Great breakfast place. Great food great service parking a challenge but worth the effort. When in area we always make this our go to place.

First time trying Annie's Mimosas today and WOW, what a great find! Charming decor and very welcoming. Everyone that works here was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Annie's has been operating for a few years. Their food is always great when I've been, always warm, and prepped right plus it looks and tastes good on the plate or in my mouth. The service is either really good or in the middle just based on how friendly the hostess is but always quick service. And the ambiance and decor look nice I don't remember if they play music or not but I don't believe they do. All I'd say they could do better is have more parking and a less hidden location. The prices also aren't bad for the quality and portion you receive. read more

Stopped here with my boyfriend on our way home from the casino. Was welcomed with the friendliness of the staff & our waitress Marina. Marina was a sweetheart and made our experience great. Lots of options on the menu and outdoor seating was great on a lovely day. We will definitely be back, this is our new spot when we go to RedHawk! Food was also great! read more

Staff was okay. We kept having to ask where our waitress was. We waited almost 20 mins after sitting down for her to come greet us and it was just a quick hi, drop off menus and then left. No "I'm sorry, we're busy but I'll be right with you" or anything. Just a hi and menus handed to us and left. Another 15 mins (that felt like eternity with a hungry kid) for her to come take our order. Order came out wrong but when the food was corrected it was really good. Decided to stop for breakfast on our way to Tahoe. Enjoyed our big breakfast of 2 sunnyside up eggs, bacon, sausages, crispy hash brown, short stack of pancakes and waffles. And mango mimosa. A must have since this place is known for their mimosas. Service was great as it seem to be a well run family business. Ambiance: casual, relaxing. I can add too that the staff are honest as a young boy who helps around ran out with my purse which I left on a chair. Hats off to you, young man. read more

Glad i stumbled on this place! Thanks Yelp! Was a life saver today 2/13/25, to get out of the pouring rain, and wait to pick up my kitten, who was getting spayed at the nearby clinic. Great bloody mary, the food was tasty and cooked just right, service was super quick and she was really nice. I'm full and happy. Thank you. Oh and i enjoyed the music too. Walked in with a party of 7 and promptly seated. Service was great and they had a fun variety of breakfast options. Our group enjoyed all of our different Eggs Benedict options and a Bloody Mary to top it off. It was a tad chilly in the restaurant, but we kept our jackets on and it was fine. I dropped by just as happy hour started ( I was the only one there). I had a cheeseburger. It had a well toasted bun. It had a nicely charred burger. Overall, it's a good burger. The meat itself, to me, was underseasoned - it was very plain meat. Because of everything else about the burger, it was good. The orange juice mimosa was very good. Service was good. read more

This restaurant is consistently great! My husband, toddler and myself love coming here for breakfast or lunch. We've ordered a few different dishes (and mimosas) in our times here and have never been disappointed. The servers are all really nice and we've never had to ask for service as they check on you plenty. Definitely a cute, homey type of place that we consider a regular in our restaurant rotations. read more

Based on their excellent reviews, we stopped here for breakfast while passing through Placerville. It's unfortunate that I can't recommend, as the breakfast was good (eggs, hash browns and French toast with strawberries and almond slices). If you're concerned with your health and safety, this isn't your place. Although all of the employees wear masks, all of the customers proudly come here without one. As this area has about a 50% vaccination rate, probably your best bet, if needing to eat while passing through this area, would be to go to a drive through and eat in the safety of your car. read more

It's a breakfast and lunch diner. The BLTA was made on thin sliced sour dough bread and delicious! Served with crispy French fries. Yum! The chicken pesto sandwich was made on a ciabatta bun and it was very good! Their garlic fries are great! The stafff are fried and attentive. Nice and clean place for lunch on the road! read more

What a delicious treat: Annie's Mimosas hits all be necessary must to make any customer happy. As a first time customer, and future customer as well eating here was just what we needed. Customer service was top notch, from the minute we walked IN to the minute we left the restaurant. The food was delicious, and unique in its away, the cook prepares the food as a collage of Mexican and American style cooking, putting in their own spin. In short words we love the food. My only complaint is the coffee, they need a coffee that brings everything together properly. The Mimosas was great, it was perfect according to my wife. I can't believe I never been here. This place ROCKS! Don't be in a rush though, the food is worth the wait! The ambience is awesome and customer service is spot on. We ordered the fajita skillet (added avo), and I got the Toro Benny and OMG... so damn good! No sauce for me but the meat was tender, and the artichoke hearts gives it so much depth in flavor. Just never thought those would all blend but it was incredible! One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Can't wait to go back and watch football and have a Bloody Mary (Husband said it's one of the best he's ever had!). I would just prefer more pickled veggies in it just because I love that. read more

This review is LONG overdue but I wanted to give credit where it is deserved. We were on our way to Tahoe and saw this place so we decided to stop. We had a group of 6 of us and they quickly accommodated us. Our food didn't take long, we had an issue with one of our dishes and the server quickly took care of it. The restaurant gave us the feeling that it's a small mom and pop shop which is something we always try to support. As we rushed out to Tahoe I didn't realize I had left my purse in the bathroom. It wasn't until we arrived to Tahoe that I realized my purse was missing. I called the restaurant and they asked around and let me know they had my purse. I was so relieved. We didn't return until later in the evening and they were still open. They gave me my purse and everything that I had in my purse was there. It's so nice to know there are still many honest people out there. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stop by again! read more

Annie's new location is fantastic! The large patio is perfect for breakfast/brunch! We've enjoyed breakfast on many occasions and have never been disappointed. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. My favorite is the crepes and my son loves the chili chilies! Ana and her husband, the chef, are hard-working, kind people. CONS: The food was just mainly lacking flavor and the wait for our food was kind of long. * Grilled Turkey Club: just kinda nasty and plain.... sliced deli meat from store. rubbery bacon. I could have made a better sandwich at home * Potato Salad: truly flavorless. maybe store bought? * Mexican Omelet: eggs and toast were burnt. From their expansive menu, we chose the combination breakfast with eggs over-medium, waffle and hash browns, and a cheese omelet. The Belgian waffle was crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. My over-medium eggs were cooked perfectly and my bacon crispy. I was quite pleased. The cheese omelet had a great balance of egg to cheese. Delish! We did not try the mimosas as we don't drink. Someone else will have to review the drinks. The other guests seemed to be enjoying the cocktails. The staff was attentive, happy to answer questions, and left us to eat in peace. I like that.
