All I can say is the owner of the store is one of the rudest owners I have ever heard. My daughter bought some scrubs here and everything was fine. She came back to purchase some items for her clinicals. She had the receipt for these two items that were never used nor opened. She was told they could be returned with a receipt and unopened. I was with her in the store when the owner spoke very rudely to my daughter and said these clearly have been opened the pass package is dented in and we do not sell items like this. I walked over to the other items on the shelf that they had hanging for sale that were exactly the same, and all these were dented in also the plastic on them when I'd let her know how rudely she was talking to my daughter she said well this one time I'll return them but they're clearly opened. I said oh so you're calling my daughter a liar. She said not one word and refunded the money. My daughter nor I will ever shop here again and I'll tell everybody who's thinking about shopping here about our experience. Even after I posted this review, the owner of the store contacted me and said they apologized that I wasn't happy, but who would be happy when they've been called a liar or dishonest and who would wanna contact them back or do business with them I don't understand. There is nothing else to discuss regardless of whether they issued a refund. It's the principle of this bad for the bad review. read more

I love uniform advantage for scrubs! Came with a friend to give recommendations for some new scrubs. I've been coming here since I moved to the area and always appreciate the selection. I called ahead of time to see which brands they carried in-person that had olive green and was able to have my question answered. However, I received a call back from the store about 20 minutes later from a different employee asking if I, myself, was uniform advantage, lol! I ended up calling back and speaking with someone else who informed me that the employee was new, but was definitely confusing. read more

I was driving by and spotted UA while in that area. When my wife and I walked in to shop, we actually weren't even greeted or approached by the staff. They were all by the register towards the back end of the shop.... and you know what? I couldn't have been happier! I actually like to be able to shop in peace in my own introverted paradise. Found a few cute items, some clearance pieces, and headed for the dressing rooms which were open and clean! Tried them on, found my size, and headed for the register. I don't have any names to report here on the review, but what I can say is that given the exceptional (lack of) service and just general cleanliness of this business..... I will be back! Place was clean and the lady was super friendly. Help me set up a fitting room and answered all my questions. I came to this store to find scrubs. I found 1 top. I paid an amount for one basic scrub top with 1pocket and 1 sleeve pocket. I checked online see the selections and I see what I purchased for $12 dollars less w/ a sale. I reported my experience. My experience was shared to the store. The store calls and explains to me: 1) items in store are priced $2-3 higher than the online prices 2) I shall check my phone while in the store to make sure I get the best deals. Had I known this, I would have stayed home and just shopped online. There would be no point for me to waste gas and time to go to this brick and mortar because they already told me they don't offer the best prices and I have to do my due diligence to get the best offer. read more

This store is truly the worst. I bought 5 pairs of UA scrubs online. They came to my house, they were all too big. I am keeping 1 pair because I used it. The other 4 pairs are the same size. They are wrapped in plastic w/ the tags on. Literally untouched. This store is refusing my exchange. These are "uniform advantage" scrubs. And this store is called uniform advantage. This is completely idiotic. I am not even asking for a refund, just an exchange. They said they cannot exchange things bought from their own website. This is so stupid. Also, they don't even let you try on the clothes!!! Seriously what is even the point of this store. It serves no purpose. Every person that wears scrubs knows one size does not fit all for scrubs. In fact scrubs are the worst fitting clothing on Earth. I am a tall and lean male, and I don't think any scrubs fit me perfectly. I called asking about embroidery times and the lady was very rude. She said it was going to take a couple days and I asked her how many days is considered a couple days. Ordered embroidered scrubs from them and they said it would arrive in 7 days, but they still did not ship after 2 weeks. I had to call customer service and complain, but even then it took 5 more days. When I received them I received the incorrect size but I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH THE SIZE THEY SENT WAS INCORRECT! I had to call the customer service center again. This is too much hassle for buying scrubs when there are plenty of other companies that are easier to work with and offer free exchanges/returns without us having to pay for return shipping. read more

Tried on a set of scrubs, bought three pair top & bottom in different colors. Washed before wearing my skin gets sensitivity to new material. I'd gotten a size too small in one of the sets bc I went by hanger size and didn't think to check the actual scrubs. went to exchange, was not denied. There aren't many stores that offer the kind of selection for medical scrubs like Uniform Advantage. The only other place that I can compare Uniform Advantage to, is Scrubs and Beyond in OV. Personally, I feel that Uniform Advantage offers way better selection at slightly lower prices - which is weird because they sell very similar brands. The customer service here is great! They got me signed up to get 20% my first purchase which helped me save ;) If you're in need of some new scrubs, stop here next time! read more

I called before driving from south Sacramento to make sure they had a Chefs pants in stock. I got there and the 2 employees that were working yesterday were very helpful and friendly. I found the 10% off coupon on yelp and he waited for me to sign on to be able to use the 10% off. Huge collection of scrubs in different brands, styles and sizes!! Initially when I walked in I was a bit overwhelmed with everything and didn't know which side of the store to start! I am a bit short so I wasn't sure whether or not a small would be too long on me or not and it was!! Luckily they offer a lot of petite sizes which was great because those bottoms fit me perfectly. Upon checkout, the nice employee signed me up for an account since it was my first time there and I also got free socks, a pop socket and a lunch bag. I'm not sure what the promo was for all of that but I like free stuff so why not? Also there seems to be a lot of deals like buy one get one 40% off and there's always the first time check in for 10% off :-) definitely will be back here when I need more scrubs! read more

The sign on the door says they open at 10am. On google it says they open at 10am. I called and the voicemail said they open at 10am. I rushed there between appointments, and got there at 10:20am and sat in my car until 10:30. Right as I was pulling out of the parking spot a car comes zooming by almost hitting my car. Just bought a couple sets of scrubs! $19.99 each. This is probably the cleanest store I've ever walked into in my life. And it smelt nice too. The employees were helpful and not pushy. The bathroom was really clean as well. They have more expensive scrubs from $27 up to about $40 (not sets). But it was nice that they had cheaper ones and the $19.99 set deal. And they're super soft and perfect for what I need them for! And, they had my size which is hard to find. I'm an XS Petite and they fit perfectly in length too! read more

I have been here twice and of all the places that offer scrubs I feel like they have the best options. They have Grey's Anatomy scrubs and I think those are the best! The store is very organized and they have varieties of brands and styles to choose from. I can't say much about the other items they sell because I've strictly gone here for scrubs. They also seem to always have some kind of sale and items on clearance. Both times that I have purchased items I have been given a coupon. An associate also told me that they can order items online, which is a better option, because if you order through them you can exchange/refund your item but you can't do that if you personally go online and purchase items. I took 1 star off because there were a couple of scrub tops that have makeup stains on it. I bought a clearance top with a makeup stain and sadly after washing it, the stain did not come out. I will still shop and refer people here. read more

I am giving it one star due to the fact that my friends have came and shopped here before and they have all told me that if you are a new customer you get 10% off by giving them an email I came here today to purchase and it seemed like employee did not know or hadn't heard of such thing I let her know to call her employee or her head supervisor to ask she ended up calling another store and they said they've never heard of such thing... The girls were incredibly sweet and attentive when I went to pick up scrubs/shoes for work. They have an amazing selection of brands from Cherokee to Gray's Anatomy to the Butter scrubs. I'm usually a fan of Gray's scrubs because they're comfortable, wash well, and look good out of the dryer. As for patterned scrubs, there are cute and modern-looking ones that are averagely priced for scrub tops. The clearance section seemed vast, but I didn't bother looking through them because I'm usually a size XS or S in tops and bottoms and those sections looked small. Walked to an empty store and the two ladies at the front were 100% useless. I explained I was a new employee and had a voucher. One said no problem the other said "um card readers down" I again explained i needed to make a purchase for a new job Monday and again was met with sorry it won't even turn on. Came here to get some scrubs for the cosmetology program and the worker behind the counter was super friendly and helpful with helping find what I needed. They didn't have my size at the time and she took time to help me order online. I would give them a full five stars based off that experience alone but I took a star off because they don't carry more styles in certain brands. It would have been helpful to have been able to try on different styles because women's fit is waaaaay different from unisex. I've had to return/exchange a few items before because certain things they helped me order online did not fit properly. Decent place to get scrubs. I prefer buying scrubs in person rather than online because I like to try them on to make sure they fit. Uniform advantage carries numerous brands for both men and women. Although they offer a lot of brands, they have limited sizes within each brand. I usually wear a XS in tops and XS petite in bottoms, and I have a really hard time finding bottoms here. One time I even went up to the counter to ask them to order my size, and the item was backordered for at least a month..... I was also informed that it would have costed me $8 to get it shipped to my house. I would definitely suggest coming to check this place out if you are a student or a Mercy employee though, because you get a discount! So bring your ID and/or badge. They also sell some shoes, stethoscopes, watches, socks, and other accessories. read more

I'd really give them no stars, but one star for the wide selection. Heres the deal, spent two hours looking found good deals on clearence, took them up to purchase when the woman said none of it was on clearence. Took her to where the "dot" special was and everything i had, had duplicates with the stickers on the rack, she told us someone "fraudulently" put the stickers there and everything was full price. Told her i wanted to speak with the manager, "I am the manager" geez, wow thats too bad, they just lost my business and everyone i work with. Im a medical student and my mates are looking around for places to go get scrubs. I went to Life uniform on arden by Big 5. DONT GO HERE DONT GO HERE DONT GO HERE! The woman is a rude b**** and will pretty much imply that you are trying to fraud her by putting stickers on 60+ pices of clothing just to get a good deal, you know even if the sign displayed shows waht each colored dot means.
