I pointed it out to my nail tech and she didn't fix it. She just painted over it with clear coat and pretty much shooed me away. I felt like she really rushed it. She didn't buff one whole hand. I'm really sad because this is the first time I've gotten my nails done in years. The vibe was not the best. It felt like they are constantly trying to up-charge or sell you something. I completely understand that they are trying to get as much business as possible but this is not the way to go about it. I was a bit uncomfortable. I felt like she didn't try or care that much because maybe I'm on the younger side? I hate to write this type of review on hard working people.

At first I was hesitant since I had been going to Topline nails for some time, and don't get me wrong, their good but can get a bit pricey for me. So to my surprise Kenny didn't do acrylics but only gel on your natural nails, but I was OK with it since I knew my nails needed a break. She was super friendly and genuine and i fell in love :) That was two years ago and the rest is history! Now Kenny is the only one I go to and it never fails, every time I get my nails done I get so many compliments. I love how she cares for my nails and since she started my nails have grown so much! My rating is strictly for gel x application and overall salon experience, not the nail design I was…read moreunsatisfied with because that is mostly on me. Came here to get short almond gel x nails with a French tip design for my wedding nails. I showed inspo pics and requested that the white not be super stark white compared to the pink. My nail tech started off with a thicker French tip to cover the natural nail peeking out under the gel tip. However that did not fit my vision so I asked for a thinner tip. She did mention that you would be able to see the natural nail under the tip and I said it was ok. I realized after I got home that the pink base coat was essentially clear and the natural nail showed in an obvious way in photos even though I thought it looked ok in person. I did not bring this up to the salon because I figured I just chose the wrong design and decided to just go somewhere else to just get a solid color all over. While getting my polish changed at the other salon, the nail tech noticed that my cuticles were completely covered in gel and had to take an extra 10-15 mins just drilling all the gel off my cuticles otherwise it wouldn't have grown out smoothly. She also fixed the nail shape because it was super pointy for almond in my opinion. My reason for my rating is because gel is not good to constantly get on skin. I did notice my original tech at moongirlnails used a brush to wipe off the gel after each tip application which I didn't love since other places I've been to have known how much gel to apply to avoid overflow. Using excess glue and going back to clean up is not good technique in my opinion. And seeing that the excess was not even fully wiped off and left on my cuticles, I cannot in good faith recommend this salon if you want to avoid developing a gel allergy.

Brian was my…read morenail tech, and the amount of detail he put into my nails especially around my cuticles was incredible. He took his time and was so gentle during the removal process. Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself. Safe to say, I've found my new nail tech and will be leaving my old salon behind. I can't wait to come back!

I had never found anyone that i wanted to go back to for a fill... until two weeks ago when I 1st went to Lana. She did an ombré set for my cousins wedding shower and they came out perfect. I loved Lanas art so much that i have dedicated myself to keeping my nails up and making my appointments with her from now on. I went for my fill today and went with a whole new design, black tips and she did such a beautiful job that i already looking for ideas for my next appointment! Lana has her own station in the salon and works on nails by appointment only so make sure to call ahead :)
