I've been here a few times now for car washes and have had a generally positive experience. Reasonably priced, efficient speed of service, and never a long wait. Sometimes the inside isn't wiped down or vacuumed as much as I would hope, but maybe I just need to come back for a proper detail. Will update my review then! read more

5mos ago I purchased a new $55k Toyota 4runner. Until a few weeks ago, no one had washed it other than myself, as I find that I do a better job taking care of my things than others do (as in this case, even when you pay them). In this event, I paid for an exterior clay bar detail. After the detail was completed, I paid $80 inside for the service (the low detail price was to match the price if I had purchased the same exterior detail on Groupon). After leaving Angels, when the light from the sun hit my windows, I noticed that the guy who washed my truck had used a dirty towel to wipe the windows on the inside. My windows were spotless when I brought the truck in, and I really didn't even need them to touch the inside of the truck when I brought it in. I just wanted a 6month wax job. In any event, after wiping the windows clean i noticed on the outside I have two horizontal scratches that are about 4" long, and when my display for my radio is on, there's scratches on the screen as well because the guy used a dirty towel. I didn't call to complain, because what's the use? It's not like they're going to admit to anything, but I've taken excellent care of every vehicle I've ever owned and I'm extremely particular about things because the better you take care of them, the longer they last. In any event, because of this I would highly recommend using another car wash and detailer for your auto needs. As for myself, I'll just stick to continuing to wash my own vehicles. read more

Paid for the Angels personal car wash at $29.99. Great car wash - they work hard and clean your car better than most. However, today i was unhappy with my wheel cleaning - esp on front wheels. They were very dirty, but i expected fully cleaned wheels. Missing a few spots is one thing, but big areas are not okay. Did not notice how bad right side was until i got home. I learned to next time fully inspect before i drive off. Overall, i think its a grest car wash and would visit again. read more

This place was great! I ordered the premium auto detailing from this place last week for my Dodge Challenger. They did such a great job for a great price too. I worried about a few dirty spots on my car. The owner didn't just promise any result yet. Instead, he asked the worker to test out the service on only part of the car and see if I'm satisfied with the service before doing the work. He will actually educate you about how to maintain your car's exterior. I actually learned something from him! Don't get the outlook of the place fool you! It's a great place! :) read more

This bus could be so much more if the owners put some effort into it. It's old and dirty and shabby looking inside. The products offered for sale are very random and belong in a super market. In fact they've been hanging on the shelves so long that they are covered in dust! The actual car wash is not managed well and the automated system is not attended to, so some of the equipment, like the foamers, don't work well? It cost me $26 for a wash and vacuum, without a tip. It was too much for what they actually offered. It could be so much better! read more

I bought a "Complete Auto Detail" (valued at around $350) through Groupon. When I took my car to the car wash shop, they didn't provide complete service as advertised on Groupon. They told me they only provide services for a few features specified on the wall of the shop. To me that is pretty dishonest. I do not recommend using this these car detail services when they are dishonest. -Tom read more

I should've taken before and after pics but the headlights on my 2007 Honda Civic looked brand new after they worked their magic! I took a car that I had for 12 years there for complete interior and exterior detailing because I was selling the car. They did an amazing job! Results - The first person who looked at the car paid me more than I thought I would be able to sell it for! I was very pleased. I wish I had done this for myself while I was still driving the car! And the price was very reasonable. In fact, I had planned to sell the car without detailing because I thought it would be too much. And when I was looking for a car wash, I found Angels Auto Spa. They wash it well. I can see some missing spots on my right door. They did clean inside but not enough vacuum. He missed some of dog's fur on my driver and passenger seat. The dashboard is still dirty. He did forget floor mat to put back. He grabbed and left it on grass meanwhile my husband was waiting for him to put it in my car. I drive an SUV. And for those of you considering a Groupon, and also drive a SUV, you will pay an additional $89.00. However, when Sonny and his Staff turned the keys back over to me after a complete detail, it was as though they had turned back the clock on my 2019 Buick. The results were SPECTACULAR! Also, I highly recommend that in addition to shampooing your interior, definitely go with the steam cleaning, too. The vehicle smelled like new! Plus, the experts AmorAll'd the dashborad, side panels, steering wheel and exterior moulding, without me even asking. Bought a Groupon for headlight restoration. Drive there and he says their service won't work on my headlights because they're plastic and if I would upgrade to their $150 full detail package they'd at least try the lights with no guarantee. Fun fact: ALL headlights are plastic! He said his service was designed for glass headlights...which haven't existing in decades. Bait and Switch Scammer. read more

Wow. Just... WOW!!! I called after hours yesterday and Sunny answered the phone. I advised him that I was selling my civic back to Honda and he gave me the most reasonable quote in Orange County. I took my time shopping for auto detailers and Angels Auto Spa had the BEST PRICING for interior and exterior deep cleaning on my 2018 civic sport. I decided to sit outside and watch my car get detailed. I am very impressed with how detailed the two men working on my car are! They have great attention to detail - every inch of my car is getting the attention it needs to look brand new to sell it back to the dealership. Not only am I impressed with the men cleaning my car, back to Sunny! His customer service is AMAZING. I woke up an hour late, called him in frantic that I missed my appointment and he said "that's ok - don't rush, we can still take you" in such a happy tone! His hospitality is A++! As I sit outside, he offered me a Gatorade and advised me that I could also sit inside where ac is since it's a hot day. I know this might not seem like much, but what detailing business seriously goes out of their way to go outside to check if your okay sitting out in the heat and offers a cold beverage??? I appreciate him going to extra mile, he cares for his customers and it shows big time. His hospitality has made this transaction worth every penny! I definitely recommend this place. I had a large scruff mark on my car from some asshole parking next to me and dinging my car. So I took it to angels auto to see if they can wash it and buff it out. It cost about $140 but my car looked great afterward. I couldn't even tell it was even there before. Definitely worth the $140 to do it. I highly recommend it. read more

Amazing service! My car is covered with pet hair from top to bottom along with dust and dirt. My dog is a long hair fluffy dog that sheds a lot. I haven't cleaned it in years but Angel's Auto Spa made it sparkling clean as if I never drove it before. Sunny is responsive and very quick. He ensures quality and held his promise. I have been coming here for many years. With my new car having to have a wash, I took it to this place. The owner still remembered me as he said "long time" and he was right it had been a long time and he gave me suggestions on how to clean my car with or without leather protection as it's still new, I think he said to not do that for about a year. I trust this place and they do a great job. My only suggestion is to have things to do while I wait. But, it's a place I would come back over and over. read more

This place is highly recommended! Sunny welcomed us and explained clearly how long cleaning our cars would take. My car was an absolute mess, but they made it look brand new! They shampooed it twice because it needed it so badly. I'm so happy and satisfied with their excellent service. Will definitely bring our cars back here! Friendly, offered me a great deal and seriously the car came out looking like new from the inside out. Great attention to detail - From the interior roof to the door side panel , cup holders etc was immaculate . I loved that even the seatbelts were cleaned. The carpets looked like new. I bought a Groupon to try this place out, I wish I didn't. They returned my car back to me with the seats still wet from cleaning, and there were simple parts of my car not detailed (the overhead light, the emergency brake- they were still dirty and smudged). Since taking my car there my car now has an odor from the wet seats. I would not recommend. read more

This car wash is a huge disappointment. They do a poor job with detailing the inside of the car. The vacuuming and wiping down of the inside of car is a joke. Leo deserves a shoutout for the communication. He walked me through the options, broke down what I actually needed vs what was overkill, and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in the shop. No vague "it'll be ready when it's ready" runaround. Always quick to reply too. Allen is a beast. he clearly takes pride in what he does. Both cars came out spotless, clean PPF edges, no bubbles in the tint, no dust trapped anywhere. You can tell he's the kind of guy who'd rather take an extra hour than hand back something he's not 100% happy with. If you've got a nice car and you're anywhere in OC, just go see these guys. Won't be my last visit.

UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner…read moreobviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. Overall, this company lacks professionalism and can't admit to being wrong. Cya

I'm so grateful for they being able to fit me into their schedule! Steve came to my apartment to clean my car, and was super nice! He did a great job getting rid of any stains and odor. My car smells brand new. There were some small areas that he missed, however they were pollen stains that even I couldn't get out if I tried, and some paint chips on the hood, but there's always a risk if that with pressure washing so I don't really care. He also threw in a clay coating since he was running a little behind, which was super kind! The price for the exterior and interior silver package is pretty consistent with other car detailing services. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

I had requested a full detail on my black on black Range Rover that would have cost me $650 the day I showed up to drop the car off he advised me my car didn't need that much and I saved $300 because he only said I needed a mini detail. His attention to what I needed in the interior was also highly satisfying I asked for no chemicals or shiney stuff. Overall he is worth the 2 weeks wait I waited to get my car done. I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield. Who new the have clear for the windshield. there is a lifetime warrantee. They were right up front about everything. The job was done quickly and very well. I couldn't be happier and am glad I went here. Yes, I would recommend OC Tint Solutions to anyone wanting to tint their windows. It's been a few weeks now and my car feels cooler. I don't feel the sun on my arm or side of my face and the air conditioner seems to be cooler.

I had two of my cars with llumar, and most recently with Xpel as that's what his shop uses now. They have samples for different % in display for you. I haven't had any issues with the tint jobs ( yet ), and the other cars have had it on for a few years now. Xpel is the newer one, but hoping it'll hold up just the same. I will continue coming to SGT for all my tint needs :)

My car wouldn't start and I didn't feel like getting it towed. They were really patient over the phone and walked me through pros and cons re: buying a battery before hand or until they could diagnose it. Glad I listened, ended up the MAF to be actual problem. Took two technicians, but I appreciate that they showed me test results and were about 30min between each other. Best in person service I've received in a long time, the fact that they came to me is priceless. Had my car up and running again. Thanks guys, I rarely reviews but there exceptions. Highly recommend them.

But overall, just beyond what we had anticipated with pricing even with the quote beforehand and after it going up even more. Oh well. You are simply paying for the convenience rather than the expertise in my opinion and wife's opinion.
