So I was walking by queens plaza and I was walking with a fellow yelper she took us to anntremet and when I say I was like a kid at a candy store I mean I was like a kid in the Candy store. So I sadly didn't fee anything but wow it was such a missed opportunity that's anntremet cake the pastrys look So so good everything looked so amazing. The worker was was friendly the service looked fast the food looked so good I was so so jealous I definitely just missed an experience that. I will not miss again. I Saw the croissants to the cakes to the easter buny day cake which were different color bunny cake wow my goal is to try one of everything eventually such an awesome bakery the interior of the restaurant was so beautiful. This place is so freaking clean! I love the design and the arched ceilings! The art work on the walls were very cute too!! They had these special bunny cakes for $12! Very nice for Easter week. The service was very fast as well. The seating area is small but nice if you are with 2 to 4 people or just by yourself. I've been here many times now and the pastries, afternoon tea, and lattes have all been really good! When I found out they were serving Dutch Baby pancakes, I knew I had to go back to try them. The cashier/waiter was also kind and welcoming by explaining the menu and patiently answering any questions. The interior is immaculate and the music isn't too loud, so it'sa nice place for a casual date. Indoor seating is limited but the outdoor backyard area is spacious. There is no better place than this for beautiful and delicious pastries in the city. I almost question why I give other places five stars because they are that delicious here. It's perfect for those that don't want overwhelmingly sweet and don't want to feel like something is way too heavy and filling. I stop by here for birthdays, friend gatherings, just for myself, and as small gifts for my fiance. Everything I have tried is delicious and I hope they stay forever. They are also kind and package the cakes and buns in the cutest boxes. 1000% the best bakery in the area, and my personal favorite in NYC. It's really a 3.5. The shop itself is very spacious and cute. However, when it comes to taste and freshness of the items, I'm not really sure if I can recommend it. This is more in line with an Asian bakery, given the level of sweetness, and that doesn't bother me at all. But the actual flavor of the items is pretty muted. I tried the strawberry cake and the Mont Blanc chest nut mini cakes . Both are clean tasting but didn't have any other brightness or note in the flavor. The price is also pretty high though the cakes themselves are very pretty. I would probably pass on this bakery unless you absolutely need something that looks super cute and dainty. read more

I visited this bakery/dessert cafe which used to be Roam Dessert Bar & Gallery and has now reopened to be AnnTremet Cafe. I visited for their Spring Afternoon Tea Menu for 2, which consists of savory and sweet bites and tea. I really enjoyed all their savory bite!! I wished there were more savory than sweet because by the end my sweet tooth had it's fill by the end. The Afternoon Tea special was $36pp, which was a great price for the amount of food you get! Some of the nice like the mousse cakes are very pretty, but there are some inconsistencies. Like one of the ones I was eying in the display case seemed to have condensation bubbles and another had smudges on the outer layer coloring. There is a nice back patio too which will be a nice place to enjoy once the weather gets nicer. Overall, the Spring Tea menu is well worth it for the pricepoint, especially if it's a lovely day and you can enjoy high tea in their patio! read more
