From the moment I walked it,super friendly staff. I suggest the citrus pedicure ! Amazing !!!

Went for a mani/pedi was sold something called a dip color I asked repeatedly if it was acrylic was told calcium powder which promotes healthy nail growth. She proceed to use a drill on my natural nails after I insisted I did not want a drill used, she continued to argue about it she stated she knows how to use it correctly. I don't like the drill used on my nails causes them to thin and have dips in them. Then I believe the "dip" color is really some sort of acrylic and if that's true there will be a law suit as I am allergic to it and it turns my nails black and thins them. And I asked repeatedly. I never got my hands soaked and cuticles cleaned up not a real manicure at all. Hands never soaked in any water WORSE EVER!!!!! The pedicure was decent spoiled when she spoke in her language to others concerning my dry feet I only realized it because the argumentative lady doing my hands proceeded to ask you don't get your feet done much Huh? I go every two weeks to ruby nails in Dearborn mi they are the best I see Sandy there! This place couldn't do my dogs nails never would I recommend them to anyone!!! Deceiving, overpriced, they need to learn a customer needs and preferences come first, poor customer service!!!!! read more

Very disappointing! Will not choose Angie's again. My $37 pedicure lasted about 25 minutes. Need I say more? My daughter's manicure did not even include massage, lotion, etc. Not to mention the person at the check out was not friendly. read more

My first experience with this spa I took my daughter to get her acrylic nails removed. When I entered the shop, no one greeted us. So I took a flyer to read and sat down. While still waiting we looked for nail polish, chose our color and sat down. A Caucasian lady came in and she was greeted immediately and was told to sign in. When I mentioned this to the man up front right away he said "you were looking at prices". I told him we already knew what we wanted and we were still waiting for service. He asked what we wanted and spoke loudly to the other women in his native language in the room. After waiting 20 minutes for an available technician, I sent my 14 year daughter to get her acrylic nails removed. She complained to the women how it was painful while she scraped her nails off instead of soaking them. The woman continued to scrape them off apologizing at the same time. While I was waiting to get service, I walked to the front and before I could say anything, the lady yelled " WE DO YOU SOON" twice. Awkward!! So I responded with an annoyed look and said "OKAY. " Two minutes later another Caucasian lady came through the door and she was greeted immediately and was serviced right away. I was perplexed. I returned the nail polish and paid for my daughter's service. Then the woman who just yelled at me apologized and said they are really busy. I said " But while I was waiting for service you took another customer before me. I will not be getting my nails done. Never again will I enter this shop or recommend anyone to come here. I went in with a couple of friends over the weekend. We were in town for a wedding and were enjoying a girls' weekend to celebrate our friend. I had a manicure. The man that did my "manicure" was rude, never offered me a drink (which he did for everyone else. I finally got something after I asked him four times and another customer finally said something to him), did not soak my hands-just started ramming my cuticles back and then started clipping them. He finally let me put my hands in water briefly after my cuticles started to bleed. He then slapped lotion on my arm and hand and painted my nails. He started to paint my nails without removing any of the bits of old polish I had left on my nails. When he got done, it looked as if he painted my nails with puffy paint. I approached the manager about all of this, and they blamed me stating my nails were too short. I let them know that the length of my nails had nothing to do with a crappy paint job and bleeding cuticles. The same guy came over to remove the polish and abruptly stood up and started doing a pedicure. A lady finally came over to repaint my nails, still blaming me for her employee's crap job. read more

I come here on a regular basis and have never had an issue, never been charged more than once, never received anything put nice polite service. I've tried other places but always end up back here. I like they are opened on Sundays and the snacks they serve. I admit I didn't like to eat the snacks until recently, now they are individually wrapped. read more

BEWARE!!! As a military family new to the area, I brought my two young daughters to get their nails polished before the start of a new school year. A man at the desk asked which service we wanted and I pointed to their brochure (Services for under 12 yrs old) princess hands-polish & nail art @ $7. He said to pick out the colors, which they did. Sitting in front of the desk, my children asked how many nail arts they could have, so I approached the desk and asked. He said, "how ever many you want". My children were excited to hear that, so one child picked her two thumbs and my other daughter told her nail tech all her fingers. When I went to pay, he charged me $8 per child and when I pointed out the price difference he got upset and said that the special was for younger girls. I pointed out that the brochure stated for under 12 years old, which my daughters were. He then started speaking very loudly in a foreign language to the women who were doing my children's nails and pointing at me while they all talked. I did not understand a word they were saying. As we left, I wondered why one of my daughters was upset. She said the woman who had originally polished & finished nail art on 5 of her nails abruptly stopped after talking to the man at the desk in a foreign language. She then proceeded to take off ALL of my daughters polish with nail art , was visibly upset, and left her station. Another man came and had to re-polish my daughter's nails adding just 2 nail arts. REALLY, that's how you treat a child!!! Not only were they trying to rip me off with the price, but when I caught them, they were rude by speaking in a foreign language and mean to my child...WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE...VISITOR'S BEWARE, if they treat locals of the surrounding golf & military community like this, can you imagine how they'll treat you!!! read more

Painful and overcharged :(. I called beforehand and was told that my gel manicure would either cost $25 or $35, depending on whether I needed a "full" mani. The lady on the phone said she'd look at my nails when I came in to let me know. Apparently she didn't leave a note because when I came in a man gave me the service. I had to have my old gel removed and during the process, the man scraped the gel off so unnecessarily rough that one cuticle completely split from the nail and bled. He never said anything about it; he just ignored it & kept wiping it. I did ask for something relatively unique (google sideways French manicure) & he insisted he could do it. He dug through some old bag of brushes but started to seem pretty uncertain. Long story short, he did a worse job on the design than I could have done myself & even the managers noticed as I checked out-- and they charged me $40 for the service! 2 stars for a nice atmosphere & no waiting time but I won't be going back. read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT GO!!!!!! I have never reviewed a place before but the girl did such a horrible job on my mani/pedi I had to write a review. First off they dont use fresh packets of manicure utensils. The girl couldn't even file my toenails right I had to file my own!!! The polish job is horrible!!! When she was doing my manicure she made two of my nails bleed! My water in the tub was cold for my manicure and I told the lady and she put more water in there and it was still cold. This place only cares about money not the service you get. I get a pedicure regular and I decided to give this place another try. I went to this place years ago and didn't like it. I will never go back and I will tell everyone in Moore County not to go here and to go to the one by Hobby Lobby. This place is HORRIBLE and I have to come home and paint my toenails again after paying $50!!!! They should be ashamed of their services skill!! read more
