We heard of this one through word of mouth and decided to check it out JUST FOR THE KIDS CHAIR. I am soooo glad we did, because we will definitely be coming back! There was no wait and the staff was incredible attentive. Great with kids AND they don't rush the service. It's been a while since I've come across nail techs who value their work-- this place has it. I love the plants they have inside and the establishment itself is very clean. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my perception of this place. I came in for a pedicure and, at one point, used Google Translate on my phone. To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning

At first I was hesitant since I had been going to Topline nails for some time, and don't get me wrong, their good but can get a bit pricey for me. So to my surprise Kenny didn't do acrylics but only gel on your natural nails, but I was OK with it since I knew my nails needed a break. She was super friendly and genuine and i fell in love :) That was two years ago and the rest is history! Now Kenny is the only one I go to and it never fails, every time I get my nails done I get so many compliments. I love how she cares for my nails and since she started my nails have grown so much! Came here to get short almond gel x nails with a French tip design for my wedding nails. I showed inspo pics and requested that the white not be super stark white compared to the pink. My nail tech started off with a thicker French tip to cover the natural nail peeking out under the gel tip. However that did not fit my vision so I asked for a thinner tip. She did mention that you would be able to see the natural nail under the tip and I said it was ok. I realized after I got home that the pink base coat was essentially clear and the natural nail showed in an obvious way in photos even though I thought it looked ok in person. I did not bring this up to the salon because I figured I just chose the wrong design and decided to just go somewhere else to just get a solid color all over. While getting my polish changed at the other salon, the nail tech noticed that my cuticles were completely covered in gel and had to take an extra 10-15 mins just drilling all the gel off my cuticles otherwise it wouldn't have grown out smoothly. She also fixed the nail shape because it was super pointy for almond in my opinion. My reason for my rating is because gel is not good to constantly get on skin. I did notice my original tech at moongirlnails used a brush to wipe off the gel after each tip application which I didn't love since other places I've been to have known how much gel to apply to avoid overflow. Using excess glue and going back to clean up is not good technique in my opinion. And seeing that the excess was not even fully wiped off and left on my cuticles, I cannot in good faith recommend this salon if you want to avoid developing a gel allergy.

Brian was my…read morenail tech, and the amount of detail he put into my nails especially around my cuticles was incredible. He took his time and was so gentle during the removal process. Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself. Safe to say, I've found my new nail tech and will be leaving my old salon behind. I can't wait to come back!

They even offered me water during my appointment, which I appreciated. They also had a great variety of colors to choose from, making it easy to find exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting builder gel with cat-eye polish and paid $75, which I felt was reasonable for the service. The only downside was that the shape came out a little wonky on a few nails. Other than that, I really love how they turned out and was happy with my overall experience. I would definitely come back, especially for the builder gel and color selection.
