Then we went to Men's section cuz I wanted to see what they had to offer. Upon walking into the area, I saw 2 ladies gossiping about work drama, I politely said 'hello' and they both glared at me and said 'hello' then went back to their conversation. Never once asked me if I needed help, or was looking for something in particular. Needless to say, we walked out immediately. They did not bring any value of customer service to the table! I'm going to the Coach store at the mall before I ever go back into that store again!

But the majority of inventory are purses and women's wallets. The pebble leather purses were 1/3 of the retail price. They have a couple of "greeters" at the door. Not sure if they are greeters or security, or possibly both. Either way, they greeted folks as they entered. They have staff that walk about providing sincere assistance without the obtrusive lurking about. The store is laid out well with roomy aisles. But the shelving is showing its years. Chipped paint, scratched surfaces. They could stand some sprucing up.

Crazy but true. And it might be basic, but I love The Gap. Solid construction, soft fabrics, lots of cotton. If you're having "power surges" aka hot flashes it is so important to have breathable fabric, am I right? Today I stopped at the outlet to see what was on the racks. You have to walk a ways so be prepared. Those who use mobility aids need to be aware of the cobblestone like streets that abut the sidewalks leading to your destination. The accessibility of the mall could use some improvement. There are no restrooms in stores in the outlet, but I've had the unfortunate experience of using the public facilities here and 109% do not recommend. Isolated, remote, creepy. However, on to the Gap here. They have had a nice refresh/remodel since I was here a couple years ago, but I was a bit lost at first. The new light and bright dressing rooms are an asset. Staff circulating on the sales floor were helpful and asked if I needed help or a tote to carry my try-ons several times. I tried on about 12 items and hit success with 4 so, a nice 33.3% success rate. I hit the jackpot in their clearance racks- snagged a beautiful gauze summer dress, a sky blue blue button down, a western- type denim shirt with snaps, and a super soft ringer T for a mere $4. The total with tax came to $80. They have ample seasonal selections for women, kids, and men. They also have deep discounts on non seasonal items- I saw some adorable trench and puffer coats so keep your eyes out. They offer a good selection in extended sizes- I wear an XL or XXL and they always gave ample offerings, not an afterthought. Check-out was smooth. Overall a fun little trip to get some new favorites. I don't know if they'll last as long as the raincoat from the 80's, but here's hoping!

She was really upbeat and I genuinely felt she was happy to help me put together an outfit that suited my body style. She seemed really fashion forward and savey. I loved the outfit she picked out for me and I really appreciated that she didn't make me feel rushed to make a decision. It's really nice to know customer service still exists. The girls that work here are always very nice and helpful, I always get a dressing room set up for me right away and Torrid has the best dressing rooms ever with the fans and comfy seating. I feel like as a company they are trying harder to give us fashionable peices but they aren't cutting edge, its like a season or two behind. I love Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Factory for work clothes and I still prefer those stores over Loft, but I felt that this location was clean, staff was friendly and it wasn't over-crowded at all. This location is actually a lot cleaner and more organized than other locations which was nice! It is located off of Marconi Ave in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's and Five Below. They had a ton of wrapping paper and lots of great items for stocking stuffers and White Elephant gifts. I love finding random items that I never knew I needed! I bought around 8 items for under $60 so it was definitely a good deal! Staff were friendly and the check out line moved quickly!

Even if it is a bit of a drive from our house, we do visit every now and then. The store is quite expansive, and quite well lit. Me and my poor eyes don't have to squint to read the fine print or even make use of my glasses. There's the odd item on the floor left behind by uncaring or reckless customers...especially on busy days, so a bit of care should be exercised when walking the aisles. The place does get crowded, especially on the weekends. Parking feels a bit limited, but of course, a public lot is never under the store's control. The price is reasonable. And the staff, if on hand, are very helpful...trying to be cheerful on crowded, busy days. There's a lot to see, so be prepared to spend an hour or more during your visit. Not a bad place to spend your time...and money.

All I can say is the owner of the store is one of the rudest owners I have ever heard. My daughter…read morebought some scrubs here and everything was fine. She came back to purchase some items for her clinicals. She had the receipt for these two items that were never used nor opened. She was told they could be returned with a receipt and unopened. I was with her in the store when the owner spoke very rudely to my daughter and said these clearly have been opened the pass package is dented in and we do not sell items like this. I walked over to the other items on the shelf that they had hanging for sale that were exactly the same, and all these were dented in also the plastic on them when I'd let her know how rudely she was talking to my daughter she said well this one time I'll return them but they're clearly opened. I said oh so you're calling my daughter a liar. She said not one word and refunded the money. My daughter nor I will ever shop here again and I'll tell everybody who's thinking about shopping here about our experience. Even after I posted this review, the owner of the store contacted me and said they apologized that I wasn't happy, but who would be happy when they've been called a liar or dishonest and who would wanna contact them back or do business with them I don't understand. There is nothing else to discuss regardless of whether they issued a refund. It's the principle of this bad for the bad review.
