Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my perception of this place. I came in for a pedicure and, at one point, used Google Translate on my phone. To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning

At first I was hesitant since I had been going to Topline nails for some time, and don't get me wrong, their good but can get a bit pricey for me. So to my surprise Kenny didn't do acrylics but only gel on your natural nails, but I was OK with it since I knew my nails needed a break. She was super friendly and genuine and i fell in love :) That was two years ago and the rest is history! Now Kenny is the only one I go to and it never fails, every time I get my nails done I get so many compliments. I love how she cares for my nails and since she started my nails have grown so much! What I especially love and appreciate is that the tools come out from sealed autoclave bags used for sterilization (not sure how they are actually called). I think this is the only place I have gone to that does this. Especially for pedicures, this helps ease my mind to avoid toe nail fungus. I have been seen by many different technicians here and really enjoy all their work. For Hard Gel, I find that Brian does a great job every time. The place looks clean and nice. They have music videos playing in the background and I always find myself relaxed while I'm there.

Hell, I kept the inspo pic on my screen too. After multiple times of speaking up, I accepted my fate that this man was just gonna eff up my nails. I walked out w some fuckass Carmela Soprano nails. I called the next day to get them reshaped, and specified that I did not want Kevin. They assigned Mimi to reshape, and she did ok. She did mention that I could have spoken up during the initial service & I told her straight up like girl I absolutely did & this is what he gave me. What else am I supposed to do?? She recommended booking with her next time, lol. The owner/manager was very responsive to my concerns & rush to get my nails fixed, which I so appreciate. But at the end of the day, I did not receive the nails I requested. Because of this experience, I don't think I would return.

I had never found anyone that i wanted to go back to for a fill... until two weeks ago when I 1st went to Lana. She did an ombré set for my cousins wedding shower and they came out perfect. I loved Lanas art so much that i have dedicated myself to keeping my nails up and making my appointments with her from now on. I went for my fill today and went with a whole new design, black tips and she did such a beautiful job that i already looking for ideas for my next appointment! Lana has her own station in the salon and works on nails by appointment only so make sure to call ahead :)
