I dislike the salons that overbook and make you wait 30+ mins to start service so this was great! The salon is clean, my slight criticism would be to have better ventilation. When I walked in I was hit by the smell of nail polish fumes, it was a bit overwhelming but I got used to it after a while - beware if you are sensitive to smells. The manicure / pedicure itself was decent, the edges could be a little bit cleaner but overall solid spot, especially for the value.

She filled the basin and then walked away. Shortly after, the owner and technician came back to let me know someone else would be doing my pedicure and that they would be with me "shortly." At that point, I politely declined and decided to leave. I completely understand that salons can get busy, but if technicians are being overbooked, customers should be informed ahead of time -- especially when they have an appointment scheduled. Respecting clients' time and communicating delays goes a long way. Be wary of booking with this salon if your time is important to you. Unfortunately, this experience made it seem like they do not value their clients' time.
