I went in at around 6:25, and my pedicure was so underwhelming and quick that I paid and was out the door by 6:50. It was honestly, the fastest and laziest pedicure I've ever had. My feet soaked for like a minute or two, and it really feels like she barely trimmed my cuticles back. My toenails are cut slanted and I asked for oval but got more of a square, but that's because she really didn't bother filing them down at all. I think the woman just wanted to go home, which I understand, we've all been there before, but hey, I'm paying for a service. If you don't want to do it, please have someone else assigned to me that's willing to do it. I'm actually really quite disappointed. We couldcome back the same day due to the event. I came today to have them fixed because they are badly shaped and not just because of that. My natural nail and real nail are hanging off on five nails. I am scared of them getting infected due to the bad job moisture could come in between and cause a fungal infection. Don't go to this salon! I got 2 ingrown toenails and had to get surgery at the podiatrist after going there! Filed a report and they paid for part of my bill along with my drs notes and refused to answer my calls and texts about my second ingrown toenail. I just got a gel manicure and pedicure done and my nail polish is already peeling off I had to tell the nail tech to remove the lint from my nails and to add another coat of nail polish. I asked her if she could shape my nails round and of course she didn't she did some round and some square. My left toe was bleeding i guess she cut too much of my nail. I gave them 3 more tries... now they are rushed and sloppy. Even with an appointment my daughter and I waited over 50 minutes to be just seated... apart from each other. The next appointment I waited 40 minutes in the heat with no AC. Third and last visit sealed the deal when I walked out with sloppy nails and about $70 less in my wallet. I'm going elsewhere, as the prices have gone way up and the quality is sub par now. I've lived here 20 years and the last 5 years were awful as far as upselling and communication issues. Cleanliness is a joke here, as scrub pads are reused as well as files. Sigh; please raise the standards. read more

I'm a black female, 8 months pregnant, and the treatment in this establishment was like I'm a criminal. They made me, and only me pay upfront. Never in my life, had I paid for a service before getting serviced. I noticed no one else had to do this, but no other customers were of color. They catered to the Hispanics. Being hormonal, I wanted to cry. I maintained composure and decided to stay because it was an emergency. I had to do a maternity shoot the next day. I was desperate. BEWARE THOUGH: she used USED/DIRTY tools on me!!! Didn't even rinse them out after using them on her previous client, just half-assed whipped them on the towel I had my feet on and went straight to use them on my feet, didn't even give me a chance to ask for her to get new tools. I never go out of my way to write a review but they definitely lost a customer for good. I'm very simple when it comes to my nails, all I asked for was a gel manicure and pedicure. Which, I did not end up getting because I told the lady if she can soak my previous gel polish off instead of drilling the polish off till my nails bids so my nails don't thin out and she didn't listen she continued to drill the polish off till my nail bids, and still leaving some polish behind. She was not detailed and did a messy manicure, same for my pedicure. I ask for them to stop the service because I didn't like how my manicure or pedicure were being done. I went to pay & they charged me $50 just to take off my gel polish I had when I walked into the salon. I expressed to the manager why I decided to stop the service and he could care less he said my manicure looked fine and still charged me $50 which I still paid because I'm a good person. Parking is sometimes a pain, but there's lots of parking on the side of the building. They take walk-ins which is great if it's not that busy. But I do advise that if you go during busy times like Christmas, Valentine's Day or the weekends, try to make an appointment with anyone, especially if you're pressed for time. Went to this place today, called ahead to make sure they took walk ins, gentleman on the phone confirmed but urged me to come right then (about 10am) didn't arrive until about 1pm they looked very busy but I got seated in the pedicure chair so quickly I forgot to pick a color lol, very quick and polite I was out before 1:50pm. I got the regular pedi with the extra $5 callous removal and a new full set with gel, my total was $53, seriously not bad compared to many other places I've been to, I do have one nail that's a tad crooked but I didn't notice until much later, I fully believe with how nice everyone was that if I would have noticed and said something at the time Mary wouldn't have minded fixing or filing it down. The last experience was when my gel began to turn a different color. The business did not do anything about it and wouldn't even honor a discount for a new set. Extremely disappointed because I'm a very reasonable person but why would I pay full price for a brand new set when there was a defect initially.
