Great place to get a delicious brunch! My husband and I came to get some brunch and we were not disappointed. We started with some hot chocolate with whipped cream, and then we order some mimosas. The hot chocolate was delicious but a little too sweet for me--personal preference. The mimosas were the perfect size, very bubbly, very fresh, and just right. He ordered The Floridian Omelette and he liked it, but for me was too "fishy" --if that even makes sense. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict and that was amazing, even my husband ended up eating mine. Finally, we ordered the Blackberry Crisp and Brie Waffle, and it was out of this world. One of the most disappointing places we've eaten in Jax. Staff seem all right, but when we went on Father's Day after a long wait (which we expected), we waited outside for an hour when it became clear they'd forgotten about us. Worse still, they had totally skipped over a couple that was there before us. Food was terrible. This was our second try at this place, and first time the wait staff were so toxic to each other as to be really uncomfortable. Do not recommend. read more

Their French roast cold brew, is to die for!!!! I work in the strip where they're located and have only ordered here twice, but their food is still delicious. Would recommend. Recent visit. I got another cold brew, it wasn't filled to the top so I asked nicely if I could get filled just a little more, the girl I usually talk to was very nice about it, but the one who refilled it back up seemed to have an attitude. I heard her just say, "this is a large. We're not even supposed to sell these" if you weren't supposed to, then I guess you shouldn't tell customers that they can buy large cups of coffee! What a great brunch. We went to the pool first thing and decided to have a brunch after our scheduled pool time. The photos of the French Toast Cinnamon Roll was the deciding factor. As well as my youngest son yelling "I want waffles". The food was great. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Eggs were great. My son gave the waffles a thumbs up and my oldest loved the cinnamon roll as a side. It was huge. While the sausage was different than what I am used to, I did LOVE the gravy and biscuits. Ate here today for the first time not a great experience. Waited 45 minutes for my food and only saw waitress when she took our order and dropped the check. They ran out of gravy that came with my meal and only put a drop on it instead of telling me and letting me order something else. My 17$ omelette was cold. I asked for cheese melted on my chicken there was no cheese and when I asked she brought me cold cheese. No powdered sugar on my waffle. Asked for hollandaise and she never brought it. Sat my whole meal with a dry glass. The pickle that came with my meal wasn't there. Waited my entire meal for syrup for the waffle didn't get any until I asked for a box and some To-go. Terrible experience for the price I paid for breakfast. Will most likely not return. read more

Just moved here and my first time going there. Honestly, I was very impressed with the food and service. It is tucked away in the strip mall but don't let that fool you. Looks small but has a lot to offer! I got the Cajun crawfish skillet. It had a good amount of crawfish in it and was not greasy at all! Usually when you get skillets they are covered in grease, and this wasn't and made it appetizing. I also got a side pancake. THIS WAS THE BEST PART AND WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I got the banana foster Pancake and it was delicious. I will definitely go back and and try the rest of their pancakes. If you decide to not order the pancakes as a main dish, definitely make sure you add one of the side to try one of your choosing. The service was great. She made us feel like a priority and made sure refills we constantly coming. I will most definitely come back to this place again! read more

This is the 2nd breakfast place that we tried while visiting from Las Vegas. I ordered the Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes (Two house-recipe cakes filled with blueberries and goat cheese, topped with lemon zest and whipped cream), but somehow was not a fan of it. I should have listened to my gut and ordered the Chocolate Stuffed Belgian Waffle. It probably would have tasted better. However, I would not have a second thought of coming back and trying other items on their menu. One of the owners came out to deliver some complimentary beignets (yummy) and chatted with us for a little while. He was very welcoming. The raspberry ice tea, the biscuit beignets and the oven baked bacon are things that I dream about. This is a chain that is worthy of finding in every town you visit because you will never go wrong. I love the live wait feature. I checked in on the Yelp app and we were seated in about 5-10 minutes. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, which are both very nice. The drink menu was great! When I walked in the host told me he would have to hold for a while because he sat 7 tables at once. I'm in the industry so I get overwhelming the kitchen is definitely not the move. But I noticed the bar had one patron so me and my girlfriend asked to sit there. The bartender finished up her conversation with the patron five minutes after we sat down, which by then we had taken a menu from another table and decided on our order. I got a coffee and an omelet, which on the menu said came with a side of sour cream and a bowl of fruit. I specified I was allergic to watermelon and was open to subbing the side or taking the fruit minus the watermelon. When the entree came out- 50 minutes later- my omelet was cold, there was no sour cream, and watermelon in the fruit bowl, we had no silverware, and my coffee had been empty for 30 minutes. I asked three different servers for the sour cream since the bartender was nowhere to be found and all of them said they'd bring me one yet never did. Eventually after an additional 15 minutes I got my sour cream, watermelonless fruit bowl, and a fork. No coffee but I'll take what I can get since now it's almost lunch time. It took so long to get to the opportunity to eat that the avocados on my omelet had started to brown. Needless to say I won't be going back read more

A great experience! So many things went well...the only reason not five stars was the prices. Food delicious, a lot of good selection. Portions were more than enough...we rarely leave food behind!! The server was incredibly attentive and even picked up on it being our first time and brought out a complimentary order of biscuit beignets. Presentation was beautiful as well. My best friend and I decided to Christmas shop on Super Saturday 12/21/19. We decided to grab a bite to eat before the insanity at the stores. We had the most amazing server named Abbey! I have no idea what my friend LeeAnne ate because my toasted bagel with cream cheese, lox,capers,red onion topped with a poached egg was fantastic. Abbey told me that was her favorite and she was right! She fueled us with coffee and routed us on to face the day! She was so kind that I had to tell her manager Justin. Currently, they are renovating. Always pack so I recommend check in on yelp and be on the wait list. Our service was ok. We had to flag the waiter down for coffee refills and other needs . Food wise it's good portion . I always leave completely full . The ice coffee is really bland (I do not recommended) I do recommend the shrimp and grits . Good consistency of grits.
