at Barefoot Landing and had a great time! Shout out to Deb our waitress for being hospitable and taking care of us. It was my first time having Kangaroo and it didn't disappoint! I also enjoyed my Bison filet was very tender! Highly recommend Norman's to anyone who loves steak or is into Exotic meats. Atmosphere and views from the outdoor seating is stunning also!

Stopped in to check out small eats and have a drink. Was hoping for a steak sandwich or something. Had a drink and left. Drinks were delicious.

We took an Uber to Greg Norman Australian Grill. We got there just in time for our reservation. We were seated and our waitress came right over. I ordered a chocolate martini and he ordered an expensive scotch. They were delicious. We decided to share the jumbo shrimp and they were jumbo. And delicious. I liked that they had a rail to walk into the restaurant. For dinner he ordered the steak au poive and I ordered the small filet wugu style. For dessert, we ordered the blueberry crème brûlée. Everything was delicious. If you see me there, stop by and say hello.

We had a wonderful waitress named Megan. She was so kind and knowledgeable of the menu. My boyfriend and I got the Escargot & oysters for appetizers. Both were delicious! I got the 12 oz prime rib with scallops à la carte. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly! The scallops were great, but $16 for 3 scallops were not worth it tbh. My boyfriend got the Wagyu ribeye with the lobster tail à la carte. That was yummy, too. My wine was the Sauvignon Blanc house glass. Overall, great experience with a great view!

Been coming here for a couple of years, and somehow, I realized that I never got around to writing a review. Time to fix that because this place deserves my 5 stars! First time I came here, I had to try the kangaroo because how often do you get the chance to eat Australia's most famous animal? No regrets. In fact, I order it every single time I come here. It's absolutely worth trying! The escargot is delicious and I love dipping my bread in the leftover butter. I'll also steal a bit of the crab dip from my wife. On my last visit, the She-Crab Soup was the soup of the day, and apparently, it's the most requested for a reason. It's creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. Just be on the lookout for the occasional shell. The only negative experience I had was when I decided to splurge on the Wagyu steak. While it was an absolutely fantastic cut of meat (you could slice it with a butter knife), it was over-seared and soured with a burnt charcoaled crust. For the price I paid, it needs to be perfect and I wouldn't get it again. I'll stick with the prime rib, the Antarctic salmon, or the ahi tuna, all of which are solid staples of this place. Service is always excellent here and the atmosphere makes it feel like a special night out. The interior is lovely and I get to sit by the Intracoastal Waterway and ogle at fancy boats owned by people with way more money than I'll ever have. Prices are up there, but so is the quality (most of the time... looking at you, Mr. Wagyu...). I always leave full, happy, and too stuffed to even consider dessert.

We came here for lunch, don't be intimidated by the posh set up. There were patrons wearing Nordstrom and also wearing Wal-Mart. There was a family with three young children and the hostess did not blink. She simply stated, I've got a great area for you." Elegant atmosphere, not a place for boisterous behavior. We enjoyed our server, Lynn. She was polite and very helpful. We enjoyed our Sangria. We both ordered specials ~ me the wagyu beef tips with a side of mushrooms & my husband a blackened fish special. Both were completely delectable ~~ I mean shear perfection. We also decided to take the kangaroo appetizer back to where we're staying to try with our son & daughter in law. This we expected to be a bit more gamey tasting, but it was served in a delicious hash of (I believe) sweet potatoes). It was definitely worth trying.

Greg Norman Australian Grille is one of the great steakhouses. I've been visiting since 2016 and I'm always impressed. The quality of the meat is world class and the service is on point. The happy hour is noteworthy and the views - outstanding. When in NMB, don't miss out.

Our…read moreserver, Tara, was particularly noteworthy for her exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and affable demeanor. These qualities set a high standard for the overall dining experience. While the pricing at 21 Main may be comparable to that of a fine dining restaurant in New York City, it is important to consider that it is one of the few establishments in Myrtle Beach that offers such an experience. This distinction helps to mitigate the high cost. We began our meal with a shared tuna tower, which was of excellent quality. It was evident that the fish used was sushi grade, fresh, and delectable. We also shared a side of broccolini, which was enjoyable but not exceptional. I opted for the Chilean sea bass, which is consistently excellent. Although I am not a fan of Beurre blanc, I was offered compounded garlic butter as an alternative. However, upon reviewing the bill, we discovered an unexpected upcharge. In my opinion, 21 Main should reconsider this practice, especially considering that the ingredients are not significantly different. My husband had the NY strip steak, which was satisfactory, but it was not served at the requested medium-rare temperature. Instead, it was closer to medium. A steakhouse, particularly of this caliber, should not make such an error. The meal concluded with an espresso, which was excellent and served piping hot. Despite the occasional shortcomings, 21 Main remains a favorite dining destination. I hope that the owners will take the time to read this review and consider the feedback provided.

We did not care much for the crunch roll. It is not that bad but for the price we expected better. Now into the good stuff. Seared wagnu is the best we ever had. The inside is not overcooked so you can still taste the freshness of the meat. Both filet and ribeye are cooked perfectly the way we want it. While the outside is crunchy, the inside is still pinky and juicy. The ribeye has more fat than we want but still it is both soft and crunchy at the same time. The drinks are also good. Sake tini is my favorite. Both dessert are excellent. Tiramisu and brulee are mouthwatering tasty. One thing I hate was that they charged us for the steak sauce. I wanted to try different steak sauces and did not know they charged us for each. Hate any places that charge for sauces and that is why 3 stars

I've been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 40 years on golf trips and never ate there because there's always a line outside starting at 4:30. My friends and I decided to stop in, despite the line on a Tuesday night, and see how bad the wait would be. As luck would have it, space opened at the bar when we walked in and we were able to sit down immediately. Our waitress/bartender had a lot of personality which wore thin as the night progressed. We ordered drinks then dinner. I ordered a 10oz Prime Rib, medium rare, with a "loaded" backed potato. Our food came out in 10-15 minutes. I was barely able to cut one piece of meat off my prime rib with the steak knife provided, and I was completely unable to chew it. The potato was small, overcooked a only had a bit of butter, sour cream and a few chives sprinkled on it. After unsuccessfully chewing on the one piece, I tried to cut other pieces off the off the steak without success. I notified the bartender and she asked if I'd like something else so I said I'd try the NY Stripe. She took my plate back and returned shortly with a blacked Stripe steak that was about as thick as my pinky. It was cooked medium and tough to chew. Lastly, all steaks come with an old school salad bar...a smaller version of what you'd see at Golden Corral. The one we could see from where we sat always had a long line and my one trip through I was underwhelmed. Obviously, everything came out of a bag or can and several of the toppings bins were empty. I'm still amazed how many people I saw in the place who were obviously regulars.

I will take it from here" as I gave him the keys to my car and he handed a ticket to identify my car. They still confirmed our arrival on their list and after waiting for a few minutes, they sat us at our table earlier than the opening time and started service. Out of the many places I have been to, it is the first time I see servers all come out at once with a demeanor of "it is go time". No hesitation, not dragging their arms... it looked like they had been waiting for this moment and it could not come soon enough... they were eager to serve us. I had my youngest child who is very inquisitive and the server had no issues answering questions and making concessions. What the server described about the things we were ordering was on-point. We knew exactly what we were getting and, quite honestly, the food and beverages were even better than described even when she was very detailed. I noticed a gentleman who was prepping our plates and believe me when I say, this fella was making sure everything was perfect. We could see the body language and the focus when setting everything on the plate. He wanted nothing out of place. That said, the food was nothing short from incredible. I had a New York strip steak which is probably my favorite cut. The seasoning, the cook and the tenderness was so great that I believe this might have been the best steak I have had and I have had many from the east coast all the way to the west and from north to south. The server came around the perfect amount of times to refill, ask if everything was okay or to take plates away. We were never left unattended at the point we felt we were the only ones there although the place was getting busy very quick. Food came out very prompt, but the quality never suffered. The manager came to us, introduced herself and said "if you need anything, do not hesitate to call me over". Once we were done enjoying our meals, my server asked me for my ballet parking ticket. She said to not worry about rushing but that she would keep an eye out for us and would make sure our car was ready by the time we needed to leave. When we closed our tab and started to leave our table, I could see her rush to the ballet and come back. By the time we walked to the door, my car was right there waiting for me. Plain and simple, I know it is fine dine. But I have experienced places that when you come with children they may not take you as serious or put you wherever you wouldn't bother anyone and even put you in the back burner. Here? If this is not excellent service, with staff that cares and high quality food, I don't know what is. This place has high standards and it shows. So, I will confidently say, you don't have to try this place... you NEED to try this place. I have never been as confident about recommending a place as I am about New York Prime. This is a well oiled machine that will not let anyone down. Great job to everyone who was serving guests on August 20, 2026 at 5pm. You guys rocked it! I was hoping I could actually get a seat at the bar. I walked in and saw the two young hostesses and told them I wanted to have some dinner at the bar. They said go right ahead. The bar was crowded but there were still some seats left. I took a seat at the far of the bar where I can watch the action and see the TVs. Most people at the bar were also having dinner, not just drinks and the dining room itself was pretty crowded. The barmaid/server came right over to me as soon as I sat down asked me if I needed a menu and what I was having to drink. I ordered a water and a Heineken zero and told her I already knew what I wanted. I ordered the chopped sirloin, smothered in onions and mushroom gravy with a side of green beans and a house salad with blue cheese dressing. She took the order and then came back quickly with a bottle of beer and a glass of water. Now Logan's is one of the few places that has the special wooden tray that they give you to eat at the bar as it evens out the rail with the top. She brought the tray and then within seconds my salad appeared and their special buttered roll. Salad was fresh with mostly Romaine lettuce, some chopped tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheese and real blue cheese dressing with chunks of blue cheese crumbled inside. The salad was topped with little pieces of bacon. The roll came out hot and glistening as it seems they basted it with butter before serving it. They also give you two little cups of whipped butter on the side. I dug into the salad, which was excellent. It was very fresh and the blue cheese dressing was top-notch. I then looked at the buttered roll and decided I will take a bite(I've been watching my weight lately and have been trying to eat less carbs!). The role was still warm, however, it was very greasy and kind of bland and really didn't need any additional butter. It was decent, but nothing to write home about. Finishing my salad, I took a look around the bar. I noticed some very happy couples, dress casually and enjoying their meals. The TVs were turned to the Islander game, which was great as I am a New Yorker and went to college right next-door to the Nassau Coliseum during their hay day. Within a few minutes, the main course arrived and the barmaid placed the plate right in front of me, on that special leveling tray and asked if I needed anything else. I assured her everything was fine. The plate was full with a large portion of ground sirloin, smothered with onions and mushroom gravy and a side dish of green beans, plated right next to it. I tried the green beans first which were decent. I felt they were a little bland, but were cooked well. My attention then turn to the ground sirloin and boy was it good. Still warm and cooked medium with tasty sautéed onions and a real mushroom gravy containing large chunks of mushrooms covering the steak. I think I finish it in about 10 minutes. One thing to know is this place is very old school. The meal came with a plastic steak marker jammed into the ground sirloin stating it was medium and you are greeted by a case of refrigerated steaks as you walk in, so you can see the different cuts. It was like going to a place with my folks in the 1970's. I was half expecting to see big barrels of peanuts in the shell, which I believe they used to have there many years ago. Even though this place is a chain is still a great spot for a good, wholesome, hardy dinner. My meal was around $25 and worth every penny. It will definitely be part of my regular rotation going forward. It's a solid 4 star stop and you won't leave hungry.
