Exceeded my expectations in every way... and I'm not easily impressed! Angel and his assistant arrived on time, put on protective booties before entering my home, quickly diagnosed and fixed my broken A/C compressor (caused by a blown fuse during the recent heat wave), explained everything patiently and clearly, and without ANY sales pressure whatsoever, gave me the estimates I requested should I ever decide to replace my 30-year old HVAC system. He even advised me that I did NOT need to schedule routine servicing of my system ("just change your filters and rinse off the compressor housing"). Because it was beyond his scope of expertise, he recommended who we must consult first. He was honest and did not make up things to repair just to roll a few dough. On a very hot Saturday afternoon, I noticed my AC was running but the room was getting hotter! While other companies weren't even accepting new customers ( too much demand), Angel was able to come out in just a few hours. He was very knowledgeable in telling me I was low on Freon and my filter was filthy. He had it blowing cold air in under an hour. The price was reasonable and I feel like I got a good deal. We wish we could give Angel more than 5 stars as his work is truly great. It was easy to see from the moment he arrived at our house that he is very professional and polite. He put his shoe covers on right away, and every single time thereafter when he entered our home. We had called him yesterday to do annual maintenance on our A/C and furnace and he was able to fit us in today with no problem. He took pictures of everything in our attic before he started his service as well as all potential issues he saw as well. He came down from the attics with pictures to show us the issues he found and he was able to fix those issues for us. He even fixed other items that were small but were things that he said should had been done by whoever worked on our system last. He takes pictures of his finished work as well, which I think is great for those who may not be able to clamber up into their attic to see the work performed for themselves. His prices were very reasonable and I know for certain that he will be the only person that we call and recommend for all future servicing. Late Sunday afternoon (9.15.19), our AC unit (outside) just stopped working and after spending at least an hour or two trying to self diagnose/repair it, I gave up and searched Yelp for service. After reading through the reviews for Angel's Air, I requested a quote by sending him a message. Within the hour, I received a reply and was able to schedule an appointment first thing this morning between 7 - 8:00 am. I was already at work by 6:30 am but my mom and stepfather were home to wait on Mr. Angel. Their review: "Angel was a respectful gentleman, arrived within the time frame he said and we let him know if we could help with anything, just give us a holler in the house." I appreciated the fact that he gave me a call at work and explained why the AC went out - come to find out, last AC company I hired to service (2 years ago) apparently had the wrong part put in for the compressor and a few other things hence why it was basically the same reason why AC unit was not working....again. After he received confirmation from me over the phone to proceed with the repair and warrentied parts included, he had the house cooling again. I'm so glad that Mr. Angel did what he needed to do and had everything corrected and got the AC back up and running because my mom really needed her AC working lol.
