I just wanted to leave a review because I was so impressed with the gentleman that we're working tonight. I came in right after 7 o'clock, and while I feel like people are normally pretty polite when you walk into a restaurant that they're working at, there were something different! They both went from what they were doing (cleaning and cooking) to being immediately available, they were so sweet, eager to help, and had huge smiles on their face! The service was top-notch, and it really did stand out. I'm not sure how you would go about it, but hopefully you can look at the schedule and find out who is working tonight so you can give them a heads up that they're doing great. Came here for the first time and this place is amazing! Since it was my first time I didn't really know what to order and I can't handle spicy food too well. Ordered for pick up. Got a #1 w/ mac n cheese and #4 w/ coleslaw. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, and just the right amount of spicy (ordered medium heat). The coleslaw was good. Went here and ordered the Hangry Fix Bowl. Their food is good and the wait is roughly 5 minutes, which is quick considering the amount of customers who were inside the store ordering food. My cashier, Jasmine, was so incredibly sweet! I came in with my dog and Jasmine + her co-worker gave my dog a milk bone, and greeted me with kindness when I walked in. Food is very good, and nice portions of food. Taste is amazing, and you don't get that in any other chicken places. Service was great cashiers greet their customers, and offer lots of help. Thought the #1 was fairly priced and was enough food for two people to share. Sandwiches and fries were great. This is a huge disappointment. Many other chicken places right there, all better. If you want a guilty pleasure that will require your cardiologist on speed dial (Angry Chickz certainly does) than drive 5 minutes to Popeyes in Westlake Village and get the real deal heart attack on a plate, it's delicious.
