Respecting clients' time and communicating delays goes a long way. Be wary of booking with this salon if your time is important to you. Unfortunately, this experience made it seem like they do not value their clients' time.

My only concern was with the filing--because my nails were already short, it started getting a little too close to the skin near the sensitive nail bed area. While I understand pricing can vary depending on add-ons or designs, I was a little confused because the last time I received the exact same services, I paid $110. I would've really appreciated a receipt or price breakdown so I could better understand how the total was calculated. For reference, this visit included a gel mani/pedi, builder gel, a simple design, and the #2 Tru Signature Sugar Scrub pedicure.
